Ugovor za koncesiju za razvoj i gospodarsko korištenje Zagreb Deep Sea kontejnerskog terminala u luci Rijeka procijenjene vrijednosti 20 milijardi kuna, s utvrđenim fiksnim iznosom koncesijske naknade od dva milijuna eura godišnje na razdoblje od 50 godina, potpisan je u petak u Rijeci.

Ugovor su potpisali ravnatelj Lučke uprave Rijeka Denis Vukorepa, izvršni direktor tvrtke APM Terminals Morten Engelstoft i predsjednik uprave Energia naturalis grupe Pavao Vujnovac u ime koncesionara ENNA Logic.

Koncesionari se obavezuju izgraditi infrastrukturu i potpuno opremiti Zagreb Deep Sea kontejnerski terminal, što obuhvaća izgradnju 280 metara nove operativne obale sa zaobaljem i njeno opremanje, te jamče kontejnerski promet od milijun kontejnerskih jedinica u prve dvije godine rada terminala.

U sklopu projekta Rijeka Gateway odrađena je Faza 1 novog Zagreb Deep Sea terminala s 400 metara operativne obale i dubinom mora od 20 metara. Gradnja je dovršena u svibnju 2019. godine. Javno otvaranje ponuda za koncesiju održano je u svibnju 2021. godine, te je ponuda APM Terminals i ENNA Logic ocijenjena valjanom pa je Upravno vijeće Lučke uprave Rijeka donijelo odluku o dodjeli koncesije u lipnju.

Predsjednik Vlade RH Andrej Plenković koji je nazočio potpisivanju ugovora, cijenio je da je riječ o uspješnom okončanju dugogodišnjih napora vezanih uz projekt Rijeka Gateway.

"Ovaj ugovor će stvoriti preduvjete da riječka luka zauzme vodeću ulogu u prekrcaju tereta na sjevernom Jadranu i  time postane najvažniji morski izlaz za središnju i jugoistočnu Europu", ustvrdio je Plenković.

"Kapacitet i stratešku poziciju luke Rijeka prepoznao je APM Terminals, jedan od najuglednijih međunarodnih operatera kontejnerskih terminala, a s domaćim partnerom ENNA Logic, dijelom šire grupacije Energia naturalis, daje dodatni kredibilitet izvodljivosti", naveo je premijer. 

Terminal znači šansu za gospodarski razvoj Hrvatske te je važan zbog strateške autonomije. Kao Vlada nastavit ćemo ulaganja u infrastrukturne projekte, posebno u one  koji donose dugoročnu gospodarsku korist, rekao je premijer Plenković.

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković ocijenio je da će potpisivanje ugovora učvrstiti poziciju riječke luke i pozicionirati je kao najvažnije intermodalno središte sjevernog Jadrana.

Očekuje se da će nakon izgradnje dodatnih 280 metara operativne obale, s početkom rada Zagreb Deep Sea terminala 2025. godine kontejnerski promet riječke luke doseći milijun kontejnerskih jedinica, a do 2028. godine 1,5 milijuna i time prestići luku Koper, rekao je Butković.

Gradnja ceste D-403, koja povezuje terminal s riječkom obilaznicom, dobro napreduje, rekao je. Istaknuo je da je važan projekt i izgradnja nizinske pruge od Rijeke prema unutrašnjosti, izrazivši nadu da će se dovršiti za desetak godina. Uz povećanje prometa, to će donijeti i korist za građevinski sektor, zaključio je ministar.

Ravnatelj Lučke uprave Rijeka Denis Vukorepa ustvrdio je da Rijeka postaje "centar svijeta".

Završava projekt Svjetske banke Rijeka Gateway, ali će nastaviti živjeti još najmanje sljedećih 50 godina trajanja koncesije, rekao je. 

Izvršni direktor tvrtke APM Terminals Morten Engelstoft istaknuo je važnost suradnje na ovom projektu ustvrdivši da terminal donosi velike razvojne mogućnosti Rijeci i Hrvatskoj.

Predsjednik uprave Energia naturalis Pavao Vujnovac ustvrdio je da je, uz nizinsku prugu, riječ o najvažnijem strateškom nacionalnom projektu u povezivanju Rijeke i unutrašnjosti. Osigurat će protok velike količine tereta i tako omogućiti gospodarski rast, naveo je. U budućnosti će Rijeka zauzeti važno mjesto na logističkim kartama, rekao je Vujnovac.

