Ured za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta (Uskok) u ponedjeljak je neosnovanima ocijenio javne prigovore odvjetnice bivše državne tajnice Josipe Rimac osumnjičene u aferi Vjetroelektrane.
Podsjetivši da je Lidija Horvat kao braniteljica bivše državne tajnice Josipe Rimac u više navrata javno istupila navodeći da Uskok uopće ne ispituje svjedoke ili ih ispituje neprimjerenom dinamikom za predmet u kojem je osoba lišena slobode, Uskok je pojasnio da je riječ o složenom predmetu s više okrivljenika.
Uz to, Uskok je naglasio da se u konkretnom predmetu ispitivanje svjedoka i druge dokazne radnje provede bez zastoja te da je od pokretanja istrage ispitano 44 svjedoka.
Reagirajući na istupe odvjetnice, u Uskoku su naglasili da se taj ured prilikom ispitivanja svjedoka, u odnosu na okrivljenike koji se zbog tzv. koluzione opasnosti nalaze u istražnom zatvoru, rukovodi načelnom razmjernosti.
U Uskoku preciziraju da se dinamika ispitivanja svjedoka odvija podjednako prema svim okrivljenicima kojima je istražni zatvor određen zbog te zakonske osnove.
Osim ispitivanja svjedoka, u istrazi se paralelno poduzima i niz dokaznih radnji, dodao je Uskok pojasnivši da se obavljaju pretrage brojnih elektroničkih uređaja oduzetih od okrivljenika, dok su od suda ishođene privremene mjere osiguranja oduzimanja imovinske koristi. Uz to, Uskok tvrdi da detaljno analizira obimnu dokumentaciju i spis koji trenutno ima preko 10.000 stranica.
"Uskok u ovom, kao i u drugim predmetima, kontinuirano provodi ispitivanje svjedoka i druge potrebne dokazne radnje pa stoga odbacujemo zlonamjerne prigovore kojima se želi stvoriti neopravdani dojam da se u ovom predmetu ne postupa zakonito", stoji u priopćenju.
Braniteljica bivše kninske gradonačelnice je u subotu u pritužbi sucu istrage istaknula da se Uskok u istrazi afere Vjetroelektrane ne ispituje svjedoke zbog kojih je Rimac u istražnom zatvoru, dok istovremeno ispituje druge svjedoke. "Potpuno je razvidno da su svjedoci zbog kojih je Rimac pritvorena već mogli biti ispitani te je ona mogla biti puštena na slobodu", ocijenila je Horvat.
Uz Josipu Rimac u Remetincu su zbog utjecaja na svjedoke zadržani i HDZ-ova načelnica Gračaca Nataša Turbić, tajnica kabineta Ministarstva poljoprivrede Ružica Njavro i šibenski poduzetnik Ante Sladić. Turubić i Sladić u međuvremenu su izašli iz istražnog zatvora.
Osim njih isprva je bio pritvoren i kninski gradski vijećnik Marinko Tokmačija, koji je u prvi pušten da se brani sa slobode.
U međuvremenu Sud Bosne i Hercegovine odbio je zahtjev za određivanje pritvora drugoosumnjičenom vlasniku tvrtke Lager Milenku Bašiću koji je po hrvatskom nalogu uhićen zajedno s izvršnim direktorom te tvrtke Draganom Stipićem.
Pored spomenutih sedmero, Uskok u aferi Vjetroelektrane sumnjiči predsjednika Uprave Hrvatskih šuma Krunoslava Jakupčića, šefa splitske ispostave Hrvatskih šuma Ivana Melvana i direktora Hrvatske energetske regulatorne agencije (HERA) Tomislava Jurekovića.
Uz njih, prijavljeni su zagrebački poduzetnik Josip Ravlić, kninski poduzetnik Nikola Lapčić i smijenjena pomoćnica ministra gospodarstva Ana Mandac.
U proširenju istrage Uskok Rimac, među ostalim, tereti da je utjecala na članicu Državne ispitne komisije Nadu Budimir kako bi Ana-Mari Škoro prošla državni ispit.
Na teret joj se stavlja i da je svoju sestru Biserku Vujić, uz pomoć okrivljenog Saše Dujmića zaposlila u šibenskoj Elektri, ali i da je u Zavodu za zapošljavanje u Otočcu zaposlila sina osumnjičenog Dražena Prše, glavnog urednika portala koji je trebao pisati o nezakonitim zapošljavanjima u HEP-u.

