Lučka uprava Ploče, uz brojne uzvanike, svečano je obilježila 25 godina postojanja. Domaćin i ravnatelj Lučke uprave Tomislav Batur ustvrdio je kako je za to vrijeme napravljeno jako puno posla na lučkome području te da Lučka uprava kontinuirano provodi aktivnosti na održavanju i izgradnji svih komponenti temeljne lučke infrastrukture (operativne obale, prilazni kanali, objekti sigurnosti plovidbe, prometnice, željeznica, energetika, vodovod, DTK...).

Od brojnih projekata spomenuti su najznačajniji: sanacija operativne obale br.5, izgradnja Ro-Ro rampe i sanacija putničke obale, sanacija operativne obale br. 3., izgradnja Kontejnerskog terminala, Lučki informacijski sustava, Terminal za rasute terete.

- Prvih 25 godina bilo je prilično plodonosno razdoblje, ali nastavljamo dalje u skladu sa suvremenim trendovima u lučkoj industriji. Pozicija morskih luka dramatično se promijenila posljednjih desetljeća. Od mjesta gdje se vršio samo ukrcaj i iskrcaj brodova, morske luke su postale ključne karike međunarodnih i nacionalnih ekonomskih i logističkih lanaca. Upravljanje europskim lukama je u većini slučajeva povjereno lučkim upravama, koje imaju javnu i ekonomsku odgovornost. Ovaj njihov hibridni karakter idealno pozicionira lučke uprave u smislu zadovoljenja različitih izazova koje tržišne sile i društvena zajednica postavlja pred morske luke.

Međutim, kako bi se ispunila ova zadaća, tradicionalna uloga lučkih uprava zahtijeva temeljne promjene. Lučke uprave koje ograničavaju svoju ulogu samo na čuvanje lučkog zemljišta i brigu o sigurnosti plovidbe na lučkom području neće biti sposobne napraviti potreban iskorak. Stoga, bitno je da se ove temeljne zadaće razvijaju proaktivno u okviru šireg skupa zadaća koje ostvaraju novu vrijednost za širu lučku zajednicu, logistički lanac, biznis općenito kao i u pogledu društvenog i ekonomskog konteksta u kojem luke posluju. Lučke uprave u prvom redu trebaju postati lučki diveloperi uz podršku šire društvene zajednice uključujući i političke elite.

Lučke uprave trebaju stvarati povoljnu poslovnu klimu za lučke korisnike, investitore i pružatelje usluga, ulažući u infrastrukturu, postrojenja i druge servisne usluge unutar lučkog područja kao i šire poslovne mreže i inovativne klastere tamo gdje je primjenjivo - rekao je Batur, istaknuvši kako je upravo u tom smjeru Lučka uprava Ploče posljednjih godina usmjerila svoje aktivnosti koje se baziraju na tri temeljne komponente: izgradnja infrastrukture, ekologija i digitalizacija.

U tom smislu izgrađeni su su novi lučki terminali, novi lučki informacijski sustav i brojni objekti lučke infrastrukture. Samo kroz Projekt Integracije Trgovine i transporta uz potporu Vlade RH i suradnju sa Svjetskom bankom izvršena su ukupna ulaganja u lučku infrastrukturu od preko milijardu i sto milijuna kuna.

Isto tako, na području luke Ploče uz podršku Lučke uprave posljednjih godina izvršena su značajna privatna ulaganja od strane lučkih koncesionara: Luka Ploče d.d., ATT d.o.o., Top Logistic d.o.o. od preko 750 milijuna kuna. Ukupna ulaganja javnog i privatnog sektora iznose preko dvije milijarde kuna.

Pored direktnih ulaganja na području luke, naglasio je Batur, Lučka uprava zajedno sa drugim lučkim dionicima (lučki operateri, željeznički operateri, agenti, špediteri i drugi korisnici lučkih usluga) pojačava aktivnosti radi povećanja konkurentnosti cjelokupnog prometnog pravca na koridoru VC.

- Sa zadovoljstvom možemo istaknuti da će 2022. godina biti daleko najbolja u povijesti Luke Ploče po ostvarenim količinama pretovara. Očekujemo ostvarenje od preko 5,5 milijuna tona tereta. U ovom svečanom trenutku koristim priliku zahvaliti se Vladi RH na velikoj potpori u razvoju luke Ploče, Ministarstvu MPI, predsjednicima i članovima Upravnog vijeća, svim dosadašnjim ravnateljima, posebno prvom ravnatelju pok. Srećku Eraku, kao i najvrjednijem resursu svake organizacije, a to su njeni bivši i sadašnji zaposlenici.

Također zahvaljujem svim prisutnim članovima lučke zajednice (operaterima, agentima i špediterima, kontrolnim kućama, djelatnicima carine, policije, Lučke kapetanije, državnog inspektorata i svim drugima koji pridonose razvoju naše luke na dobrobit uže i šire zajednice - zaključio je Batur.

Državni tajnik u resornom ministarstvu mora, pometa i infrastrukture i predsjednik Upravnog vijeća Lučke uprave Ploče Josip Bilaver govorio je o potpori Vlade RH u realizaciji važnih projekta na lučkom području.