Ugovor za koncesiju za razvoj i gospodarsko korištenje Zagreb Deep Sea kontejnerskog terminala u luci Rijeka procijenjene vrijednosti 20 milijardi kuna, s utvrđenim fiksnim iznosom koncesijske naknade od dva milijuna eura godišnje na razdoblje od 50 godina, potpisan je u petak u Rijeci.

Ugovor su potpisali ravnatelj Lučke uprave Rijeka Denis Vukorepa, izvršni direktor tvrtke APM Terminals Morten Engelstoft i predsjednik uprave Energia naturalis grupe Pavao Vujnovac u ime koncesionara ENNA Logic.

Koncesionari se obavezuju izgraditi infrastrukturu i potpuno opremiti Zagreb Deep Sea kontejnerski terminal, što obuhvaća izgradnju 280 metara nove operativne obale sa zaobaljem i njeno opremanje, te jamče kontejnerski promet od milijun kontejnerskih jedinica u prve dvije godine rada terminala.

U sklopu projekta Rijeka Gateway odrađena je Faza 1 novog Zagreb Deep Sea terminala s 400 metara operativne obale i dubinom mora od 20 metara. Gradnja je dovršena u svibnju 2019. godine. Javno otvaranje ponuda za koncesiju održano je u svibnju 2021. godine, te je ponuda APM Terminals i ENNA Logic ocijenjena valjanom pa je Upravno vijeće Lučke uprave Rijeka donijelo odluku o dodjeli koncesije u lipnju.

Predsjednik Vlade RH Andrej Plenković koji je nazočio potpisivanju ugovora, cijenio je da je riječ o uspješnom okončanju dugogodišnjih napora vezanih uz projekt Rijeka Gateway.

"Ovaj ugovor će stvoriti preduvjete da riječka luka zauzme vodeću ulogu u prekrcaju tereta na sjevernom Jadranu i  time postane najvažniji morski izlaz za središnju i jugoistočnu Europu", ustvrdio je Plenković.

"Kapacitet i stratešku poziciju luke Rijeka prepoznao je APM Terminals, jedan od najuglednijih međunarodnih operatera kontejnerskih terminala, a s domaćim partnerom ENNA Logic, dijelom šire grupacije Energia naturalis, daje dodatni kredibilitet izvodljivosti", naveo je premijer. 

Terminal znači šansu za gospodarski razvoj Hrvatske te je važan zbog strateške autonomije. Kao Vlada nastavit ćemo ulaganja u infrastrukturne projekte, posebno u one  koji donose dugoročnu gospodarsku korist, rekao je premijer Plenković.

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković ocijenio je da će potpisivanje ugovora učvrstiti poziciju riječke luke i pozicionirati je kao najvažnije intermodalno središte sjevernog Jadrana.

Očekuje se da će nakon izgradnje dodatnih 280 metara operativne obale, s početkom rada Zagreb Deep Sea terminala 2025. godine kontejnerski promet riječke luke doseći milijun kontejnerskih jedinica, a do 2028. godine 1,5 milijuna i time prestići luku Koper, rekao je Butković.

Gradnja ceste D-403, koja povezuje terminal s riječkom obilaznicom, dobro napreduje, rekao je. Istaknuo je da je važan projekt i izgradnja nizinske pruge od Rijeke prema unutrašnjosti, izrazivši nadu da će se dovršiti za desetak godina. Uz povećanje prometa, to će donijeti i korist za građevinski sektor, zaključio je ministar.

Ravnatelj Lučke uprave Rijeka Denis Vukorepa ustvrdio je da Rijeka postaje "centar svijeta".

Završava projekt Svjetske banke Rijeka Gateway, ali će nastaviti živjeti još najmanje sljedećih 50 godina trajanja koncesije, rekao je. 

Izvršni direktor tvrtke APM Terminals Morten Engelstoft istaknuo je važnost suradnje na ovom projektu ustvrdivši da terminal donosi velike razvojne mogućnosti Rijeci i Hrvatskoj.

Predsjednik uprave Energia naturalis Pavao Vujnovac ustvrdio je da je, uz nizinsku prugu, riječ o najvažnijem strateškom nacionalnom projektu u povezivanju Rijeke i unutrašnjosti. Osigurat će protok velike količine tereta i tako omogućiti gospodarski rast, naveo je. U budućnosti će Rijeka zauzeti važno mjesto na logističkim kartama, rekao je Vujnovac.
