Tri škverska trliša. Isprana, iskidana, izbrisana. Ukratko - bivša. Donosimo ispovijesti ‘izbrisanih‘ radnika splitskog brodogradilišta. Ovo je druga u nizu. 

Neno Rokov, 37 godina staža, u Brodogradilištu od 1984. godine, mehaničar

- Čak i praksu san proveja u Škveru, iz Brodograđevne škole nas je slalo. Da je plaća dolazila, nikad ja u životu ne bi iša iz Škvera, radija bi do penzije i svaku plaću bi zaradija.

Budi čovik, reci šta je! Drža nas je sve ni na nebu, ni na zemlji. Nikad nije skupija 500 ljudi u pogonu ili kod navoza da nan se obrati s pet rečenica. Ali smo po četri ure ispunjavali psihotestove. Potira je gomilu dobrih meštara samo zato šta nisu znali ispunit kružiće i križić u tome testu. Pa onda pitanja: s kin bi od kolega volija radit, a s kin ne bi. I ko skupi tri ili više jedinica, da trojica ili više ne bi s njin volila radit - eto mu otkaza.

Ugasilo je i moju firmu, “Opremanje brodova”. Sve san potpisa 15. rujna, ali se bojin da će nas zajebat, da neće dat papire, a važni su nan za dobit još tri minimalca i pola otpremnine od države. To mi je oko 24.000 kuna. Papira još nema i rok od misec dana već se krabi!

Bez pečata - ništa

Iša san nikidan na Finu. Rekli su mi da bušta bez pečata i potpisa ne vridi ništa. Na bušti piše 3750, ali na računu nema nijedne kune! Jedino da ga mogu privatno tužit. Nama su kasnila i ona prva tri minimalca: za drugi, treći i četvrti misec dobili smo tek u šestome.

Prije Debeljaka bilo nas je 130 u radioni, a lani, prid čekanje, ostalo nas je 30, 40. U zadnju - samo dvoje! Zamisli, nakon trideset godina staža, dobiva san bija ugovore o radu na po misec ili dva dana. I tako tri godine. Ko na žeravi! Bija san “narančasti”.

Pa je minja imena firmama. Pa u istoj radioni nas dva, jedan u jednoj firmi, drugi u drugoj. Jedan primi 4200, drugi 6000 kuna, a isti posal. Ili, jedan dobije, drugome ništa.

Jedan moj kolega dobija je pozajmicu umisto plaće, ali s dva posto kamate! Kako je na terenu u Rijeci, molija me da ja u njegovo ime u Splitu otpišen njegov otkaz u “Opremanju brodova”, da bi mu se mogla isplatit plaća priko druge škverske firme - “Vjetropark”.

Evo dokle smo stigli: danima mu veliki kamioni odvoze staro željezo, limove, staru opremu, sve šta može iznit i oglođat u Škveru.

Jedan put dežuralo nas par na Staru godinu navečer. Doša Debeljak s nekin svojima čekat Novu godinu na brodu “Monet”. Nije bija kadar upitat jesmo li za čašu soka.

Žalosno, jadno. Kad san počima u Škveru bilo nas je 8500. Danas nema ko kapiju zaključat, a ne napravit svemirski brod od miljardu i po dolara! Kad se sitin samo: “Amorella”, “Isabelle”, “Frans Suell” i “Prince of Scandinavia”. Zlatne godine, radija san na sva četri! I eto šta doživiš, potira te prid penziju ka pasa.

Snalazin se, životarin i posla se ne bojin. Stavlja san pločice, ronija, bija po bauštelama, malo oko maslina. Može se nać fatureta po 5, 6, 10 dana misečno. Komu se da radit. Ja san nikidan na balotama naletija na priliku: servisiranje vatrogasnih aparata, samo čekam da me zovnu.

Otišlo je čudo svita. Nizozemska, Italija, Njemačka. Škverovi, veći ili manji, razni drugi poslovi. Bauštele da ne spominjen.

Svi smo krivi, svi smo morali na ulicu još onda kad su ginile druge velike splitske firme. A kod nas, davali su svima otpremnine iz državne kese, ali in je smetalo ako si u sindikatu, pa se rasuja i sindikat.

Neće Debeljak još dugo. Zato će posli bit mista za marine, servise, manje brodove, hotele...

Da ne polude ‘trliši’...

Vidi ovo: zvali bi nas po tridesetak na sastanke oko otkaza, ali nikad zajedno. Ono, 200, 300, 500. Da mu se ne zavalja velika masa po Škveru, da ne polude trliši za kraj.

Nema ti doli više od sto ljudi. Ja san bija na čekanju lani od Prvoga maja. Praznika rada. A sad ću bit na aparatima.

