Uljaniku je stigla slamka spasa iz Izraela, javlja Novi list. Riječ je o do sada najozbiljnijem kupcu, Israel Shipyards -u koji je je stečajnom upravitelju na stol stavio preliminarnu ponudu za preuzimanje brodogradilišta u kojoj za 54,77 posto poslovnog udjela nude "između pet i šest milijuna eura", s time da traže direktne pregovore oko cjelokupne transakcije s ključnim dionicima, a to ponajprije uključuje predstavnike države koja je i najveći vjerovnik, ali i vlasnik oko 42 posto poslovnog udjela u Uljaniku 1856.

Ugovor s Izraelcima za još uvijek nezavršeni dok vrijedan je oko 7 milijuna eura, a otprilike isto tolika su i državna jamstva za kredit kojeg je na račun tog posla dobilo pulsko brodogradilište.

U svojem dopisu, kojeg potpisuje izvršni direktor Israel shipyards Eitan Zucker, apostrofira se kako je plutajući dok dio većeg projekta kojeg ova tvrtka odrađuje za izraelsko Ministarstvo obrane, te da sve uključene strane, pa tako i novi vlasnik Uljanika 1856, bez obzira tko to bude, moraju osigurati da se ovaj posao na izgradnji plutajućeg doka završi, bez daljnjih odgoda i uz puno poštivanje ugovora koji je na snazi.

Među referencama koje su naveli, Izraelci su istaknuli kako imaju šezdesetogodišnje iskustvo u projektiranju, izgradnji i održavanju civilnih i vojnih plovila te dodaju kako su podružnica javne kompanije Israel Shipyards Industries, čije su dionice uvrštene na burzi u Tel Avivu. Tvrde i da su spremni obvezati se da u nadolazećim godinama pulskom brodogradilištu osiguraju nove projekte i poslove.

Uljaniku je stigla slamka spasa iz Izraela, javlja Novi list. Riječ je o do sada najozbiljnijem kupcu, Israel Shipyards -u koji je je stečajnom upravitelju na stol stavio preliminarnu ponudu za preuzimanje brodogradilišta u kojoj za 54,77 posto poslovnog udjela nude "između pet i šest milijuna eura", s time da traže direktne pregovore oko cjelokupne transakcije s ključnim dionicima, a to ponajprije uključuje predstavnike države koja je i najveći vjerovnik, ali i vlasnik oko 42 posto poslovnog udjela u Uljaniku 1856.

Ugovor s Izraelcima za još uvijek nezavršeni dok vrijedan je oko 7 milijuna eura, a otprilike isto tolika su i državna jamstva za kredit kojeg je na račun tog posla dobilo pulsko brodogradilište.

U svojem dopisu, kojeg potpisuje izvršni direktor Israel shipyards Eitan Zucker, apostrofira se kako je plutajući dok dio većeg projekta kojeg ova tvrtka odrađuje za izraelsko Ministarstvo obrane, te da sve uključene strane, pa tako i novi vlasnik Uljanika 1856, bez obzira tko to bude, moraju osigurati da se ovaj posao na izgradnji plutajućeg doka završi, bez daljnjih odgoda i uz puno poštivanje ugovora koji je na snazi.

Među referencama koje su naveli, Izraelci su istaknuli kako imaju šezdesetogodišnje iskustvo u projektiranju, izgradnji i održavanju civilnih i vojnih plovila te dodaju kako su podružnica javne kompanije Israel Shipyards Industries, čije su dionice uvrštene na burzi u Tel Avivu. Tvrde i da su spremni obvezati se da u nadolazećim godinama pulskom brodogradilištu osiguraju nove projekte i poslove.

Uljaniku je stigla slamka spasa iz Izraela, javlja Novi list. Riječ je o do sada najozbiljnijem kupcu, Israel Shipyards -u koji je je stečajnom upravitelju na stol stavio preliminarnu ponudu za preuzimanje brodogradilišta u kojoj za 54,77 posto poslovnog udjela nude "između pet i šest milijuna eura", s time da traže direktne pregovore oko cjelokupne transakcije s ključnim dionicima, a to ponajprije uključuje predstavnike države koja je i najveći vjerovnik, ali i vlasnik oko 42 posto poslovnog udjela u Uljaniku 1856.

Ugovor s Izraelcima za još uvijek nezavršeni dok vrijedan je oko 7 milijuna eura, a otprilike isto tolika su i državna jamstva za kredit kojeg je na račun tog posla dobilo pulsko brodogradilište.

U svojem dopisu, kojeg potpisuje izvršni direktor Israel shipyards Eitan Zucker, apostrofira se kako je plutajući dok dio većeg projekta kojeg ova tvrtka odrađuje za izraelsko Ministarstvo obrane, te da sve uključene strane, pa tako i novi vlasnik Uljanika 1856, bez obzira tko to bude, moraju osigurati da se ovaj posao na izgradnji plutajućeg doka završi, bez daljnjih odgoda i uz puno poštivanje ugovora koji je na snazi.

Među referencama koje su naveli, Izraelci su istaknuli kako imaju šezdesetogodišnje iskustvo u projektiranju, izgradnji i održavanju civilnih i vojnih plovila te dodaju kako su podružnica javne kompanije Israel Shipyards Industries, čije su dionice uvrštene na burzi u Tel Avivu. Tvrde i da su spremni obvezati se da u nadolazećim godinama pulskom brodogradilištu osiguraju nove projekte i poslove.
