Ako na termin trebate predugo čekati, možete se javiti Ministarstvu zdravstva, koje onda od bolnica traži ranije termine. Doznali smo o kojim je rokovima riječ i koliko ima pritužbi?

Za magnet mozga dostupni su termini s čekanjem od nula do 126 dana. Nitko prvi dijagnostički pregled ne smije čekati duže od 9 mjeseci.

"Mi smo sada bili, odradili smo sve i sve će biti u roku 20 dana. To je jako dobro", rekla je Nevenka iz Zagreba - piše Net.hr.

"U četvrtom mjesecu sam tražila termin. Prvi je bio u Slavonskom Brodu. U Zagrebu je bio u 12. mjesecu. Nije mi bio problem otići u drugi grad", rekla je Zvjezdana iz Zagreba.

"Danas je bilo baš iznenađujuće. Kad sam prije bila ovdje sa svojom kćeri, čekali smo tri do četiri sata na konzultacije", rekla je Inga iz Kijeva.

Ako netko čeka duže od 270 dana, može pisati Ministarstvu na adresu liste@miz.hr.

"Slobodno nam se mogu javiti, onda ćemo mi kontaktirati ravnatelje pojedine bolnice ili koordinatore za liste čekanja u toj bolnici, da vidimo zašto pacijent nije dobio onaj termin koji je javno dostupan na mail stranici", rekao je Hrvoje Jezidžić, voditelj Službe za podršku, izvještavanje i nadzor nacionalnih informacijskih sustava.

Na razini države u prosjeku se čeka 146 dana.

Alen Ružić, ravnatelj KBC-a Rijeka može se pohvaliti s listama čekanja od 140 dana.

"Mi u KBC-u svaki dan kontroliramo stanje, kako bismo ako dođe do produženja mogli adekvatno reagirati. Riječ je o listama za dijagnostičke pretrage", poručuje.

Da je riješio liste čekanja tako što je privatnicima plaćeno 2 milijuna eura, ministar zdravstva odgovorio je da je to samo mali dio ukupno obavljenih pregleda.

"Sav mogući armatorij smo iskoristili da bismo smanjili liste čekanja. Dodatno smo dogovorili pretrage u kontekstu privatnog sustava, jer svaka zemlja zapadne demokracije koristi i javni i privatni sektor kako bi odgovorila na izazove oko nas", rekao je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

U roku od 48 sati rješavaju se i pritužbe pacijenata.

"Dobijemo dnevno između 15 i 20 mailova. To nije puno, to se uspije obraditi, ali dobijemo i mailove koji nisu isključivo vezani na prve dijagnostičke preglede, što je posebna tema sveukupne priče. Dosta se pacijenata žali na kontrolne preglede u nekom zakazanom terminu", rekao je Jezidžić.

Važno je da u mailu budu konkretni podaci o kojoj ustanovi i pregledu je riječ.

"Otvaranje mail adrese na koju se pacijenti mogu javiti ako predugo čekaju na određeni pregled u zdravstvenoj ustavi stvara jedan pozitivan pomak za pacijente, odnosno stavlja se pritisak na bolnice kako bi sami riješili liste čekanja", rekla je Jasna Karačić Zanetti, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata.

Ostaje još jedan problem. Svaki put 10-15 % pacijenata se ne pojavi na zakazanom pregledu i ne otkaže ga. I to pridonosi dužim listama čekanja.

Ako na termin trebate predugo čekati, možete se javiti Ministarstvu zdravstva, koje onda od bolnica traži ranije termine. Doznali smo o kojim je rokovima riječ i koliko ima pritužbi?

Za magnet mozga dostupni su termini s čekanjem od nula do 126 dana. Nitko prvi dijagnostički pregled ne smije čekati duže od 9 mjeseci.

"Mi smo sada bili, odradili smo sve i sve će biti u roku 20 dana. To je jako dobro", rekla je Nevenka iz Zagreba - piše Net.hr.

"U četvrtom mjesecu sam tražila termin. Prvi je bio u Slavonskom Brodu. U Zagrebu je bio u 12. mjesecu. Nije mi bio problem otići u drugi grad", rekla je Zvjezdana iz Zagreba.

"Danas je bilo baš iznenađujuće. Kad sam prije bila ovdje sa svojom kćeri, čekali smo tri do četiri sata na konzultacije", rekla je Inga iz Kijeva.

Ako netko čeka duže od 270 dana, može pisati Ministarstvu na adresu liste@miz.hr.

"Slobodno nam se mogu javiti, onda ćemo mi kontaktirati ravnatelje pojedine bolnice ili koordinatore za liste čekanja u toj bolnici, da vidimo zašto pacijent nije dobio onaj termin koji je javno dostupan na mail stranici", rekao je Hrvoje Jezidžić, voditelj Službe za podršku, izvještavanje i nadzor nacionalnih informacijskih sustava.

Na razini države u prosjeku se čeka 146 dana.

Alen Ružić, ravnatelj KBC-a Rijeka može se pohvaliti s listama čekanja od 140 dana.

"Mi u KBC-u svaki dan kontroliramo stanje, kako bismo ako dođe do produženja mogli adekvatno reagirati. Riječ je o listama za dijagnostičke pretrage", poručuje.

Da je riješio liste čekanja tako što je privatnicima plaćeno 2 milijuna eura, ministar zdravstva odgovorio je da je to samo mali dio ukupno obavljenih pregleda.

"Sav mogući armatorij smo iskoristili da bismo smanjili liste čekanja. Dodatno smo dogovorili pretrage u kontekstu privatnog sustava, jer svaka zemlja zapadne demokracije koristi i javni i privatni sektor kako bi odgovorila na izazove oko nas", rekao je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

U roku od 48 sati rješavaju se i pritužbe pacijenata.

"Dobijemo dnevno između 15 i 20 mailova. To nije puno, to se uspije obraditi, ali dobijemo i mailove koji nisu isključivo vezani na prve dijagnostičke preglede, što je posebna tema sveukupne priče. Dosta se pacijenata žali na kontrolne preglede u nekom zakazanom terminu", rekao je Jezidžić.

Važno je da u mailu budu konkretni podaci o kojoj ustanovi i pregledu je riječ.

"Otvaranje mail adrese na koju se pacijenti mogu javiti ako predugo čekaju na određeni pregled u zdravstvenoj ustavi stvara jedan pozitivan pomak za pacijente, odnosno stavlja se pritisak na bolnice kako bi sami riješili liste čekanja", rekla je Jasna Karačić Zanetti, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata.

Ostaje još jedan problem. Svaki put 10-15 % pacijenata se ne pojavi na zakazanom pregledu i ne otkaže ga. I to pridonosi dužim listama čekanja.
