Prije 15 godina, u vrijeme kada ga je britanski časopis Finance Central Europe proglasio najboljim hrvatskim bankarom godine, danas 75-godišnji Ivo Šinko, dugogodišnji predsjednik Uprave propale Jadranske banke, provodio je "shemu" s nezakonitim isplatama kredita, čija je završnica uslijedila u srijedu, kad je šibenska policija izvijestila da ga je kazneno prijavila za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, čime je oštetio banku za najmanje 64 milijuna kuna.

Osim Šinka, u najnovijoj su prijavi kazneno obuhvaćeni i njegova tadašnja zamjenica Marija Trlaja (62) te ondašnji član Uprave Mirko Goreta (52).

Šinka se sada tereti da je zajedno sa svojim suradnicima od 2007. do 2010. godine u više navrata, na poticanje dviju osumnjičenih 45-godišnjakinja, Natalie R. i Marijane S., tada direktorica dviju turističkih firmi iz Vodica, odobrio isplate ukupno pet kredita, isplate po ugovorima o okvirnom faktoringu i isplate po ugovorima o faktoringu po kupcima (kao regresni dužnik). Po prijavi, omogućili su i da nakon isplata, kao i nakon proteka prolongiranih dospijeća plaćanja te vodičke firme, ne vrate svoj dug.

"Utvrđeno je kako je troje osumnjičenih, suprotno proceduri odobravanja kredita propisanoj internim aktima novčarske institucije, bez prethodnog provođenja propisanih analiza i mišljenja nadležnih stručnih službi, kao i bez postojanja adekvatnih instrumenata osiguranja, odobrilo isplatu svega zatraženog. Društva nisu izvršila povrat dospjelih potraživanja, nego su ta potraživanja zatvorena ugovorima o ustupanju umjesto isplate, odnosno preuzimanjem nekretnina", navode iz šibenske policije.

Naravno, za dio preuzetih nekretnina Jadranska banka nije izvršila upis vlasništva jer navedene nekretnine uopće nisu bile u vlasništvu jedne od dviju vodičkih tvrtki pa tako nisu ni mogle biti predmet ustupanja. Drugi dio nekretnina naknadno je prodan za znatno manji iznos od stvarnog iznosa zatvorenih potraživanja, a ovime je Jadranskoj banci prouzročena šteta od najmanje 63.738.934,24 kune.

Nije ovo prva kaznena prijava i optužnica s kojom su se suočili čelni ljudi banke nad kojom je u listopadu 2015. godine Državna agencija za sanaciju banaka otvorila sanaciju, a država je pokrila prouzročenu štetu od 846 milijuna kuna. Sanacija je okončana 2018. godine, kad je Jadranska banka pripojena Hrvatskoj poštanskoj banci.

Podsjetimo i na to da su Šinko, Trlaja, Goreta i čakovečki poduzetnik Nikola Žnidarić bili uhićeni u ožujku 2017. godine, a godinu dana poslije protiv njih je podignuta i optužnica zato što su na isti način, nezakonitim kreditima koje su davali Žnidariću, oštetili banku za gotovo 38 milijuna kuna.

U listopadu 2020. godine, pak, Šinkovo se ime našlo i u novoj optužnici Županijskog državnog odvjetništva Šibenik zajedno s Goranom Prginom, vlasnikom NCP Grupe, njegovom kćeri i jednim direktorom, a teretilo ih se da su financijskim malverzacijama prouzročili štetu od gotovo 40 milijuna kuna, od čega pola iznosa otpada na štetu prouzročenu Jadranskoj banci.

Prije 15 godina, u vrijeme kada ga je britanski časopis Finance Central Europe proglasio najboljim hrvatskim bankarom godine, danas 75-godišnji Ivo Šinko, dugogodišnji predsjednik Uprave propale Jadranske banke, provodio je "shemu" s nezakonitim isplatama kredita, čija je završnica uslijedila u srijedu, kad je šibenska policija izvijestila da ga je kazneno prijavila za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, čime je oštetio banku za najmanje 64 milijuna kuna.

Osim Šinka, u najnovijoj su prijavi kazneno obuhvaćeni i njegova tadašnja zamjenica Marija Trlaja (62) te ondašnji član Uprave Mirko Goreta (52).

Šinka se sada tereti da je zajedno sa svojim suradnicima od 2007. do 2010. godine u više navrata, na poticanje dviju osumnjičenih 45-godišnjakinja, Natalie R. i Marijane S., tada direktorica dviju turističkih firmi iz Vodica, odobrio isplate ukupno pet kredita, isplate po ugovorima o okvirnom faktoringu i isplate po ugovorima o faktoringu po kupcima (kao regresni dužnik). Po prijavi, omogućili su i da nakon isplata, kao i nakon proteka prolongiranih dospijeća plaćanja te vodičke firme, ne vrate svoj dug.

