U Vrboskoj na otoku Hvaru svečano je obilježena 50. obljetnica djelovanja Ribarskog muzeja, najstarije ustanove takve vrste na Jadranu.

Općinski načelnik Nikša Peronja nedavno je javno ustvrdio da je dobiven novac od Europske unije za izgradnju nove zgrade za stalni muzejski postav, pa je pri kraju i natječaj za izbor graditelja tog projekta.

– Izgradnja novog Ribarskog muzeja u Vrboskoj priprema se već dulji niz godina, jer smo sve donedavno unajmljivali prostorije u kojima je djelovao. Taj prostor je u međuvremenu prodan pa smo eksponate izmjestili na privremenu lokaciju kod crkve tvrđave, gdje je ustanova nastavila s radom.

Nova zgrada gradit će se na mjestu starog boćališta, tik uz rivu, a procijenjena vrijednost radova je 1,87 milijuna kuna. Riječ je o jednostavnoj građevini, koja će imati prizemlje i kat pojedinačne površine od oko 100 četvornih metara, tako da očekujemo da će izgradnja biti dovršena do lipnja 2023. godine – kazao je Peronja, napomenuvši da će Vrbovljani s vremenom dobiti i zamjenska boćališta, jer kakvo bi to bilo dalmatinsko misto bez boćarskih terena.

Jedinstveni muzej hvarske “male Venecije”, u kojem se posjetiteljima prezentiraju ribarske tehnike i alati u rasponu od primitivnog načina lova svjetlom na drva pa sve do suvremenih ribolovnih tehnika, osnovan je inicijativom bivšeg Centra za zaštitu kulturne baštine otoka Hvara.

Sada su riješeni imovinskopravni odnosi na zemljištu na kojem će “niknuti” domaćim kamenom obložena zgrada visoka samo šest metara i ona bi se, prema pribavljenoj projektnoj dokumentaciji, trebala dobro uklopiti u okoliš.

Potencijalni izvođači radova ponude mogu dostaviti do sutra, a znakovito je da će u realizaciju projekta biti uključena i udruga “Lantina” iz Vrboske, pa će zato na pročelju nove zgrade i biti motiv latinskoga jidra.

U fokusu te javne otočne organizacije nije samo jedrenje, nego očuvanje ukupnog identiteta vezanog uz naše more, škoje, brodove, plovidbu, ribarstvo, pomorstvo, gastronomiju, običaje i odgoj mladih, što je jamstvo da će s vremenom i oni dati svoj obol očuvanju i valorizaciji iznimno bogate hrvatske maritimne baštine.

U Vrboskoj na otoku Hvaru svečano je obilježena 50. obljetnica djelovanja Ribarskog muzeja, najstarije ustanove takve vrste na Jadranu.

Općinski načelnik Nikša Peronja nedavno je javno ustvrdio da je dobiven novac od Europske unije za izgradnju nove zgrade za stalni muzejski postav, pa je pri kraju i natječaj za izbor graditelja tog projekta.

– Izgradnja novog Ribarskog muzeja u Vrboskoj priprema se već dulji niz godina, jer smo sve donedavno unajmljivali prostorije u kojima je djelovao. Taj prostor je u međuvremenu prodan pa smo eksponate izmjestili na privremenu lokaciju kod crkve tvrđave, gdje je ustanova nastavila s radom.

Nova zgrada gradit će se na mjestu starog boćališta, tik uz rivu, a procijenjena vrijednost radova je 1,87 milijuna kuna. Riječ je o jednostavnoj građevini, koja će imati prizemlje i kat pojedinačne površine od oko 100 četvornih metara, tako da očekujemo da će izgradnja biti dovršena do lipnja 2023. godine – kazao je Peronja, napomenuvši da će Vrbovljani s vremenom dobiti i zamjenska boćališta, jer kakvo bi to bilo dalmatinsko misto bez boćarskih terena.

Jedinstveni muzej hvarske “male Venecije”, u kojem se posjetiteljima prezentiraju ribarske tehnike i alati u rasponu od primitivnog načina lova svjetlom na drva pa sve do suvremenih ribolovnih tehnika, osnovan je inicijativom bivšeg Centra za zaštitu kulturne baštine otoka Hvara.

Sada su riješeni imovinskopravni odnosi na zemljištu na kojem će “niknuti” domaćim kamenom obložena zgrada visoka samo šest metara i ona bi se, prema pribavljenoj projektnoj dokumentaciji, trebala dobro uklopiti u okoliš.

Potencijalni izvođači radova ponude mogu dostaviti do sutra, a znakovito je da će u realizaciju projekta biti uključena i udruga “Lantina” iz Vrboske, pa će zato na pročelju nove zgrade i biti motiv latinskoga jidra.

U fokusu te javne otočne organizacije nije samo jedrenje, nego očuvanje ukupnog identiteta vezanog uz naše more, škoje, brodove, plovidbu, ribarstvo, pomorstvo, gastronomiju, običaje i odgoj mladih, što je jamstvo da će s vremenom i oni dati svoj obol očuvanju i valorizaciji iznimno bogate hrvatske maritimne baštine.
