Broj pomorskih vježbenika, kadeta i asistenata, u prošloj je godini pao za 27 posto u odnosu na 2021. godinu, a broj ukrcaja na kadeturu u međunarodnoj plovidbi pao je za čak 28 posto, objavljeno je na godišnjoj skupštini Hrvatske udruge posrednika u zapošljavanju pomoraca (CROSMA), održanoj u Zadru.

Osim ovog zabrinjavajućeg trenda kod ukrcaja kadeta, u prošloj je godini, prema službenim statistikama Udruge, lagano pala i potražnja za nižim časnicima iz Hrvatske, odnosno drugim i trećim časnicima palube i stroja, dok je stabilna ostala jedino potražnja za višim časničkim kadrom – prvim časnicima, upraviteljima stroja i zapovjednicima brodova.

– Broj pomoraca ukupno nije padao, ali je u laganom padu bio broj ukrcaja. To je, kad gledamo sve pomorce, dijelom i posljedica načina obračuna broja ukrcaja u Hrvatskom integriranom pomorskom sustavu (CIMIS, op.a.), ali je definitivno primjetan osjetan pad broja ukrcaja kadeta koji je bio gotovo 30 posto manji nego samo godinu dana prije, što nas je neugodno iznenadilo, kazao je Mario Zorović za Novi list.

Pad broja ukrcanih kadeta dijelom je, objašnjava, posljedica stanja na tržištu rada u svjetskom pomorstvu, ali i neadekvatnog sustava subvencioniranja ukrcaja kadeta koji preferira domaće brodare, a oni pak ukrcavaju na svoje brodove daleko veći broj vježbenika od svojih stvarnih potreba. Time, već je u više navrata upozoravano iz CROSMA-e, domaći brodari ostvaruju značajne prihode od poticaja, gotovo osam milijuna kuna u ovoj godini, ali nakon odrađenog vježbeničkog staža ne zapošljavaju vježbenike za koje su dobili subvencije kao časnike na svojim brodovima, jer su im stvarne potrebe za novim mladim časnicima daleko manje od broja vježbenika koje ukrcaju svake godine.

Iskorak prema potencijalnim učenicima i studentima iz unutrašnjosti Hrvatske potvrdila je za Novi list i dekanica Pomorskog fakulteta u Rijeci Ana Perić Hadžić koja ističe problem sve manjeg broja djece, a time i učenika i studenata na pomorskim učilištima.

– Sve je manje djece, a time i manje onih koji biraju pomorska zanimanja. Danas se diplomiranim studentima nude i brojne mogućnosti zapošljavanja na kopnu pa je moguće i to dijelom uzrok manjeg broja ukrcaja kadeta iako se, prema našim podacima, svi naši diplomanti uglavnom na brod ukrcaju u roku od nekoliko mjeseci, i to gotovo svi u međunarodnoj plovidbi. Kako bi povećali interes budućih učenika i studenata, razgovarali smo s CROSMA-om o zajedničkom prezentiranju pomorskih učilišta u unutrašnjosti Hrvatske, u što bi se uključile i srednje pomorske škole. Učenicima bismo ponudili kompletno srednjoškolsko i fakultetsko obrazovanje, uz mogućnost smještaja u učeničkim i studentskim domovima, rekla je Perić.

O mogućim izmjenama sustava subvencija novinari Novog lista pitali su i ministra mora, prometa i infrastrukture Olega Butkovića koji je kratko odgovorio kako ništa nije nepromjenjivo.

– Sadašnji sustav subvencija nije sveto pismo. Razgovarat ćemo, kao i dosad, sa svim dionicima zapošljavanja u pomorstvu i ukoliko postoji potreba za izmjenama, mijenjat ćemo sustav. Cilj je da mladim pomorcima olakšamo zapošljavanje na početku karijere, rekao je Butković.

Broj pomorskih vježbenika, kadeta i asistenata, u prošloj je godini pao za 27 posto u odnosu na 2021. godinu, a broj ukrcaja na kadeturu u međunarodnoj plovidbi pao je za čak 28 posto, objavljeno je na godišnjoj skupštini Hrvatske udruge posrednika u zapošljavanju pomoraca (CROSMA), održanoj u Zadru.

Osim ovog zabrinjavajućeg trenda kod ukrcaja kadeta, u prošloj je godini, prema službenim statistikama Udruge, lagano pala i potražnja za nižim časnicima iz Hrvatske, odnosno drugim i trećim časnicima palube i stroja, dok je stabilna ostala jedino potražnja za višim časničkim kadrom – prvim časnicima, upraviteljima stroja i zapovjednicima brodova.

