Uređenje nove plaže i šetnice u Diklu, veliki zahvat na uređenju obalnog pojasa koji je desetljećima vapio za obnovom, u punom je zamahu ovih dana. Jednako kao i radovi na prvoj fazi uređena Kolovara, najveće gradske plaže, koja je trenutno najzahtjevniji projekt ove vrste koji će se odvijati u nekoliko etapa, javlja Zadarski.hr.

U Diklo je dopremljena posebna konstrukcija izrađena prema projektu zadarskog arhitekta Bogdana Marova iz arhitektonskog studija “Rene”, koji je autor urbanistički plan uređenja tog dijela obalnog pojasa. Arhitektonskim rješenjem željelo se sačuvati autohtonost krajobraza, obalne crte i to tako da se sunčalište i šetalište udalji od sam obalne crte, prometnice i zaštitnog zelenog pojasa te izdigne iznad samih sika na plaži.

U prvoj fazi radova izdubljen je prostor za temeljne stupove na kojima će biti oslonjena šetnica. Zbog velikog broja  kišnih i vjetrovitih dana koji su ove zime otežavali radove u moru, dinamika radova bila je sporija od očekivanog, međutim, svih šest sekcija trebalo bi biti dovršeno na vrijeme, potvrdio nam je pročelnik gradskog odjela za graditeljstvo Darko Kasap.

Kad sve bude gotovo, Diklo će dobiti sunčalište koje će preko noći lebdjeti nad morem uz svjetlosni efekt, a Zadar novu atrakciju.  

- Kroz desetak dana, ovi radovi će biti završeni, a time i prva od pet faza u duljini od 50 metara. Nakon toga  idemo u novi natječaj za novu fazu, ukupna duljina cijelog poteza je 225 metara - kaže Kasap o projektu koji je vrijedan 3 milijuna i 100 tisuća kuna, od čega je Grad Zadar dobio 400 tisuća kuna od Ministarstva turizma. Posao izvodi zadarska firma Sub Mission.

I radovi na Kolovarama, koje Grad želi urediti kao javnu plažu dostupnu svim građanima bez naplate, odvijat će se u nekoliko faza. Ova prva, na kojoj se trenutno intenzivno radi, građevinski je najmanje zahtjevna. Uključuje sanaciju obalnog zida rive, popločanje kupališta i šetnice te izvedbu sunčališta, ugradnju javne rasvjete, sve u dužini 140 metara između stare zgrade Poliklinike i ugostiteljskog objekta.

Njeno uređenje vrijedno je 2,2 milijuna kuna i zajednički se financira sredstvima Grada Zadra i Ministarstva turizma i sporta, kroz projekt Jačanja javne turističke infrastrukture i konkurentnosti Grada Zadra i Zadarske županije.

Kako je projektom obuhvaćen samo uski obalni pojas, u nastavku plaže treba urediti i šetnicu i hortikulturu, što će na sebe preuzeti UO za komunalne djelatnosti odmah po završetku  građevinskih zahvata.

Istovremeno, iz Grada kažu kako je Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom pokrenuo  proces rušenja i uklanjanja ilegalnih objekata kako bi se moglo ići u koncesioniranje tog dijela plaže i ostvariti njegovu javnu funkciju dostupnu građanima. 

Druga faza predviđa uređenje zelenih površina, sanitarnih paviljona, postavljanje betonskih klupa, sunčalište, uređenje gornje šetnice, a treća dovršetak cijele obalne linije i šetnice. Za ove dvije faze tek treba osigurati sredstva, što znači prijava na nove natječaje s dokumentacijom koja je već spremna.

Uređenje nove plaže i šetnice u Diklu, veliki zahvat na uređenju obalnog pojasa koji je desetljećima vapio za obnovom, u punom je zamahu ovih dana. Jednako kao i radovi na prvoj fazi uređena Kolovara, najveće gradske plaže, koja je trenutno najzahtjevniji projekt ove vrste koji će se odvijati u nekoliko etapa, javlja Zadarski.hr.

U Diklo je dopremljena posebna konstrukcija izrađena prema projektu zadarskog arhitekta Bogdana Marova iz arhitektonskog studija “Rene”, koji je autor urbanistički plan uređenja tog dijela obalnog pojasa. Arhitektonskim rješenjem željelo se sačuvati autohtonost krajobraza, obalne crte i to tako da se sunčalište i šetalište udalji od sam obalne crte, prometnice i zaštitnog zelenog pojasa te izdigne iznad samih sika na plaži.

U prvoj fazi radova izdubljen je prostor za temeljne stupove na kojima će biti oslonjena šetnica. Zbog velikog broja  kišnih i vjetrovitih dana koji su ove zime otežavali radove u moru, dinamika radova bila je sporija od očekivanog, međutim, svih šest sekcija trebalo bi biti dovršeno na vrijeme, potvrdio nam je pročelnik gradskog odjela za graditeljstvo Darko Kasap.

Kad sve bude gotovo, Diklo će dobiti sunčalište koje će preko noći lebdjeti nad morem uz svjetlosni efekt, a Zadar novu atrakciju.  

- Kroz desetak dana, ovi radovi će biti završeni, a time i prva od pet faza u duljini od 50 metara. Nakon toga  idemo u novi natječaj za novu fazu, ukupna duljina cijelog poteza je 225 metara - kaže Kasap o projektu koji je vrijedan 3 milijuna i 100 tisuća kuna, od čega je Grad Zadar dobio 400 tisuća kuna od Ministarstva turizma. Posao izvodi zadarska firma Sub Mission.

I radovi na Kolovarama, koje Grad želi urediti kao javnu plažu dostupnu svim građanima bez naplate, odvijat će se u nekoliko faza. Ova prva, na kojoj se trenutno intenzivno radi, građevinski je najmanje zahtjevna. Uključuje sanaciju obalnog zida rive, popločanje kupališta i šetnice te izvedbu sunčališta, ugradnju javne rasvjete, sve u dužini 140 metara između stare zgrade Poliklinike i ugostiteljskog objekta.

Njeno uređenje vrijedno je 2,2 milijuna kuna i zajednički se financira sredstvima Grada Zadra i Ministarstva turizma i sporta, kroz projekt Jačanja javne turističke infrastrukture i konkurentnosti Grada Zadra i Zadarske županije.

Kako je projektom obuhvaćen samo uski obalni pojas, u nastavku plaže treba urediti i šetnicu i hortikulturu, što će na sebe preuzeti UO za komunalne djelatnosti odmah po završetku  građevinskih zahvata.

Istovremeno, iz Grada kažu kako je Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom pokrenuo  proces rušenja i uklanjanja ilegalnih objekata kako bi se moglo ići u koncesioniranje tog dijela plaže i ostvariti njegovu javnu funkciju dostupnu građanima. 

Druga faza predviđa uređenje zelenih površina, sanitarnih paviljona, postavljanje betonskih klupa, sunčalište, uređenje gornje šetnice, a treća dovršetak cijele obalne linije i šetnice. Za ove dvije faze tek treba osigurati sredstva, što znači prijava na nove natječaje s dokumentacijom koja je već spremna.
