Luksuz jednog opatijskog hotela plaća se 350-450 eura po noćenju. Hrvati s prosječnom hrvatskom plaćom teško da si ovdje mogu priuštiti godišnji odmor iz snova, ali gosti dubljega džepa mogu. Hotel je pun.

"Cijene tokom korone nismo spuštali, upravo naprotiv, mi smo ih blago i podigli, upravo zato što mi konstantno radimo na podizanju naše eno i gastro ponude", rekao je za Dnevnik.hr Filip Kapetanović, manager luksuznog hotela u Rijeci.

I dok cijene u hotelima ne padaju, cijene noćenja u apartmanima u ovoj sezoni, idu dolje.

"Na Plitvičkim jezerima smo za dvije noći platili 65 eura. U Marini smo imali privatni smještaj 57-58 eura što je isto OK, i u Crikvenici 55 eura dnevno", rekla je Biljana, turistica iz Njemačke.

S njom se slaže i Grace, turistica iz SAD-a: "Zapravo mislim da su cijene vrlo pristupačne, jeftino je."

Bujanje apartmana po starim gradskim jezgrama, koronavirus je zaustavio, ali i uveo neka nova pravila.

"Možda to sve skupa i nije tako loše s obzirom da se u ovom periodu filtrirao smještaj, koji prije jednostavno nije bio konkurentan. Iznajmljivalo se sve i svašta, iznajmljivale su se i garaže", rekao je Danijel Radeta, predsjednik Udruge iznajmljivača privatnog smještaja, Zadar.

A ono što su strancu prihvatljive cijene, domaćim gostima baš i nisu. Stoga se u sezoni biraju mjesta i za obične dnevne rituale. Dok ćete kavu u lokalima koji su dalje od centra grada platiti 8 do maksimalno 10 kuna, šalica kave s mlijekom u kafiću u centru grada, košta 13 kuna.

Na 30 stupnjeva topi se sladoled, kao i kune u novčanicima turistima. Želite li pojesti sladoled u centru Zadra, kuglu ćete platiti 10 kuna.

Plaća se ovdje, šale se lokalci, zapravo sve osim zraka. Od ležaljki i suncobrana na plažama, do taksi prijevoza koji je u Dalmaciji i triput skuplji nego na kontinentu. Vožnja iz Zadra do 13 kilometara udaljene zračne luke u Zemuniku može vas stajati oko 800 kuna, ako se prethodno s taksistom ne dogovorite za cijenu.

Cjelodnevno korištenje parkirališta u Dubrovniku može vas stajati i do 1500 kuna, a širom otvorene oči trebate imati i dok bukirate apartman na moru.

Iako korištenje interneta i klima uređaja u 21. stoljeću ne bi trebao biti luksuz, neki od iznajmljivača dodatno gostima naplaćuju rashlađivanje u sparnim ljetnim danima. Pravdaju se činjenicom da gosti sami stvaraju, taj po njima, nepotreban trošak.

Prosjek potrošnje klima uređaja po satu iznosi 1,15 kuna, po danu 12-25 kuna, a rad klima uređaja u sezoni (150 dana) iznosi 3000 kuna.

Jedna od iznajmljivačica izračunala je i koliko je košta rad klima uređaja u sezoni. Primjerice, ako gost dok je na plaži, ostavi u apartmanu da klima uređaj radi cijeli dan, to će iznajmljivačicu koštati do 25 kuna dnevno. Pomnožimo li taj iznos s pet ljetnih mjeseci, to je oko tri tisuće kuna.

No, sve te troškove, iznajmljivači bi trebati sumirati u krajnji iznos koji naplate gostu, a koji je dogovoren prije samog dolaska na more. Svi ostali troškovi, zaključuje Dnevnik.hr, ovise isključivo o mogućnostima i željama turista.

Luksuz jednog opatijskog hotela plaća se 350-450 eura po noćenju. Hrvati s prosječnom hrvatskom plaćom teško da si ovdje mogu priuštiti godišnji odmor iz snova, ali gosti dubljega džepa mogu. Hotel je pun.

"Cijene tokom korone nismo spuštali, upravo naprotiv, mi smo ih blago i podigli, upravo zato što mi konstantno radimo na podizanju naše eno i gastro ponude", rekao je za Dnevnik.hr Filip Kapetanović, manager luksuznog hotela u Rijeci.

I dok cijene u hotelima ne padaju, cijene noćenja u apartmanima u ovoj sezoni, idu dolje.

"Na Plitvičkim jezerima smo za dvije noći platili 65 eura. U Marini smo imali privatni smještaj 57-58 eura što je isto OK, i u Crikvenici 55 eura dnevno", rekla je Biljana, turistica iz Njemačke.

S njom se slaže i Grace, turistica iz SAD-a: "Zapravo mislim da su cijene vrlo pristupačne, jeftino je."

Bujanje apartmana po starim gradskim jezgrama, koronavirus je zaustavio, ali i uveo neka nova pravila.

"Možda to sve skupa i nije tako loše s obzirom da se u ovom periodu filtrirao smještaj, koji prije jednostavno nije bio konkurentan. Iznajmljivalo se sve i svašta, iznajmljivale su se i garaže", rekao je Danijel Radeta, predsjednik Udruge iznajmljivača privatnog smještaja, Zadar.

A ono što su strancu prihvatljive cijene, domaćim gostima baš i nisu. Stoga se u sezoni biraju mjesta i za obične dnevne rituale. Dok ćete kavu u lokalima koji su dalje od centra grada platiti 8 do maksimalno 10 kuna, šalica kave s mlijekom u kafiću u centru grada, košta 13 kuna.

Na 30 stupnjeva topi se sladoled, kao i kune u novčanicima turistima. Želite li pojesti sladoled u centru Zadra, kuglu ćete platiti 10 kuna.

Plaća se ovdje, šale se lokalci, zapravo sve osim zraka. Od ležaljki i suncobrana na plažama, do taksi prijevoza koji je u Dalmaciji i triput skuplji nego na kontinentu. Vožnja iz Zadra do 13 kilometara udaljene zračne luke u Zemuniku može vas stajati oko 800 kuna, ako se prethodno s taksistom ne dogovorite za cijenu.

Cjelodnevno korištenje parkirališta u Dubrovniku može vas stajati i do 1500 kuna, a širom otvorene oči trebate imati i dok bukirate apartman na moru.

Iako korištenje interneta i klima uređaja u 21. stoljeću ne bi trebao biti luksuz, neki od iznajmljivača dodatno gostima naplaćuju rashlađivanje u sparnim ljetnim danima. Pravdaju se činjenicom da gosti sami stvaraju, taj po njima, nepotreban trošak.

Prosjek potrošnje klima uređaja po satu iznosi 1,15 kuna, po danu 12-25 kuna, a rad klima uređaja u sezoni (150 dana) iznosi 3000 kuna.

Jedna od iznajmljivačica izračunala je i koliko je košta rad klima uređaja u sezoni. Primjerice, ako gost dok je na plaži, ostavi u apartmanu da klima uređaj radi cijeli dan, to će iznajmljivačicu koštati do 25 kuna dnevno. Pomnožimo li taj iznos s pet ljetnih mjeseci, to je oko tri tisuće kuna.

No, sve te troškove, iznajmljivači bi trebati sumirati u krajnji iznos koji naplate gostu, a koji je dogovoren prije samog dolaska na more. Svi ostali troškovi, zaključuje Dnevnik.hr, ovise isključivo o mogućnostima i željama turista.