– Broj pomoraca ukupno nije padao, ali je u laganom padu bio broj ukrcaja. To je, kad gledamo sve pomorce, dijelom i posljedica načina obračuna broja ukrcaja u Hrvatskom integriranom pomorskom sustavu (CIMIS, op.a.), ali je definitivno primjetan osjetan pad broja ukrcaja kadeta koji je bio gotovo 30 posto manji nego samo godinu dana prije, što nas je neugodno iznenadilo, kazao je Mario Zorović za Novi list.

Pad broja ukrcanih kadeta dijelom je, objašnjava, posljedica stanja na tržištu rada u svjetskom pomorstvu, ali i neadekvatnog sustava subvencioniranja ukrcaja kadeta koji preferira domaće brodare, a oni pak ukrcavaju na svoje brodove daleko veći broj vježbenika od svojih stvarnih potreba. Time, već je u više navrata upozoravano iz CROSMA-e, domaći brodari ostvaruju značajne prihode od poticaja, gotovo osam milijuna kuna u ovoj godini, ali nakon odrađenog vježbeničkog staža ne zapošljavaju vježbenike za koje su dobili subvencije kao časnike na svojim brodovima, jer su im stvarne potrebe za novim mladim časnicima daleko manje od broja vježbenika koje ukrcaju svake godine.

Iskorak prema potencijalnim učenicima i studentima iz unutrašnjosti Hrvatske potvrdila je za Novi list i dekanica Pomorskog fakulteta u Rijeci Ana Perić Hadžić koja ističe problem sve manjeg broja djece, a time i učenika i studenata na pomorskim učilištima.

– Sve je manje djece, a time i manje onih koji biraju pomorska zanimanja. Danas se diplomiranim studentima nude i brojne mogućnosti zapošljavanja na kopnu pa je moguće i to dijelom uzrok manjeg broja ukrcaja kadeta iako se, prema našim podacima, svi naši diplomanti uglavnom na brod ukrcaju u roku od nekoliko mjeseci, i to gotovo svi u međunarodnoj plovidbi. Kako bi povećali interes budućih učenika i studenata, razgovarali smo s CROSMA-om o zajedničkom prezentiranju pomorskih učilišta u unutrašnjosti Hrvatske, u što bi se uključile i srednje pomorske škole. Učenicima bismo ponudili kompletno srednjoškolsko i fakultetsko obrazovanje, uz mogućnost smještaja u učeničkim i studentskim domovima, rekla je Perić.

O mogućim izmjenama sustava subvencija novinari Novog lista pitali su i ministra mora, prometa i infrastrukture Olega Butkovića koji je kratko odgovorio kako ništa nije nepromjenjivo.

– Sadašnji sustav subvencija nije sveto pismo. Razgovarat ćemo, kao i dosad, sa svim dionicima zapošljavanja u pomorstvu i ukoliko postoji potreba za izmjenama, mijenjat ćemo sustav. Cilj je da mladim pomorcima olakšamo zapošljavanje na početku karijere, rekao je Butković.

Broj pomorskih vježbenika, kadeta i asistenata, u prošloj je godini pao za 27 posto u odnosu na 2021. godinu, a broj ukrcaja na kadeturu u međunarodnoj plovidbi pao je za čak 28 posto, objavljeno je na godišnjoj skupštini Hrvatske udruge posrednika u zapošljavanju pomoraca (CROSMA), održanoj u Zadru.

Osim ovog zabrinjavajućeg trenda kod ukrcaja kadeta, u prošloj je godini, prema službenim statistikama Udruge, lagano pala i potražnja za nižim časnicima iz Hrvatske, odnosno drugim i trećim časnicima palube i stroja, dok je stabilna ostala jedino potražnja za višim časničkim kadrom – prvim časnicima, upraviteljima stroja i zapovjednicima brodova.

– Broj pomoraca ukupno nije padao, ali je u laganom padu bio broj ukrcaja. To je, kad gledamo sve pomorce, dijelom i posljedica načina obračuna broja ukrcaja u Hrvatskom integriranom pomorskom sustavu (CIMIS, op.a.), ali je definitivno primjetan osjetan pad broja ukrcaja kadeta koji je bio gotovo 30 posto manji nego samo godinu dana prije, što nas je neugodno iznenadilo, kazao je Mario Zorović za Novi list.

Pad broja ukrcanih kadeta dijelom je, objašnjava, posljedica stanja na tržištu rada u svjetskom pomorstvu, ali i neadekvatnog sustava subvencioniranja ukrcaja kadeta koji preferira domaće brodare, a oni pak ukrcavaju na svoje brodove daleko veći broj vježbenika od svojih stvarnih potreba.
