Hipertenzija, kronične plućne bolesti i dijabetes najčešća su oboljenja populacije starije dobi u Hrvatskoj, pokazuju podaci o pobolu stanovništva koje Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) prvi put predstavlja u četvrtak na Svjetski dan zdravlja.

Riječ je o podacima za Hrvatsku prikupljenima u sklopu Eurostatova projekta "Morbidity Statistics", sa ciljem utvrđivanja pojavnosti određenih stanja i bolesti koje je odredila Europska komisija.

Prikupljeni podaci pokazuju da gotovo trećina hrvatskog stanovništva boluje od hipertenzije, a taj se udio znatno povećava kod starije populacije - kod osam od deset osoba starijih od 65 godina zabilježena je neka od bolesti iz te skupine.

Kronične plućne bolesti također pogađaju stariju populaciju, podaci pokazuju da jedna od deset osoba starijih od 65 godina boluje od takvih bolesti.

Istraživanje je još jednom dokazalo veliku prisutnost šećerne bolesti među populacijom: gotovo 10 posto stanovništva Hrvatske boluje od šećerne bolesti, a u populaciji starijoj od 65 godina čak četvrtina njih.

Visoka prevalencija poremećaja raspoloženja, anksioznosti, artroza, demencija...

Visoku prevalenciju imaju i poremećaji raspoloženja (afektivni poremećaji) koji su dijagnosticirani kod 6,6 posto stanovnika. Dvostruko su češći kod žena u odnosu na mušku populaciju (8,7 posto prema 4,4 posto), a najviše su dijagnosticirani kod žena nakon 50. godine života.

Slična je situacija i s anksioznim poremećajima. Dvostruko su češći kod žena u odnosu na muškarce (16,7 posto prema 8,3 posto), a posebno pogađaju žensku populaciju nakon 50. godine života.

Relativno visoku prevalenciju imaju i artroze - 10,8 posto stanovništva, ishemijske bolesti srca - 5,8 posto te cerebrovaskularne bolesti - 2,9 posto.

Prevalencija demencije (uključujući Alzheimerovu bolest) u dobnoj skupini iznad 60 godina iznosi 2,9 posto, s time da je nakon 70. godine dvostruko češća kod žena.

Referentno razdoblje bilo je od 2015. do 2017. godine, podaci su prikupljani od 1. ožujka 2019. do 1. rujna 2020, a uz Hrvatsku u projektu su sudjelovale Belgija, Njemačka, Finska, Francuska, Mađarska, Litva, Malta, Nizozemska i Poljska.

Publikacija je početak sustavnog dobivanja podataka o učestalosti vodećih javnozdravstvenih problema u Hrvatskoj temeljem prevalencije (ukupan broj slučajeva bolesti) i incidencije (broj novih slučajeva), a ne samo korištenja zdravstvene zaštite, što predstavlja veliki kvalitativni iskorak u nacionalnoj zdravstvenoj statistici, poručuje HZJZ.

Hipertenzija, kronične plućne bolesti i dijabetes najčešća su oboljenja populacije starije dobi u Hrvatskoj, pokazuju podaci o pobolu stanovništva koje Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) prvi put predstavlja u četvrtak na Svjetski dan zdravlja.

Riječ je o podacima za Hrvatsku prikupljenima u sklopu Eurostatova projekta "Morbidity Statistics", sa ciljem utvrđivanja pojavnosti određenih stanja i bolesti koje je odredila Europska komisija.

Prikupljeni podaci pokazuju da gotovo trećina hrvatskog stanovništva boluje od hipertenzije, a taj se udio znatno povećava kod starije populacije - kod osam od deset osoba starijih od 65 godina zabilježena je neka od bolesti iz te skupine.

Kronične plućne bolesti također pogađaju stariju populaciju, podaci pokazuju da jedna od deset osoba starijih od 65 godina boluje od takvih bolesti.

Istraživanje je još jednom dokazalo veliku prisutnost šećerne bolesti među populacijom: gotovo 10 posto stanovništva Hrvatske boluje od šećerne bolesti, a u populaciji starijoj od 65 godina čak četvrtina njih.

Visoka prevalencija poremećaja raspoloženja, anksioznosti, artroza, demencija...

Visoku prevalenciju imaju i poremećaji raspoloženja (afektivni poremećaji) koji su dijagnosticirani kod 6,6 posto stanovnika. Dvostruko su češći kod žena u odnosu na mušku populaciju (8,7 posto prema 4,4 posto), a najviše su dijagnosticirani kod žena nakon 50. godine života.

