Mjesto Drage u Općini Pakoštane ubrzo bi trebalo postati novo nautičko odredište u Zadarskoj županiji. Županijska skupština je naime prihvatila ponudu zajednice ponuditelja VV Razvoj projekata i Star Turist koje na rok od 20 godina žele preuzeti koncesiju nad pomorskim dobrom u uvali Dugovača, prenosi Radio Zadar.

Oni planiraju izgraditi marinu od 200 vezova čime bi Zadarska županija dobila još jednu atraktivnu nautičku lokaciju na vratima Kornata - komentira taj projekt županijski pročelnik za pomorsko dobro, more i promet Krešimir Lašto: 

- Skupština je prije nekoliko dana donijela odluku o davanju koncesije, ali odluka nije konačna jer predstoji žalbeni rok. Procijenjena vrijednost je po ovoj ponudi 63 milijuna kuna. Dokumentacija je za izgradnju napredovala, ishođene su lokacijske dozvole tako da budućem koncesionaru predstoji samo još ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu i prići realizaciji projekta - navodi Laštro za Radio Zadar.

U ponudi zajednice ponuditelja: VV RAZVOJ PROJEKATA d.o.o., Karlovac i STAR TURIST d.o.o.. Naknada za koncesiju prema ponudi iznosi 11,10 kuna po metru kvadratnom,te 11,10 posto godišnjeg prihoda ostvarenog od obavljanja djelatnosti na području koncesije. 

Projekt otvara i druge mogućnosti za razvoj pomorstva i turizma. U uvali Dugovače u tijeku su i radovi na izgradnji komunalne luke.

Ravnatelj Županijske lučke uprave Davor Škibola komentirao je ovu vijest za Radio Zadar:

- Naš dio projekta vrijednosti 24 mil kuna izvodi PGP Zagreb, do sad je 40 posto završeno i nadam se dogodine 2.-3. mjesec da će biti sve dovršeno. Tu će se dobiti 100-injak vezova i nova operativna obala od 300 metara gdje se misli povezati  Vrgadu, Drage i Pakoštane, uvest će se linije prema Dragama, to je nova dimenzija, nadogradnja projekta nakon završetka marine koja će zaštiti cijeli taj akvatorij, to je nova priča u južnom dijelu županije - rekao je Škibola.

Projekt naravno ima ogromno značenje za razvoj Općine Pakoštane:  

- Drage do sada nisu ni imale uređenu rivu, u toj mjeri je taj pomorski do bio zapostavljen u tom mjestu, a sad imamo investiciju od skoro 100 milijuna kuna u Dragama - komentirao je za Radio Zadar pročelnik Laštro.

Mjesto Drage u Općini Pakoštane ubrzo bi trebalo postati novo nautičko odredište u Zadarskoj županiji. Županijska skupština je naime prihvatila ponudu zajednice ponuditelja VV Razvoj projekata i Star Turist koje na rok od 20 godina žele preuzeti koncesiju nad pomorskim dobrom u uvali Dugovača, prenosi Radio Zadar.

Oni planiraju izgraditi marinu od 200 vezova čime bi Zadarska županija dobila još jednu atraktivnu nautičku lokaciju na vratima Kornata - komentira taj projekt županijski pročelnik za pomorsko dobro, more i promet Krešimir Lašto: 

- Skupština je prije nekoliko dana donijela odluku o davanju koncesije, ali odluka nije konačna jer predstoji žalbeni rok. Procijenjena vrijednost je po ovoj ponudi 63 milijuna kuna. Dokumentacija je za izgradnju napredovala, ishođene su lokacijske dozvole tako da budućem koncesionaru predstoji samo još ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu i prići realizaciji projekta - navodi Laštro za Radio Zadar.

U ponudi zajednice ponuditelja: VV RAZVOJ PROJEKATA d.o.o., Karlovac i STAR TURIST d.o.o.. Naknada za koncesiju prema ponudi iznosi 11,10 kuna po metru kvadratnom,te 11,10 posto godišnjeg prihoda ostvarenog od obavljanja djelatnosti na području koncesije. 

