Isplatom svih preostalih dugova prema vjerovnicima u iznosu od 5,3 milijuna kuna realiziranom 28. prosinca 2021. Vinoplod je ispunio sve svoje obveze iz predstečajnog sporazuma zaključenog u rujnu 2019.
Tako je Vinoplod gotovo tri godine prije nego li je to bilo ugovoreno u cijelosti ispunio svoje obveze prema vjerovnicima. Naime, predstečajni sporazum kompaniju je obvezao da ukupan dug od 8,4 milijuna kuna vjerovnicima isplati do rujna 2024.
Sredstva za potpunu i prijevremu isplatu vjerovnika Vinoplod je osigurao dijelom iz vlastitih sredstava, a dijelom kreditnim zaduženjem, što je bilo moguće zahvaljujući brzom i uspješnom restrukturiranju te poboljšanju likvidnosti i profitabilnosti poslovanja.
Prethodno je godinama, sve do zaključenja predstečajnog sporazuma 2019., kompanija bila u teškoj financijskoj situaciji koja je ugrožavala održivost i očuvanje poslovanja.
Ulaskom Badela 1862 kao strateškog partnera i novog vlasnika kompanija je u kratkom roku financijski stabilizirana te je započela sveobuhvatan proces oporavka i unapređenja poslovanja. Korištenjem sinergija, racionalizacijama poslovanja i novim ulaganjima Vinoplod je dodatno ojačao svoje pozicije na domaćem tržištu te povećao izvoz, zaključujući tako već 2021. godinu pozitivnim rezultatom.

Isplatom svih preostalih dugova prema vjerovnicima u iznosu od 5,3 milijuna kuna realiziranom 28. prosinca 2021. Vinoplod je ispunio sve svoje obveze iz predstečajnog sporazuma zaključenog u rujnu 2019.
Tako je Vinoplod gotovo tri godine prije nego li je to bilo ugovoreno u cijelosti ispunio svoje obveze prema vjerovnicima. Naime, predstečajni sporazum kompaniju je obvezao da ukupan dug od 8,4 milijuna kuna vjerovnicima isplati do rujna 2024.
Sredstva za potpunu i prijevremu isplatu vjerovnika Vinoplod je osigurao dijelom iz vlastitih sredstava, a dijelom kreditnim zaduženjem, što je bilo moguće zahvaljujući brzom i uspješnom restrukturiranju te poboljšanju likvidnosti i profitabilnosti poslovanja.
Prethodno je godinama, sve do zaključenja predstečajnog sporazuma 2019., kompanija bila u teškoj financijskoj situaciji koja je ugrožavala održivost i očuvanje poslovanja.
Ulaskom Badela 1862 kao strateškog partnera i novog vlasnika kompanija je u kratkom roku financijski stabilizirana te je započela sveobuhvatan proces oporavka i unapređenja poslovanja. Korištenjem sinergija, racionalizacijama poslovanja i novim ulaganjima Vinoplod je dodatno ojačao svoje pozicije na domaćem tržištu te povećao izvoz, zaključujući tako već 2021. godinu pozitivnim rezultatom.
