Košarkaši Šibenke sezonu su okončali ispadanjem u četvrtfinalu play offa nakon dva poraza od Zadra. Bila je to vro turbulentna sezona, puna ozljeda, karantena, prognanstava Narančastih iz dvorane na Baldekinu... Obilježilo ju je puno onih nekošarkaških stvari. Svoje viđenje svega onoga što se u minulih devet mjeseci događalo u taboru Šibenke dao je Dženan Rahimić, trener Narančastih:

- U konačnici, mislim da smo imali O.K. sezone. Sve one ciljeve koji su stavljeni ispred nas, ili smo ih mi sami stavili ispred sebe, su ostvareni. Kad se samo sjetim 1. srpnja prošle godine, koliko je bilo neizvjesnosti tada, sad iz ove perspektive da nam je netko ponudio kako ćemo igrati play off sa Zadrom zasigurno bismo objeručke prihvatili takvu ponudu. Sad, je li mogla biti pobjeda- dvije više, naravno da je mogla. Međutim, mislim da su momci stvarno korektno izvukli ovu sezone, naročito naša tri- četiri nositelja igre. Posebno u razdobju kada nas je muičilo jako puno ozljeda i kada su oni morali igrati s velikom minutažom. Na kraju, mislim da stvarno možemo biti zadovoljni sezonom. Ako bih se poslužio skalom koja se koristio u školama, onda bih nam 'navukao' minus četiri- rekao je Rahimić.

Na Baldekinu su uvijek pod povećalom mladi igrači. Nem ekipe u Hrvatskoj koja daje više prostora mladićima iz vlastitog dvorišta:

- Na tom polju smo, koliko su nam mogućnosti i ozljede dozvoljavale, uspjeli isprofilirati Juru Pleadina. Također, dosta minuta smo pružili Ivan Gulinu. Naravno, opet smo dali veliku šansu Šariću, iako je on i prijašnjih sezona bio jedan od nositelja igre. Na koncu, koliko je bilo prostora, bilo je prigoda i za juniore- misli trener Šibenke.

Na stranu mladci, ali Šibenku je minule sezone nosio trojac Širko- Freeman- Miković:

- Tako je. Ali, svaka ekipa ima neku svoju trojku koja je stožerna. U ovom trenutku to su u Šibeniku bila njih trojica. Radi se stvarno o tri predobra momka, što je najvažnije od svega. Nije ni njima bilo lako sa mnom i s mojom nervozom i nekim ludostima. Ali, mislim kako smo sve to dobro izbalansirali, da sam i ja zažmirio na neke njihove 'mušice'. Stvarno su muški iznijeli ovu sezonu i ja im želim sve najbolje u nastavku karijere. Ne znam kakvi su im planovi za budućnost, ali ja im želim da ostvare sve svoje ciljeve- poručio je Rahimić.

Pitali smo ga i kakvi su njegovi planovi za budućnost? Naime, u medijima se već duže vrijeme vrti priča kako je uprava Šibenke u kontaktima sa Slavenom Rimcem, bivšim trenerom Cibone i Cedevite. Priča kaže da bi Rimac mogao dobiti višegodišnji ugovor s Narančastima i doriješene ruke. Drugim riječima, Rimac bi mogao na Baldekinu biti kao engleski nogometni menadžer. Navodno, glavni zadatak bi mu bio 'tesati' šibenske talente:

- Moj ugovor je završio sa zadnjom utakmicom prvenstva. Držim kako je to sasvim normalna situacija. Kako igrači mijenjaju sredine, tako to radimo i mi treneri. I ja sam čuo priče oko mogućeg angažmana Slavena Rimca, ali što i kako- zaista ne znam u ovom trenutku. Rimac je odličan trener, tu nema nikakvog spora. A što se mene tiče, mislim da sam dao ono najbolje to sam mogao dati. Da je bilo malo više podrške u nekim trenucima, da se doveo još neki igrač čisto da pojačamo rotaciju mislim da bi bilo još bolje. No, i ovako se moram zahvaliti upravi na pruženoj prilici- otkrio je Rahimić.

U jednom dijelu sezone Šibenka je bila hit domaćeg prvenstva. Pohvale na igru Narančastih pljuštale su sa svih strana. Usotalom, na Baldekinu su padali i Split i Cibona. Stoga, navijači Šibenke žale što se njihovi ljubimci nisu uključili u otvoreniju borbu za više pozicije. A s nekoliko pogođenih igrača koji bi dali ruku Širku, Freemanu, Mikoviću i društvu to se možda i moglo:

- Tražio sam ja uprave da se dovedu neki igrači, naročito u situacijama kad smo imali ozljede Mikovića i Freemana. No, oni su mi odgovorili prije trećeg kruga da od toga neće biti ništa, jer ne možemo ni gore ni dolje na tablici- zaključio je Rahimić.