"Utvrđeno je kako je troje osumnjičenih, suprotno proceduri odobravanja kredita propisanoj internim aktima novčarske institucije, bez prethodnog provođenja propisanih analiza i mišljenja nadležnih stručnih službi, kao i bez postojanja adekvatnih instrumenata osiguranja, odobrilo isplatu svega zatraženog. Društva nisu izvršila povrat dospjelih potraživanja, nego su ta potraživanja zatvorena ugovorima o ustupanju umjesto isplate, odnosno preuzimanjem nekretnina", navode iz šibenske policije.

Naravno, za dio preuzetih nekretnina Jadranska banka nije izvršila upis vlasništva jer navedene nekretnine uopće nisu bile u vlasništvu jedne od dviju vodičkih tvrtki pa tako nisu ni mogle biti predmet ustupanja. Drugi dio nekretnina naknadno je prodan za znatno manji iznos od stvarnog iznosa zatvorenih potraživanja, a ovime je Jadranskoj banci prouzročena šteta od najmanje 63.738.934,24 kune.

Nije ovo prva kaznena prijava i optužnica s kojom su se suočili čelni ljudi banke nad kojom je u listopadu 2015. godine Državna agencija za sanaciju banaka otvorila sanaciju, a država je pokrila prouzročenu štetu od 846 milijuna kuna. Sanacija je okončana 2018. godine, kad je Jadranska banka pripojena Hrvatskoj poštanskoj banci.

Podsjetimo i na to da su Šinko, Trlaja, Goreta i čakovečki poduzetnik Nikola Žnidarić bili uhićeni u ožujku 2017. godine, a godinu dana poslije protiv njih je podignuta i optužnica zato što su na isti način, nezakonitim kreditima koje su davali Žnidariću, oštetili banku za gotovo 38 milijuna kuna.

U listopadu 2020. godine, pak, Šinkovo se ime našlo i u novoj optužnici Županijskog državnog odvjetništva Šibenik zajedno s Goranom Prginom, vlasnikom NCP Grupe, njegovom kćeri i jednim direktorom, a teretilo ih se da su financijskim malverzacijama prouzročili štetu od gotovo 40 milijuna kuna, od čega pola iznosa otpada na štetu prouzročenu Jadranskoj banci.

Dugogodišnji šef propale ‘Jadranske banke‘ tereti se za nezakonitu isplatu milijunskih kredita, osumnjičene i dvije direktorice tvrtki iz Vodica

Prije 15 godina, u vrijeme kada ga je britanski časopis Finance Central Europe proglasio najboljim hrvatskim bankarom godine, danas 75-godišnji Ivo Šinko, dugogodišnji predsjednik Uprave propale Jadranske banke, provodio je "shemu" s nezakonitim isplatama kredita, čija je završnica uslijedila u srijedu, kad je šibenska policija izvijestila da ga je kazneno prijavila za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, čime je oštetio banku za najmanje 64 milijuna kuna.

Osim Šinka, u najnovijoj su prijavi kazneno obuhvaćeni i njegova tadašnja zamjenica Marija Trlaja (62) te ondašnji član Uprave Mirko Goreta (52).

Šinka se sada tereti da je zajedno sa svojim suradnicima od 2007. do 2010. godine u više navrata, na poticanje dviju osumnjičenih 45-godišnjakinja, Natalie R. i Marijane S., tada direktorica dviju turističkih firmi iz Vodica, odobrio isplate ukupno pet kredita, isplate po ugovorima o okvirnom faktoringu i isplate po ugovorima o faktoringu po kupcima (kao regresni dužnik). Po prijavi, omogućili su i da nakon isplata, kao i nakon proteka prolongiranih dospijeća plaćanja te vodičke firme, ne vrate svoj dug.

"Utvrđeno je kako je troje osumnjičenih, suprotno proceduri odobravanja kredita propisanoj internim aktima novčarske institucije, bez prethodnog provođenja propisanih analiza i mišljenja nadležnih stručnih službi, kao i bez postojanja adekvatnih instrumenata osiguranja, odobrilo isplatu svega zatraženog. Društva nisu izvršila povrat dospjelih potraživanja, nego su ta potraživanja zatvorena ugovorima o ustupanju umjesto isplate, odnosno preuzimanjem nekretnina", navode iz šibenske policije.

Naravno, za dio preuzetih nekretnina Jadranska banka nije izvršila upis vlasništva jer navedene nekretnine uopće nisu bile u vlasništvu jedne od dviju vodičkih tvrtki pa tako nisu ni mogle biti predmet ustupanja. Drugi dio nekretnina naknadno je prodan za znatno manji iznos od stvarnog iznosa zatvorenih potraživanja, a ovime je Jadranskoj banci prouzročena šteta od najmanje 63.738.934,24 kune.

Nije ovo prva kaznena prijava i optužnica s kojom su se suočili čelni ljudi banke nad kojom je u listopadu 2015. godine Državna agencija za sanaciju banaka otvorila sanaciju, a država je pokrila prouzročenu štetu od 846 milijuna kuna. Sanacija je okončana 2018. godine, kad je Jadranska banka pripojena Hrvatskoj poštanskoj banci.
