- U ovom trenutku je za europsku budućnost i funkcionalnost Bosne i Hercegovine vrlo važno da se usvoji reforma Izbornog zakona. To je sada važan test pravednih i funkcionalnih kompromisa, kazao je predsjednik Slovenije Borut Pahor za Dnevni Avaz. 

Pahor je u razgovoru  osudio agresiju Rusije na Ukrajinu.

- Ruska ničim izazvana i neopravdana agresija na Ukrajinu izravno je povećala mogućnost eskalacije sukoba u regiji, međutim, oni nisu neizbježni. Sada je vrlo važno da se svi političari u regiji suzdrže od izjava i postupaka koji bi produbili nepovjerenje među narodima i državama zapadnog Balkana. Potrebno je jačati politički dijalog na svim razinama te jačati međusobno povjerenje i suradnju - kazao je Pahor.

Vjeruje da je jedno od najboljih rješenja to da Bosna i Hercegovina uđe u Europsku uniju hitnim prijemom. 

- Već na Münchenskoj konferenciji o sigurnosti predložio sam takozvani brzi put za uključivanje Bosne i Hercegovine u Europsku uniju. Ta je ideja tada sadržana u izjavi devet predsjednika država EU za Ukrajinu. U razgovoru s poljskim predsjednikom Dudom posebno sam naglasio da računam na isto opredjeljenje predsjednika, potpisnika ove inicijative za Ukrajinu, računam i u slučaju Bosne i Hercegovine. Naravno, volio bih da se proces pridruživanja zapadnog Balkana EU u potpunosti ubrza, govori Pahor. 

Geopolitičko pitanje

Na pitanje koliko je moguće da se sukobi iz Ukrajine prenesu na Balkan, naglasio je da je „sada najvažnije osigurati mir i sigurnost“.

- Primjer suradnje moraju biti vodeći političari u regiji. Rat u Ukrajini je dokaz da se sporna pitanja ne mogu riješiti silom. Primjenom sile neće biti riješen nijedan problem na Balkanu, samo će nastati novi. Proširenje EU na zapadni Balkan je geopolitičko pitanje prve kategorije. To govorim već niz godina, a događaji u Ukrajini to konačno potvrđuju. Nadam se da će se EU tome brzo prilagoditi i djelovati - istaknuo je Pahor.

Pahor je kazao da je rat u Ukrajini oživio zastarjeli geopolitički mentalitet. O ovome je govorio prošle sedmice na bečkoj diplomatskoj akademiji.

- U tom smislu, proširenje Europske unije, posebno na zapadni Balkan, geopolitičko je pitanje prvog reda. Nedavno sam u nekoliko navrata istakao da usporavanje procesa proširenja Europske unije na zapadni Balkan oživljava nacionalizam i razmišljanja o promjeni granica.

- U ovom trenutku je za europsku budućnost i funkcionalnost Bosne i Hercegovine vrlo važno da se usvoji reforma Izbornog zakona. To je sada važan test pravednih i funkcionalnih kompromisa, kazao je predsjednik Slovenije Borut Pahor za Dnevni Avaz. 

Pahor je u razgovoru  osudio agresiju Rusije na Ukrajinu.

- Ruska ničim izazvana i neopravdana agresija na Ukrajinu izravno je povećala mogućnost eskalacije sukoba u regiji, međutim, oni nisu neizbježni. Sada je vrlo važno da se svi političari u regiji suzdrže od izjava i postupaka koji bi produbili nepovjerenje među narodima i državama zapadnog Balkana. Potrebno je jačati politički dijalog na svim razinama te jačati međusobno povjerenje i suradnju - kazao je Pahor.

Vjeruje da je jedno od najboljih rješenja to da Bosna i Hercegovina uđe u Europsku uniju hitnim prijemom. 

- Već na Münchenskoj konferenciji o sigurnosti predložio sam takozvani brzi put za uključivanje Bosne i Hercegovine u Europsku uniju. Ta je ideja tada sadržana u izjavi devet predsjednika država EU za Ukrajinu. U razgovoru s poljskim predsjednikom Dudom posebno sam naglasio da računam na isto opredjeljenje predsjednika, potpisnika ove inicijative za Ukrajinu, računam i u slučaju Bosne i Hercegovine. Naravno, volio bih da se proces pridruživanja zapadnog Balkana EU u potpunosti ubrza, govori Pahor. 