Lučka uprava Ploče, uz brojne uzvanike, svečano je obilježila 25 godina postojanja. Domaćin i ravnatelj Lučke uprave Tomislav Batur ustvrdio je kako je za to vrijeme napravljeno jako puno posla na lučkome području te da Lučka uprava kontinuirano provodi aktivnosti na održavanju i izgradnji svih komponenti temeljne lučke infrastrukture (operativne obale, prilazni kanali, objekti sigurnosti plovidbe, prometnice, željeznica, energetika, vodovod, DTK...).

Od brojnih projekata spomenuti su najznačajniji: sanacija operativne obale br.5, izgradnja Ro-Ro rampe i sanacija putničke obale, sanacija operativne obale br. 3., izgradnja Kontejnerskog terminala, Lučki informacijski sustava, Terminal za rasute terete.

- Prvih 25 godina bilo je prilično plodonosno razdoblje, ali nastavljamo dalje u skladu sa suvremenim trendovima u lučkoj industriji. Pozicija morskih luka dramatično se promijenila posljednjih desetljeća. Od mjesta gdje se vršio samo ukrcaj i iskrcaj brodova, morske luke su postale ključne karike međunarodnih i nacionalnih ekonomskih i logističkih lanaca. Upravljanje europskim lukama je u većini slučajeva povjereno lučkim upravama, koje imaju javnu i ekonomsku odgovornost. Ovaj njihov hibridni karakter idealno pozicionira lučke uprave u smislu zadovoljenja različitih izazova koje tržišne sile i društvena zajednica postavlja pred morske luke.

Međutim, kako bi se ispunila ova zadaća, tradicionalna uloga lučkih uprava zahtijeva temeljne promjene. Lučke uprave koje ograničavaju svoju ulogu samo na čuvanje lučkog zemljišta i brigu o sigurnosti plovidbe na lučkom području neće biti sposobne napraviti potreban iskorak. Stoga, bitno je da se ove temeljne zadaće razvijaju proaktivno u okviru šireg skupa zadaća koje ostvaraju novu vrijednost za širu lučku zajednicu, logistički lanac, biznis općenito kao i u pogledu društvenog i ekonomskog konteksta u kojem luke posluju. Lučke uprave u prvom redu trebaju postati lučki diveloperi uz podršku šire društvene zajednice uključujući i političke elite.

Lučke uprave trebaju stvarati povoljnu poslovnu klimu za lučke korisnike, investitore i pružatelje usluga, ulažući u infrastrukturu, postrojenja i druge servisne usluge unutar lučkog područja kao i šire poslovne mreže i inovativne klastere tamo gdje je primjenjivo - rekao je Batur, istaknuvši kako je upravo u tom smjeru Lučka uprava Ploče posljednjih godina usmjerila svoje aktivnosti koje se baziraju na tri temeljne komponente: izgradnja infrastrukture, ekologija i digitalizacija.

U tom smislu izgrađeni su su novi lučki terminali, novi lučki informacijski sustav i brojni objekti lučke infrastrukture. Samo kroz Projekt Integracije Trgovine i transporta uz potporu Vlade RH i suradnju sa Svjetskom bankom izvršena su ukupna ulaganja u lučku infrastrukturu od preko milijardu i sto milijuna kuna.

Isto tako, na području luke Ploče uz podršku Lučke uprave posljednjih godina izvršena su značajna privatna ulaganja od strane lučkih koncesionara: Luka Ploče d.d., ATT d.o.o., Top Logistic d.o.o. od preko 750 milijuna kuna. Ukupna ulaganja javnog i privatnog sektora iznose preko dvije milijarde kuna.

Pored direktnih ulaganja na području luke, naglasio je Batur, Lučka uprava zajedno sa drugim lučkim dionicima (lučki operateri, željeznički operateri, agenti, špediteri i drugi korisnici lučkih usluga) pojačava aktivnosti radi povećanja konkurentnosti cjelokupnog prometnog pravca na koridoru VC.

- Sa zadovoljstvom možemo istaknuti da će 2022. godina biti daleko najbolja u povijesti Luke Ploče po ostvarenim količinama pretovara. Očekujemo ostvarenje od preko 5,5 milijuna tona tereta. U ovom svečanom trenutku koristim priliku zahvaliti se Vladi RH na velikoj potpori u razvoju luke Ploče, Ministarstvu MPI, predsjednicima i članovima Upravnog vijeća, svim dosadašnjim ravnateljima, posebno prvom ravnatelju pok. Srećku Eraku, kao i najvrjednijem resursu svake organizacije, a to su njeni bivši i sadašnji zaposlenici.

Također zahvaljujem svim prisutnim članovima lučke zajednice (operaterima, agentima i špediterima, kontrolnim kućama, djelatnicima carine, policije, Lučke kapetanije, državnog inspektorata i svim drugima koji pridonose razvoju naše luke na dobrobit uže i šire zajednice - zaključio je Batur.

Državni tajnik u resornom ministarstvu mora, pometa i infrastrukture i predsjednik Upravnog vijeća Lučke uprave Ploče Josip Bilaver govorio je o potpori Vlade RH u realizaciji važnih projekta na lučkom području.

Lučka uprava Ploče, uz brojne uzvanike, svečano je obilježila 25 godina postojanja.