Budi čovik, reci šta je! Drža nas je sve ni na nebu, ni na zemlji. Nikad nije skupija 500 ljudi u pogonu ili kod navoza da nan se obrati s pet rečenica. Ali smo po četri ure ispunjavali psihotestove. Potira je gomilu dobrih meštara samo zato šta nisu znali ispunit kružiće i križić u tome testu. Pa onda pitanja: s kin bi od kolega volija radit, a s kin ne bi. I ko skupi tri ili više jedinica, da trojica ili više ne bi s njin volila radit - eto mu otkaza.

Ugasilo je i moju firmu, “Opremanje brodova”. Sve san potpisa 15. rujna, ali se bojin da će nas zajebat, da neće dat papire, a važni su nan za dobit još tri minimalca i pola otpremnine od države. To mi je oko 24.000 kuna. Papira još nema i rok od misec dana već se krabi!

Bez pečata - ništa

Iša san nikidan na Finu. Rekli su mi da bušta bez pečata i potpisa ne vridi ništa. Na bušti piše 3750, ali na računu nema nijedne kune! Jedino da ga mogu privatno tužit. Nama su kasnila i ona prva tri minimalca: za drugi, treći i četvrti misec dobili smo tek u šestome.

Prije Debeljaka bilo nas je 130 u radioni, a lani, prid čekanje, ostalo nas je 30, 40. U zadnju - samo dvoje! Zamisli, nakon trideset godina staža, dobiva san bija ugovore o radu na po misec ili dva dana. I tako tri godine. Ko na žeravi! Bija san “narančasti”.

Pa je minja imena firmama. Pa u istoj radioni nas dva, jedan u jednoj firmi, drugi u drugoj. Jedan primi 4200, drugi 6000 kuna, a isti posal. Ili, jedan dobije, drugome ništa.

Jedan moj kolega dobija je pozajmicu umisto plaće, ali s dva posto kamate! Kako je na terenu u Rijeci, molija me da ja u njegovo ime u Splitu otpišen njegov otkaz u “Opremanju brodova”, da bi mu se mogla isplatit plaća priko druge škverske firme - “Vjetropark”.

Evo dokle smo stigli: danima mu veliki kamioni odvoze staro željezo, limove, staru opremu, sve šta može iznit i oglođat u Škveru.

Jedan put dežuralo nas par na Staru godinu navečer. Doša Debeljak s nekin svojima čekat Novu godinu na brodu “Monet”. Nije bija kadar upitat jesmo li za čašu soka.

Žalosno, jadno. Kad san počima u Škveru bilo nas je 8500. Danas nema ko kapiju zaključat, a ne napravit svemirski brod od miljardu i po dolara! Kad se sitin samo: “Amorella”, “Isabelle”, “Frans Suell” i “Prince of Scandinavia”. Zlatne godine, radija san na sva četri! I eto šta doživiš, potira te prid penziju ka pasa.

Snalazin se, životarin i posla se ne bojin. Stavlja san pločice, ronija, bija po bauštelama, malo oko maslina. Može se nać fatureta po 5, 6, 10 dana misečno. Komu se da radit. Ja san nikidan na balotama naletija na priliku: servisiranje vatrogasnih aparata, samo čekam da me zovnu.

Otišlo je čudo svita. Nizozemska, Italija, Njemačka. Škverovi, veći ili manji, razni drugi poslovi. Bauštele da ne spominjen.

Svi smo krivi, svi smo morali na ulicu još onda kad su ginile druge velike splitske firme. A kod nas, davali su svima otpremnine iz državne kese, ali in je smetalo ako si u sindikatu, pa se rasuja i sindikat.

Neće Debeljak još dugo. Zato će posli bit mista za marine, servise, manje brodove, hotele...

Da ne polude ‘trliši’...

Vidi ovo: zvali bi nas po tridesetak na sastanke oko otkaza, ali nikad zajedno. Ono, 200, 300, 500. Da mu se ne zavalja velika masa po Škveru, da ne polude trliši za kraj.

Nema ti doli više od sto ljudi. Ja san bija na čekanju lani od Prvoga maja. Praznika rada. A sad ću bit na aparatima.

Tri škverska trliša. Isprana, iskidana, izbrisana. Ukratko - bivša. Donosimo ispovijesti ‘izbrisanih‘ radnika splitskog brodogradilišta. Ovo je druga u nizu. 

Neno Rokov, 37 godina staža, u Brodogradilištu od 1984. godine, mehaničar

- Čak i praksu san proveja u Škveru, iz Brodograđevne škole nas je slalo. Da je plaća dolazila, nikad ja u životu ne bi iša iz Škvera, radija bi do penzije i svaku plaću bi zaradija.