Geopolitičko pitanje

Na pitanje koliko je moguće da se sukobi iz Ukrajine prenesu na Balkan, naglasio je da je „sada najvažnije osigurati mir i sigurnost“.

- Primjer suradnje moraju biti vodeći političari u regiji. Rat u Ukrajini je dokaz da se sporna pitanja ne mogu riješiti silom. Primjenom sile neće biti riješen nijedan problem na Balkanu, samo će nastati novi. Proširenje EU na zapadni Balkan je geopolitičko pitanje prve kategorije. To govorim već niz godina, a događaji u Ukrajini to konačno potvrđuju. Nadam se da će se EU tome brzo prilagoditi i djelovati - istaknuo je Pahor.

Pahor je kazao da je rat u Ukrajini oživio zastarjeli geopolitički mentalitet. O ovome je govorio prošle sedmice na bečkoj diplomatskoj akademiji.

- U tom smislu, proširenje Europske unije, posebno na zapadni Balkan, geopolitičko je pitanje prvog reda. Nedavno sam u nekoliko navrata istakao da usporavanje procesa proširenja Europske unije na zapadni Balkan oživljava nacionalizam i razmišljanja o promjeni granica.

Borut Pahor predlaže da BiH u Europsku uniju uđe čim prije: Agresija u Ukrajini povećala je mogućnost eskalacije sukoba u regiji

- U ovom trenutku je za europsku budućnost i funkcionalnost Bosne i Hercegovine vrlo važno da se usvoji reforma Izbornog zakona. To je sada važan test pravednih i funkcionalnih kompromisa, kazao je predsjednik Slovenije Borut Pahor za Dnevni Avaz. 

Pahor je u razgovoru  osudio agresiju Rusije na Ukrajinu.

- Ruska ničim izazvana i neopravdana agresija na Ukrajinu izravno je povećala mogućnost eskalacije sukoba u regiji, međutim, oni nisu neizbježni. Sada je vrlo važno da se svi političari u regiji suzdrže od izjava i postupaka koji bi produbili nepovjerenje među narodima i državama zapadnog Balkana. Potrebno je jačati politički dijalog na svim razinama te jačati međusobno povjerenje i suradnju - kazao je Pahor.

Vjeruje da je jedno od najboljih rješenja to da Bosna i Hercegovina uđe u Europsku uniju hitnim prijemom. 

- Već na Münchenskoj konferenciji o sigurnosti predložio sam takozvani brzi put za uključivanje Bosne i Hercegovine u Europsku uniju. Ta je ideja tada sadržana u izjavi devet predsjednika država EU za Ukrajinu. U razgovoru s poljskim predsjednikom Dudom posebno sam naglasio da računam na isto opredjeljenje predsjednika, potpisnika ove inicijative za Ukrajinu, računam i u slučaju Bosne i Hercegovine. Naravno, volio bih da se proces pridruživanja zapadnog Balkana EU u potpunosti ubrza, govori Pahor. 

Geopolitičko pitanje

Na pitanje koliko je moguće da se sukobi iz Ukrajine prenesu na Balkan, naglasio je da je „sada najvažnije osigurati mir i sigurnost“.

- Primjer suradnje moraju biti vodeći političari u regiji. Rat u Ukrajini je dokaz da se sporna pitanja ne mogu riješiti silom. Primjenom sile neće biti riješen nijedan problem na Balkanu, samo će nastati novi. Proširenje EU na zapadni Balkan je geopolitičko pitanje prve kategorije. To govorim već niz godina, a događaji u Ukrajini to konačno potvrđuju. Nadam se da će se EU tome brzo prilagoditi i djelovati - istaknuo je Pahor.

Pahor je kazao da je rat u Ukrajini oživio zastarjeli geopolitički mentalitet. O ovome je govorio prošle sedmice na bečkoj diplomatskoj akademiji.

- U tom smislu, proširenje Europske unije, posebno na zapadni Balkan, geopolitičko je pitanje prvog reda. Nedavno sam u nekoliko navrata istakao da usporavanje procesa proširenja Europske unije na zapadni Balkan oživljava nacionalizam i razmišljanja o promjeni granica.
