Iz udruge Glas poduzetnika stiže priopćenje o anketi provedenoj među članovima. Glavni zaključak je da poduzetnici ne vjeruju da će Vlada uistinu reformirati HGK, a detalje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Naši članovi smatraju da će promjene biti samo”kozmetičke” prirode te da će Vlada na sve načine učiniti da ta institucija ostane, kao i dosad, mjesto za stranačke kadrove financirano iz džepova poduzetnika.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika provela je anketu među svojim članovima, pitanja su bila vezana uz izmjenu Zakona o Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori. Budući da prijedlog oporbe da se obvezna članarina u HGK ukine nije izglasan, vladajući su najavili da će krenuti u restrukturiranje te da će smanjiti članarine. Također, istaknuto je da će novi prijedlog Zakona biti gotov u idućih šest mjeseci. Međutim, u posljednjih nekoliko dana mogli smo vidjeti i različite prijedloge vladajućih o pitanjima članarina u HGK, što pokazuje da još uvijek nema konsenzusa.

Smatramo da će potencijalne promjene biti samo “kozmetičke” prirode i da se neće dogoditi promjena koju svi poduzetnici priželjkuju. Već smo mnogo puta istaknuli da smatramo da je vrijeme da se HGK približi tržištu te da se izbori za svoje članove. Naši prijedlozi za Zakon odnose se na to da članstvo u Komori mora biti dobrovoljno te da predstavnici poduzetnika moraju biti uključeni u pripremu samog Zakona. Osim toga, UGP stavlja na raspolaganje Vladi Republike Hrvatske svoje pravne stručnjake kako bi se Zakon pripremio u što kraćem roku.

U anketi smo postavili dva pitanja, zanimalo nas je što članovi misle o potencijalnoj rekonstrukciji Komore i hoće li se smanjiti ili ukinuti članarina. Čak 71,9% naših članova smatra da Vlada Republike Hrvatske neće ukinuti obvezne članarine u HGK jer upravo ta institucija služi za uhljebljivanje njihovih poslušnika. Također, 87,4% članova smatra da Vlada RH neće ukinuti obvezno članstvo te da će smisliti model po kojemu će se članarina nastaviti prisilno naplaćivati. Također, za Vladu RH je porazno da samo 0,8% poduzetnika smatra da će ostvariti ono što su obećali.

Vrijeme je za rekonstruiranje institucije koja se nije promijenila svoj način rada od 1991. godine i koja se kontinuirano odbija prilagoditi tržištu.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika će pažljivo pratiti u kojem se smjeru razvija ova situacija jer stav poduzetnika je jasan, članstvo i članarina moraju biti dobrovoljni", stoji u priopćenju.

Iz udruge Glas poduzetnika stiže priopćenje o anketi provedenoj među članovima. Glavni zaključak je da poduzetnici ne vjeruju da će Vlada uistinu reformirati HGK, a detalje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Naši članovi smatraju da će promjene biti samo”kozmetičke” prirode te da će Vlada na sve načine učiniti da ta institucija ostane, kao i dosad, mjesto za stranačke kadrove financirano iz džepova poduzetnika.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika provela je anketu među svojim članovima, pitanja su bila vezana uz izmjenu Zakona o Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori. Budući da prijedlog oporbe da se obvezna članarina u HGK ukine nije izglasan, vladajući su najavili da će krenuti u restrukturiranje te da će smanjiti članarine. Također, istaknuto je da će novi prijedlog Zakona biti gotov u idućih šest mjeseci. Međutim, u posljednjih nekoliko dana mogli smo vidjeti i različite prijedloge vladajućih o pitanjima članarina u HGK, što pokazuje da još uvijek nema konsenzusa.

Smatramo da će potencijalne promjene biti samo “kozmetičke” prirode i da se neće dogoditi promjena koju svi poduzetnici priželjkuju. Već smo mnogo puta istaknuli da smatramo da je vrijeme da se HGK približi tržištu te da se izbori za svoje članove. Naši prijedlozi za Zakon odnose se na to da članstvo u Komori mora biti dobrovoljno te da predstavnici poduzetnika moraju biti uključeni u pripremu samog Zakona. Osim toga, UGP stavlja na raspolaganje Vladi Republike Hrvatske svoje pravne stručnjake kako bi se Zakon pripremio u što kraćem roku.

U anketi smo postavili dva pitanja, zanimalo nas je što članovi misle o potencijalnoj rekonstrukciji Komore i hoće li se smanjiti ili ukinuti članarina. Čak 71,9% naših članova smatra da Vlada Republike Hrvatske neće ukinuti obvezne članarine u HGK jer upravo ta institucija služi za uhljebljivanje njihovih poslušnika. Također, 87,4% članova smatra da Vlada RH neće ukinuti obvezno članstvo te da će smisliti model po kojemu će se članarina nastaviti prisilno naplaćivati. Također, za Vladu RH je porazno da samo 0,8% poduzetnika smatra da će ostvariti ono što su obećali.

Vrijeme je za rekonstruiranje institucije koja se nije promijenila svoj način rada od 1991. godine i koja se kontinuirano odbija prilagoditi tržištu.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika će pažljivo pratiti u kojem se smjeru razvija ova situacija jer stav poduzetnika je jasan, članstvo i članarina moraju biti dobrovoljni", stoji u priopćenju.