Ured za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta (Uskok) u ponedjeljak je neosnovanima ocijenio javne prigovore odvjetnice bivše državne tajnice Josipe Rimac osumnjičene u aferi Vjetroelektrane.
Podsjetivši da je Lidija Horvat kao braniteljica bivše državne tajnice Josipe Rimac u više navrata javno istupila navodeći da Uskok uopće ne ispituje svjedoke ili ih ispituje neprimjerenom dinamikom za predmet u kojem je osoba lišena slobode, Uskok je pojasnio da je riječ o složenom predmetu s više okrivljenika.
Uz to, Uskok je naglasio da se u konkretnom predmetu ispitivanje svjedoka i druge dokazne radnje provede bez zastoja te da je od pokretanja istrage ispitano 44 svjedoka.
Reagirajući na istupe odvjetnice, u Uskoku su naglasili da se taj ured prilikom ispitivanja svjedoka, u odnosu na okrivljenike koji se zbog tzv. koluzione opasnosti nalaze u istražnom zatvoru, rukovodi načelnom razmjernosti.
U Uskoku preciziraju da se dinamika ispitivanja svjedoka odvija podjednako prema svim okrivljenicima kojima je istražni zatvor određen zbog te zakonske osnove.
Osim ispitivanja svjedoka, u istrazi se paralelno poduzima i niz dokaznih radnji, dodao je Uskok pojasnivši da se obavljaju pretrage brojnih elektroničkih uređaja oduzetih od okrivljenika, dok su od suda ishođene privremene mjere osiguranja oduzimanja imovinske koristi. Uz to, Uskok tvrdi da detaljno analizira obimnu dokumentaciju i spis koji trenutno ima preko 10.000 stranica.
"Uskok u ovom, kao i u drugim predmetima, kontinuirano provodi ispitivanje svjedoka i druge potrebne dokazne radnje pa stoga odbacujemo zlonamjerne prigovore kojima se želi stvoriti neopravdani dojam da se u ovom predmetu ne postupa zakonito", stoji u priopćenju.
Braniteljica bivše kninske gradonačelnice je u subotu u pritužbi sucu istrage istaknula da se Uskok u istrazi afere Vjetroelektrane ne ispituje svjedoke zbog kojih je Rimac u istražnom zatvoru, dok istovremeno ispituje druge svjedoke. "Potpuno je razvidno da su svjedoci zbog kojih je Rimac pritvorena već mogli biti ispitani te je ona mogla biti puštena na slobodu", ocijenila je Horvat.
Uz Josipu Rimac u Remetincu su zbog utjecaja na svjedoke zadržani i HDZ-ova načelnica Gračaca Nataša Turbić, tajnica kabineta Ministarstva poljoprivrede Ružica Njavro i šibenski poduzetnik Ante Sladić. Turubić i Sladić u međuvremenu su izašli iz istražnog zatvora.
Osim njih isprva je bio pritvoren i kninski gradski vijećnik Marinko Tokmačija, koji je u prvi pušten da se brani sa slobode.
U međuvremenu Sud Bosne i Hercegovine odbio je zahtjev za određivanje pritvora drugoosumnjičenom vlasniku tvrtke Lager Milenku Bašiću koji je po hrvatskom nalogu uhićen zajedno s izvršnim direktorom te tvrtke Draganom Stipićem.
Pored spomenutih sedmero, Uskok u aferi Vjetroelektrane sumnjiči predsjednika Uprave Hrvatskih šuma Krunoslava Jakupčića, šefa splitske ispostave Hrvatskih šuma Ivana Melvana i direktora Hrvatske energetske regulatorne agencije (HERA) Tomislava Jurekovića.
Uz njih, prijavljeni su zagrebački poduzetnik Josip Ravlić, kninski poduzetnik Nikola Lapčić i smijenjena pomoćnica ministra gospodarstva Ana Mandac.
U proširenju istrage Uskok Rimac, među ostalim, tereti da je utjecala na članicu Državne ispitne komisije Nadu Budimir kako bi Ana-Mari Škoro prošla državni ispit.
Na teret joj se stavlja i da je svoju sestru Biserku Vujić, uz pomoć okrivljenog Saše Dujmića zaposlila u šibenskoj Elektri, ali i da je u Zavodu za zapošljavanje u Otočcu zaposlila sina osumnjičenog Dražena Prše, glavnog urednika portala koji je trebao pisati o nezakonitim zapošljavanjima u HEP-u.
