Trgovački sud u Zagrebu zaprimio je prijedlog za otvaranje predstečaja DIV grupe, krovne tvrtke poduzetnika Tomislava Debeljaka, u kojem se kao razlog navode evidentirane neizvršene osnove za plaćanje od 41,69 milijuna kuna utvrđene polovicom travnja.

Prijedlog za otvaranje predstečajnog postupka podnio je sâm dužnik preko ovlaštenog odvjetničkog ureda, a u dostavljenoj dokumentaciji posebno se ističe kako je Div grupa matično društvo grupacije koja zapošljava ukupno 4000 radnika, od kojih 862 radnika neposredno zapošljava ta Debeljakova krovna tvrtka.

"U tom smislu je dužnik trenutno najveći poslodavac u gradu Kninu te zapošljava 15 posto od ukupnog radno sposobnog stanovništva grada. Pored navedenog, dužnik je vlasnik najveće tvornice standardnih vijaka u Europi, koja plasira svoje proizvode na zahtjevno europsko tržište, osobito tržište EU, kao i na tržišta sjeverne Afrike, Srednjeg Istoka i Amerike", navodi se u u prijedlogu.

Div grupa, osim što je specijalizirana za projektiranje, proizvodnju i trgovinu vijčane robe te ostalih strojnih dijelova i metalnih proizvoda, preko povezanih društva grupacije izravno utječe na obavljanje specifičnih djelatnosti, uključujući i brodogradnju, koja nesporno predstavlja strateški važnu industriju za Republiku Hrvatsku, istaknuto je u podnesku.

"Slijedom navedenog, imajući u vidu specifičnost situacije zbog koje je kod dužnika nastupila prijeteća nesposobnost za plaćanje, potrebu očuvanja radnih mjesta te značaja poslovanja dužnika i njegovih povezanih društava za cjelokupno gospodarstvo, dužnik predlaže sudu da uzme predmet u rad u što kraćem roku te donese rješenje o otvaranju predstečajnog postupka", navedeno je u prijedlogu za otvaranje predstečajnog postupka.

Zaključuje se i kako će Div grupa dostaviti i plan restrukturiranja u predviđenom zakonskom roku od dana pravomoćnosti rješenja o utvrđenim i osporenim tražbinama, odnosno od dana dostave odluke drugostupanjskog suda o žalbi protiv rješenja o utvrđenim i osporenim tražbinama.

Račun DIV grupe blokiran je sredinom travnja, a kao razloga iz te su kompanije naveli financijsku pomoć Brodosplitu zbog problema refinanciranja kredita ruskog VTB-a te potezima dobavljača nakon objave tih problema.

Zbog sankcija uvedenih ruskim bankama nije u cijelosti povučen kredit od VTB-a, pa je DIV morao Brodosplitu pomoći vlastitim novcem, rekli su Hini iz DIV grupe nakon blokade računa.

Brodosplit je ranije izvijestio da mu je blokirano 60 milijuna eura, zbog financiranja gradnje dva broda sredstvima VTB Europe, banke u ruskom vlasništvu sa sjedištem u Frankfurtu.

Trgovački sud u Zagrebu zaprimio je prijedlog za otvaranje predstečaja DIV grupe, krovne tvrtke poduzetnika Tomislava Debeljaka, u kojem se kao razlog navode evidentirane neizvršene osnove za plaćanje od 41,69 milijuna kuna utvrđene polovicom travnja.

Prijedlog za otvaranje predstečajnog postupka podnio je sâm dužnik preko ovlaštenog odvjetničkog ureda, a u dostavljenoj dokumentaciji posebno se ističe kako je Div grupa matično društvo grupacije koja zapošljava ukupno 4000 radnika, od kojih 862 radnika neposredno zapošljava ta Debeljakova krovna tvrtka.

"U tom smislu je dužnik trenutno najveći poslodavac u gradu Kninu te zapošljava 15 posto od ukupnog radno sposobnog stanovništva grada. Pored navedenog, dužnik je vlasnik najveće tvornice standardnih vijaka u Europi, koja plasira svoje proizvode na zahtjevno europsko tržište, osobito tržište EU, kao i na tržišta sjeverne Afrike, Srednjeg Istoka i Amerike", navodi se u u prijedlogu.

