Svašta je u Hrvatskoj bilo privatizirano i pod kojekakvim uvjetima, često i kriminalnim, ali privatizacija jedne obične kante za smeće više je nego bizaran slučaj.

 

A dogodio se upravo u Šibeniku na vrhu Ulice Vuka Mandušića nekoliko metara od ulaza u tvrđavu Barone. Vlasnik je nepoznat, ali je njegovo korištenje kante, koju tretira kao vlastiti kontejner, evidentno.Svaki dan taj nepoznati netko, a nesumnjivo je riječ o nekom od stanara obližnjih kuća, smeće iz svog domaćinstva baca u kantu predviđenu inače tek za manje otpatke, kakvih je uostalom po cijelom gradu.

 

Budući da je u nju teško ugurati imalo veću vrećicu, vrli uzurpator javne kante, svoju odbačenu ambalažu, konzerve, boce, ostatke hrane i koječega drugoga bez ikakvog ustezanja uglavnom odlaže na nogostup. Pri tom često ne vodi računa ni je li vreća svezana ili ne, pa se smeće rasipa po ulici, a ponekad ga bude toliko da se nogostupom jedva može proći. Slika je to uobičajena za sva godišnja doba, a ljeti ima i snažan "mirisni" efekt na veselje brojnih šetača i turista.

I premda djelatnici Zelenog grada svaki put kada kupe smeće u tom kvartu, pokupe i to, uzurpator javne kante ne mari ni za odvajanje otpada, pa je ovih dana isporučio novi kontingent: vrećicu kućnog otpada te veliku kartonsku kutiju od klima-uređaja natrpanu najlonom.

Nakon što su tu "instalaciju" cijeli dan prolaznici zaobilazili, sutradan je čistačica Zelenog grada sve pripremila za odvoz. Kolege s kamionom će to pokupiti, kaže, jer se čula s njima. No, ne mogu oni toliko očistiti koliko nereda i smeća ovakvi građani mogu napraviti.

Kanta i nogostup ispod nje tako će nakratko biti čisti. I dok većina građana sa zebnjom očekuju nove račune za odvoz smeća, koji su od 1. veljače znatno poskupjeli, antijunak ove priče mirno spava. On će opet bez trunčice nelagode ili, ne daj Bože, grižnje savjesti bacati svoje smeće kad i kako bude htio. I nitko mu, očito, ništa ne može!

Svašta je u Hrvatskoj bilo privatizirano i pod kojekakvim uvjetima, često i kriminalnim, ali privatizacija jedne obične kante za smeće više je nego bizaran slučaj.

 

A dogodio se upravo u Šibeniku na vrhu Ulice Vuka Mandušića nekoliko metara od ulaza u tvrđavu Barone. Vlasnik je nepoznat, ali je njegovo korištenje kante, koju tretira kao vlastiti kontejner, evidentno.Svaki dan taj nepoznati netko, a nesumnjivo je riječ o nekom od stanara obližnjih kuća, smeće iz svog domaćinstva baca u kantu predviđenu inače tek za manje otpatke, kakvih je uostalom po cijelom gradu.

 

Budući da je u nju teško ugurati imalo veću vrećicu, vrli uzurpator javne kante, svoju odbačenu ambalažu, konzerve, boce, ostatke hrane i koječega drugoga bez ikakvog ustezanja uglavnom odlaže na nogostup. Pri tom često ne vodi računa ni je li vreća svezana ili ne, pa se smeće rasipa po ulici, a ponekad ga bude toliko da se nogostupom jedva može proći. Slika je to uobičajena za sva godišnja doba, a ljeti ima i snažan "mirisni" efekt na veselje brojnih šetača i turista.

I premda djelatnici Zelenog grada svaki put kada kupe smeće u tom kvartu, pokupe i to, uzurpator javne kante ne mari ni za odvajanje otpada, pa je ovih dana isporučio novi kontingent: vrećicu kućnog otpada te veliku kartonsku kutiju od klima-uređaja natrpanu najlonom.

Nakon što su tu "instalaciju" cijeli dan prolaznici zaobilazili, sutradan je čistačica Zelenog grada sve pripremila za odvoz. Kolege s kamionom će to pokupiti, kaže, jer se čula s njima. No, ne mogu oni toliko očistiti koliko nereda i smeća ovakvi građani mogu napraviti.

Kanta i nogostup ispod nje tako će nakratko biti čisti. I dok većina građana sa zebnjom očekuju nove račune za odvoz smeća, koji su od 1. veljače znatno poskupjeli, antijunak ove priče mirno spava. On će opet bez trunčice nelagode ili, ne daj Bože, grižnje savjesti bacati svoje smeće kad i kako bude htio. I nitko mu, očito, ništa ne može!