Košarkaši Šibenke sezonu su okončali ispadanjem u četvrtfinalu play offa nakon dva poraza od Zadra. Bila je to vro turbulentna sezona, puna ozljeda, karantena, prognanstava Narančastih iz dvorane na Baldekinu... Obilježilo ju je puno onih nekošarkaških stvari. Svoje viđenje svega onoga što se u minulih devet mjeseci događalo u taboru Šibenke dao je Dženan Rahimić, trener Narančastih:

- U konačnici, mislim da smo imali O.K. sezone. Sve one ciljeve koji su stavljeni ispred nas, ili smo ih mi sami stavili ispred sebe, su ostvareni. Kad se samo sjetim 1. srpnja prošle godine, koliko je bilo neizvjesnosti tada, sad iz ove perspektive da nam je netko ponudio kako ćemo igrati play off sa Zadrom zasigurno bismo objeručke prihvatili takvu ponudu. Sad, je li mogla biti pobjeda- dvije više, naravno da je mogla. Međutim, mislim da su momci stvarno korektno izvukli ovu sezone, naročito naša tri- četiri nositelja igre. Posebno u razdobju kada nas je muičilo jako puno ozljeda i kada su oni morali igrati s velikom minutažom. Na kraju, mislim da stvarno možemo biti zadovoljni sezonom. Ako bih se poslužio skalom koja se koristio u školama, onda bih nam 'navukao' minus četiri- rekao je Rahimić.

Na Baldekinu su uvijek pod povećalom mladi igrači. Nem ekipe u Hrvatskoj koja daje više prostora mladićima iz vlastitog dvorišta:

- Na tom polju smo, koliko su nam mogućnosti i ozljede dozvoljavale, uspjeli isprofilirati Juru Pleadina. Također, dosta minuta smo pružili Ivan Gulinu. Naravno, opet smo dali veliku šansu Šariću, iako je on i prijašnjih sezona bio jedan od nositelja igre. Na koncu, koliko je bilo prostora, bilo je prigoda i za juniore- misli trener Šibenke.

Na stranu mladci, ali Šibenku je minule sezone nosio trojac Širko- Freeman- Miković:

- Tako je. Ali, svaka ekipa ima neku svoju trojku koja je stožerna. U ovom trenutku to su u Šibeniku bila njih trojica. Radi se stvarno o tri predobra momka, što je najvažnije od svega. Nije ni njima bilo lako sa mnom i s mojom nervozom i nekim ludostima. Ali, mislim kako smo sve to dobro izbalansirali, da sam i ja zažmirio na neke njihove 'mušice'. Stvarno su muški iznijeli ovu sezonu i ja im želim sve najbolje u nastavku karijere. Ne znam kakvi su im planovi za budućnost, ali ja im želim da ostvare sve svoje ciljeve- poručio je Rahimić.

Pitali smo ga i kakvi su njegovi planovi za budućnost? Naime, u medijima se već duže vrijeme vrti priča kako je uprava Šibenke u kontaktima sa Slavenom Rimcem, bivšim trenerom Cibone i Cedevite. Priča kaže da bi Rimac mogao dobiti višegodišnji ugovor s Narančastima i doriješene ruke. Drugim riječima, Rimac bi mogao na Baldekinu biti kao engleski nogometni menadžer. Navodno, glavni zadatak bi mu bio 'tesati' šibenske talente:

- Moj ugovor je završio sa zadnjom utakmicom prvenstva. Držim kako je to sasvim normalna situacija. Kako igrači mijenjaju sredine, tako to radimo i mi treneri. I ja sam čuo priče oko mogućeg angažmana Slavena Rimca, ali što i kako- zaista ne znam u ovom trenutku. Rimac je odličan trener, tu nema nikakvog spora. A što se mene tiče, mislim da sam dao ono najbolje to sam mogao dati. Da je bilo malo više podrške u nekim trenucima, da se doveo još neki igrač čisto da pojačamo rotaciju mislim da bi bilo još bolje. No, i ovako se moram zahvaliti upravi na pruženoj prilici- otkrio je Rahimić.

U jednom dijelu sezone Šibenka je bila hit domaćeg prvenstva. Pohvale na igru Narančastih pljuštale su sa svih strana. Usotalom, na Baldekinu su padali i Split i Cibona. Stoga, navijači Šibenke žale što se njihovi ljubimci nisu uključili u otvoreniju borbu za više pozicije. A s nekoliko pogođenih igrača koji bi dali ruku Širku, Freemanu, Mikoviću i društvu to se možda i moglo:

- Tražio sam ja uprave da se dovedu neki igrači, naročito u situacijama kad smo imali ozljede Mikovića i Freemana. No, oni su mi odgovorili prije trećeg kruga da od toga neće biti ništa, jer ne možemo ni gore ni dolje na tablici- zaključio je Rahimić.