Div grupa, osim što je specijalizirana za projektiranje, proizvodnju i trgovinu vijčane robe te ostalih strojnih dijelova i metalnih proizvoda, preko povezanih društva grupacije izravno utječe na obavljanje specifičnih djelatnosti, uključujući i brodogradnju, koja nesporno predstavlja strateški važnu industriju za Republiku Hrvatsku, istaknuto je u podnesku.

"Slijedom navedenog, imajući u vidu specifičnost situacije zbog koje je kod dužnika nastupila prijeteća nesposobnost za plaćanje, potrebu očuvanja radnih mjesta te značaja poslovanja dužnika i njegovih povezanih društava za cjelokupno gospodarstvo, dužnik predlaže sudu da uzme predmet u rad u što kraćem roku te donese rješenje o otvaranju predstečajnog postupka", navedeno je u prijedlogu za otvaranje predstečajnog postupka.

Zaključuje se i kako će Div grupa dostaviti i plan restrukturiranja u predviđenom zakonskom roku od dana pravomoćnosti rješenja o utvrđenim i osporenim tražbinama, odnosno od dana dostave odluke drugostupanjskog suda o žalbi protiv rješenja o utvrđenim i osporenim tražbinama.

Račun DIV grupe blokiran je sredinom travnja, a kao razloga iz te su kompanije naveli financijsku pomoć Brodosplitu zbog problema refinanciranja kredita ruskog VTB-a te potezima dobavljača nakon objave tih problema.

Zbog sankcija uvedenih ruskim bankama nije u cijelosti povučen kredit od VTB-a, pa je DIV morao Brodosplitu pomoći vlastitim novcem, rekli su Hini iz DIV grupe nakon blokade računa.

Trgovački sud u Zagrebu zaprimio je prijedlog za otvaranje predstečaja DIV grupe, krovne tvrtke poduzetnika Tomislava Debeljaka, u kojem se kao razlog navode evidentirane neizvršene osnove za plaćanje od 41,69 milijuna kuna utvrđene polovicom travnja.

Prijedlog za otvaranje predstečajnog postupka podnio je sâm dužnik preko ovlaštenog odvjetničkog ureda, a u dostavljenoj dokumentaciji posebno se ističe kako je Div grupa matično društvo grupacije koja zapošljava ukupno 4000 radnika, od kojih 862 radnika neposredno zapošljava ta Debeljakova krovna tvrtka.

"U tom smislu je dužnik trenutno najveći poslodavac u gradu Kninu te zapošljava 15 posto od ukupnog radno sposobnog stanovništva grada. Pored navedenog, dužnik je vlasnik najveće tvornice standardnih vijaka u Europi, koja plasira svoje proizvode na zahtjevno europsko tržište, osobito tržište EU, kao i na tržišta sjeverne Afrike, Srednjeg Istoka i Amerike", navodi se u u prijedlogu.

Div grupa, osim što je specijalizirana za projektiranje, proizvodnju i trgovinu vijčane robe te ostalih strojnih dijelova i metalnih proizvoda, preko povezanih društva grupacije izravno utječe na obavljanje specifičnih djelatnosti, uključujući i brodogradnju, koja nesporno predstavlja strateški važnu industriju za Republiku Hrvatsku, istaknuto je u podnesku.

"Slijedom navedenog, imajući u vidu specifičnost situacije zbog koje je kod dužnika nastupila prijeteća nesposobnost za plaćanje, potrebu očuvanja radnih mjesta te značaja poslovanja dužnika i njegovih povezanih društava za cjelokupno gospodarstvo, dužnik predlaže sudu da uzme predmet u rad u što kraćem roku te donese rješenje o otvaranju predstečajnog postupka", navedeno je u prijedlogu za otvaranje predstečajnog postupka.

Zaključuje se i kako će Div grupa dostaviti i plan restrukturiranja u predviđenom zakonskom roku od dana pravomoćnosti rješenja o utvrđenim i osporenim tražbinama, odnosno od dana dostave odluke drugostupanjskog suda o žalbi protiv rješenja o utvrđenim i osporenim tražbinama.

Račun DIV grupe blokiran je sredinom travnja, a kao razloga iz te su kompanije naveli financijsku pomoć Brodosplitu zbog problema refinanciranja kredita ruskog VTB-a te potezima dobavljača nakon objave tih problema.

Zbog sankcija uvedenih ruskim bankama nije u cijelosti povučen kredit od VTB-a, pa je DIV morao Brodosplitu pomoći vlastitim novcem, rekli su Hini iz DIV grupe nakon blokade računa.