Projekt otvara i druge mogućnosti za razvoj pomorstva i turizma. U uvali Dugovače u tijeku su i radovi na izgradnji komunalne luke.

Ravnatelj Županijske lučke uprave Davor Škibola komentirao je ovu vijest za Radio Zadar:

- Naš dio projekta vrijednosti 24 mil kuna izvodi PGP Zagreb, do sad je 40 posto završeno i nadam se dogodine 2.-3. mjesec da će biti sve dovršeno. Tu će se dobiti 100-injak vezova i nova operativna obala od 300 metara gdje se misli povezati  Vrgadu, Drage i Pakoštane, uvest će se linije prema Dragama, to je nova dimenzija, nadogradnja projekta nakon završetka marine koja će zaštiti cijeli taj akvatorij, to je nova priča u južnom dijelu županije - rekao je Škibola.

Projekt naravno ima ogromno značenje za razvoj Općine Pakoštane:  

- Drage do sada nisu ni imale uređenu rivu, u toj mjeri je taj pomorski do bio zapostavljen u tom mjestu, a sad imamo investiciju od skoro 100 milijuna kuna u Dragama - komentirao je za Radio Zadar pročelnik Laštro.

Mjesto Drage u Općini Pakoštane ubrzo bi trebalo postati novo nautičko odredište u Zadarskoj županiji. Županijska skupština je naime prihvatila ponudu zajednice ponuditelja VV Razvoj projekata i Star Turist koje na rok od 20 godina žele preuzeti koncesiju nad pomorskim dobrom u uvali Dugovača, prenosi Radio Zadar.

Oni planiraju izgraditi marinu od 200 vezova čime bi Zadarska županija dobila još jednu atraktivnu nautičku lokaciju na vratima Kornata - komentira taj projekt županijski pročelnik za pomorsko dobro, more i promet Krešimir Lašto: 

- Skupština je prije nekoliko dana donijela odluku o davanju koncesije, ali odluka nije konačna jer predstoji žalbeni rok. Procijenjena vrijednost je po ovoj ponudi 63 milijuna kuna. Dokumentacija je za izgradnju napredovala, ishođene su lokacijske dozvole tako da budućem koncesionaru predstoji samo još ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu i prići realizaciji projekta - navodi Laštro za Radio Zadar.

U ponudi zajednice ponuditelja: VV RAZVOJ PROJEKATA d.o.o., Karlovac i STAR TURIST d.o.o.. Naknada za koncesiju prema ponudi iznosi 11,10 kuna po metru kvadratnom,te 11,10 posto godišnjeg prihoda ostvarenog od obavljanja djelatnosti na području koncesije. 

Projekt otvara i druge mogućnosti za razvoj pomorstva i turizma. U uvali Dugovače u tijeku su i radovi na izgradnji komunalne luke.

Ravnatelj Županijske lučke uprave Davor Škibola komentirao je ovu vijest za Radio Zadar:

- Naš dio projekta vrijednosti 24 mil kuna izvodi PGP Zagreb, do sad je 40 posto završeno i nadam se dogodine 2.-3. mjesec da će biti sve dovršeno. Tu će se dobiti 100-injak vezova i nova operativna obala od 300 metara gdje se misli povezati  Vrgadu, Drage i Pakoštane, uvest će se linije prema Dragama, to je nova dimenzija, nadogradnja projekta nakon završetka marine koja će zaštiti cijeli taj akvatorij, to je nova priča u južnom dijelu županije - rekao je Škibola.

Projekt naravno ima ogromno značenje za razvoj Općine Pakoštane:  

- Drage do sada nisu ni imale uređenu rivu, u toj mjeri je taj pomorski do bio zapostavljen u tom mjestu, a sad imamo investiciju od skoro 100 milijuna kuna u Dragama - komentirao je za Radio Zadar pročelnik Laštro.
