Nakon što se utvrdilo da je havarija ribarskog broda kriva za incident u kojem su po obali Splita isplivali uginuli cipli, ostaje nam da vidimo hoće li institucije biti nešto učinkovitije kod utvrđivanja okolnosti i eventualnog sankcioniranja odgovornih.

Ova se grozna situacija na okruženje mogla drukčije odraziti da je vlasnik predmetne ribarice pravovremeno sam prijavio havariju.

Naime, kako doznajemo od Ministarstva poljoprivrede, prekršajni postupci tek će se pokrenuti pokaže li inspekcijski nadzor za to temelje.

- Nakon provedbe terenskog izvida u suradnji s Lučkom kapetanijom, uzorkovanja ribe te dojave inspekciji elektroničkom poštom o sumnji na počinitelja, pokrenuta je istraga kojom su prikupljene informacije o uzroku uginule ribe na površini mora. Nakon završetka inspekcijskih nadzora poslovanja ribara, koji još traje, bit će pokrenuti prekršajni postupci za sve nesukladnosti - stoji u njihovu odgovoru.

Nakon što se utvrdilo da je havarija ribarskog broda kriva za incident u kojem su po obali Splita isplivali uginuli cipli, ostaje nam da vidimo hoće li institucije biti nešto učinkovitije kod utvrđivanja okolnosti i eventualnog sankcioniranja odgovornih.

Ova se grozna situacija na okruženje mogla drukčije odraziti da je vlasnik predmetne ribarice pravovremeno sam prijavio havariju.

Naime, kako doznajemo od Ministarstva poljoprivrede, prekršajni postupci tek će se pokrenuti pokaže li inspekcijski nadzor za to temelje.

- Nakon provedbe terenskog izvida u suradnji s Lučkom kapetanijom, uzorkovanja ribe te dojave inspekciji elektroničkom poštom o sumnji na počinitelja, pokrenuta je istraga kojom su prikupljene informacije o uzroku uginule ribe na površini mora. Nakon završetka inspekcijskih nadzora poslovanja ribara, koji još traje, bit će pokrenuti prekršajni postupci za sve nesukladnosti - stoji u njihovu odgovoru.
