USKOK je podigao optužnicu protiv policajca (56) zbog kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, krivotvorenja službene isprave te ovjeravanja neistinitog sadržaja.

Policajac je suspendiran i udaljen iz službe jer ga se tereti da je otuđio čak 830.000 kuna novčanih kazni koje je policija naplatila prometnim prekršiteljima, otkriva danica.hr.

Tako je da je od 1. siječnja 2013. do 26. ožujka 2021. u Belišću, Valpovu i Osijeku, kao policijski službenik Policijske postaje Belišće od policijskih službenika preuzeo ukupno 258.552,78 eura naplaćenih novčanih kazni od kojeg iznosa je dio uzeo i zadržao za sebe.

“Na opisani način si je pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist od najmanje 110.163,72 eura“, rekli su danas u USKOK-u.

Policajac je, dakle, to u kontinuitetu radio više od osam godina (99 mjeseci) te je u prosjeku "mažnjavao" oko 8400 kuna mjesečno, što je bilo osjetno više od njegove mjesečne plaće.

“S ciljem prikrivanja nezakonitih radnji, okrivljenik je u službene evidencije MUP-a unio neistinite podatke o naplaćenim iznosima novčanih kazni i vremenu njihove naplate, odnosno neistinite podatke o zaduženju obrascima za prekršajne kazne.

Osim toga je, prilikom redovnih godišnjih inventura, u razdoblju od 2013. godine do 2020. godine, u liste Inventure robe unio neistinite podatke o stanju zaliha obrazaca i svojim potpisom ovjerio unesene podatke, piše danica.hr.

Potom je sačinio i završne zapisnike o provedenim inventurama s neistinitim podacima o ukupnoj naplati i zalihama obrazaca. Članovi inventurnog povjerenstva ne sumnjajući u istinitost navedenu dokumentaciju ovjerili su svojim potpisom”, zaključuje USKOK.

USKOK je podigao optužnicu protiv policajca (56) zbog kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, krivotvorenja službene isprave te ovjeravanja neistinitog sadržaja.

Policajac je suspendiran i udaljen iz službe jer ga se tereti da je otuđio čak 830.000 kuna novčanih kazni koje je policija naplatila prometnim prekršiteljima, otkriva danica.hr.

Tako je da je od 1. siječnja 2013. do 26. ožujka 2021. u Belišću, Valpovu i Osijeku, kao policijski službenik Policijske postaje Belišće od policijskih službenika preuzeo ukupno 258.552,78 eura naplaćenih novčanih kazni od kojeg iznosa je dio uzeo i zadržao za sebe.

“Na opisani način si je pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist od najmanje 110.163,72 eura“, rekli su danas u USKOK-u.

Policajac je, dakle, to u kontinuitetu radio više od osam godina (99 mjeseci) te je u prosjeku "mažnjavao" oko 8400 kuna mjesečno, što je bilo osjetno više od njegove mjesečne plaće.

“S ciljem prikrivanja nezakonitih radnji, okrivljenik je u službene evidencije MUP-a unio neistinite podatke o naplaćenim iznosima novčanih kazni i vremenu njihove naplate, odnosno neistinite podatke o zaduženju obrascima za prekršajne kazne.

Osim toga je, prilikom redovnih godišnjih inventura, u razdoblju od 2013. godine do 2020. godine, u liste Inventure robe unio neistinite podatke o stanju zaliha obrazaca i svojim potpisom ovjerio unesene podatke, piše danica.hr.

Potom je sačinio i završne zapisnike o provedenim inventurama s neistinitim podacima o ukupnoj naplati i zalihama obrazaca. Članovi inventurnog povjerenstva ne sumnjajući u istinitost navedenu dokumentaciju ovjerili su svojim potpisom”, zaključuje USKOK.

Optužnica protiv pohlepnog policajca: u osam godina ‘maznuo‘ 110 tisuća eura od naplaćenih prometnih kazni

USKOK je podigao optužnicu protiv policajca (56) zbog kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, krivotvorenja službene isprave te ovjeravanja neistinitog sadržaja.

Policajac je suspendiran i udaljen iz službe jer ga se tereti da je otuđio čak 830.000 kuna novčanih kazni koje je policija naplatila prometnim prekršiteljima, otkriva danica.hr.

Tako je da je od 1. siječnja 2013. do 26. ožujka 2021. u Belišću, Valpovu i Osijeku, kao policijski službenik Policijske postaje Belišće od policijskih službenika preuzeo ukupno 258.552,78 eura naplaćenih novčanih kazni od kojeg iznosa je dio uzeo i zadržao za sebe.

“Na opisani način si je pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist od najmanje 110.163,72 eura“, rekli su danas u USKOK-u.

Policajac je, dakle, to u kontinuitetu radio više od osam godina (99 mjeseci) te je u prosjeku "mažnjavao" oko 8400 kuna mjesečno, što je bilo osjetno više od njegove mjesečne plaće.

“S ciljem prikrivanja nezakonitih radnji, okrivljenik je u službene evidencije MUP-a unio neistinite podatke o naplaćenim iznosima novčanih kazni i vremenu njihove naplate, odnosno neistinite podatke o zaduženju obrascima za prekršajne kazne.

Osim toga je, prilikom redovnih godišnjih inventura, u razdoblju od 2013. godine do 2020. godine, u liste Inventure robe unio neistinite podatke o stanju zaliha obrazaca i svojim potpisom ovjerio unesene podatke, piše danica.hr.

Potom je sačinio i završne zapisnike o provedenim inventurama s neistinitim podacima o ukupnoj naplati i zalihama obrazaca. Članovi inventurnog povjerenstva ne sumnjajući u istinitost navedenu dokumentaciju ovjerili su svojim potpisom”, zaključuje USKOK.