Slična je situacija i s anksioznim poremećajima. Dvostruko su češći kod žena u odnosu na muškarce (16,7 posto prema 8,3 posto), a posebno pogađaju žensku populaciju nakon 50. godine života.

Relativno visoku prevalenciju imaju i artroze - 10,8 posto stanovništva, ishemijske bolesti srca - 5,8 posto te cerebrovaskularne bolesti - 2,9 posto.

Prevalencija demencije (uključujući Alzheimerovu bolest) u dobnoj skupini iznad 60 godina iznosi 2,9 posto, s time da je nakon 70. godine dvostruko češća kod žena.

Referentno razdoblje bilo je od 2015. do 2017. godine, podaci su prikupljani od 1. ožujka 2019. do 1. rujna 2020, a uz Hrvatsku u projektu su sudjelovale Belgija, Njemačka, Finska, Francuska, Mađarska, Litva, Malta, Nizozemska i Poljska.

Publikacija je početak sustavnog dobivanja podataka o učestalosti vodećih javnozdravstvenih problema u Hrvatskoj temeljem prevalencije (ukupan broj slučajeva bolesti) i incidencije (broj novih slučajeva), a ne samo korištenja zdravstvene zaštite, što predstavlja veliki kvalitativni iskorak u nacionalnoj zdravstvenoj statistici, poručuje HZJZ.

Hipertenzija, kronične plućne bolesti i dijabetes najčešća su oboljenja populacije starije dobi u Hrvatskoj, pokazuju podaci o pobolu stanovništva koje Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) prvi put predstavlja u četvrtak na Svjetski dan zdravlja.

Riječ je o podacima za Hrvatsku prikupljenima u sklopu Eurostatova projekta "Morbidity Statistics", sa ciljem utvrđivanja pojavnosti određenih stanja i bolesti koje je odredila Europska komisija.

Prikupljeni podaci pokazuju da gotovo trećina hrvatskog stanovništva boluje od hipertenzije, a taj se udio znatno povećava kod starije populacije - kod osam od deset osoba starijih od 65 godina zabilježena je neka od bolesti iz te skupine.

Kronične plućne bolesti također pogađaju stariju populaciju, podaci pokazuju da jedna od deset osoba starijih od 65 godina boluje od takvih bolesti.

Istraživanje je još jednom dokazalo veliku prisutnost šećerne bolesti među populacijom: gotovo 10 posto stanovništva Hrvatske boluje od šećerne bolesti, a u populaciji starijoj od 65 godina čak četvrtina njih.

Visoka prevalencija poremećaja raspoloženja, anksioznosti, artroza, demencija...

Visoku prevalenciju imaju i poremećaji raspoloženja (afektivni poremećaji) koji su dijagnosticirani kod 6,6 posto stanovnika. Dvostruko su češći kod žena u odnosu na mušku populaciju (8,7 posto prema 4,4 posto), a najviše su dijagnosticirani kod žena nakon 50. godine života.

Slična je situacija i s anksioznim poremećajima. Dvostruko su češći kod žena u odnosu na muškarce (16,7 posto prema 8,3 posto), a posebno pogađaju žensku populaciju nakon 50. godine života.

Relativno visoku prevalenciju imaju i artroze - 10,8 posto stanovništva, ishemijske bolesti srca - 5,8 posto te cerebrovaskularne bolesti - 2,9 posto.

Prevalencija demencije (uključujući Alzheimerovu bolest) u dobnoj skupini iznad 60 godina iznosi 2,9 posto, s time da je nakon 70. godine dvostruko češća kod žena.

Referentno razdoblje bilo je od 2015. do 2017. godine, podaci su prikupljani od 1. ožujka 2019. do 1. rujna 2020, a uz Hrvatsku u projektu su sudjelovale Belgija, Njemačka, Finska, Francuska, Mađarska, Litva, Malta, Nizozemska i Poljska.

Publikacija je početak sustavnog dobivanja podataka o učestalosti vodećih javnozdravstvenih problema u Hrvatskoj temeljem prevalencije (ukupan broj slučajeva bolesti) i incidencije (broj novih slučajeva), a ne samo korištenja zdravstvene zaštite, što predstavlja veliki kvalitativni iskorak u nacionalnoj zdravstvenoj statistici, poručuje HZJZ.
