- Gotovo čitav život sam proveo na moru, bio sam zapovjednik duge plovidbe više od 30 godina, doživio tri piratska napada, nekoliko požara na brodu i veći broj sličnih nepogoda, ali sve je to ništa u odnosu na brojna oštećivanja moga desetmetarskog broda kojeg vežem na jelšanskoj Pumpureli. Nestala su mi tri bokobrana, tako da mi brod tuče u druge brodice, jedno jutro je osvanuo sav u plavom prahu, jer su ispraznili vatrogasni aparat na njemu, razbili su mi vjetrobransku plexi zaštitu i uništili brodsku sirenu, slomili postolje reflektora... Budući da uredno plaćem sve pristojbe zatražio sam zaštitu od tih vandala u Ispostavi Lučke kapetanije, djelatnika Lučke uprave SDŽ i Policijske postaje Hvar, ali bez ikakvog konkretnog rezultata - žali se kap. Niko Gamulin iz Jelse.

Prijašnjih godina na brodu nikad nije bilo oštećenja, sada se to događa jer se na navedenoj lokaciji okupljaju mladi ljudi u poslijeponoćnim satima, nakon zatvaranja kafića. Korona je pa u to doba ništa ne radi, a njima se ne ide na spavanje prije zore.

Kupio je novi vatrogasni aparat i 'sakrio' ga u kabinu, zalijepio je plexi zaštitu, ali su je oni opet razbili, instalirao je novu sirenu, međutim, sada je savijen njezin stalak.

Svaki dan je neko novo iznenađenje, frustracije i nepredviđeni troškovi - na brodu nalazi žvakaće gume, opuške cigareta (najviše "Camel filter"), limenke piva i Red bula, a jedno jutro je prije isplovljavanja startao motore da se ugriju i umalo udario u rivu, jer je desni motor startao s punim gasom (4300RPM). Ustanovio je da mu je netko duple komande na fly palubi potisnuo punim otklonom prema naprijed, a da to uopće nije znao.

- Istina je, mogao sam razbiti brod ili oštetiti nečiju tuđu brodicu. Ali najviše se bojim tih opušaka cigareta i da u jednom trenutku na brodu ne bukne vatra. Siguran sam da bi se požar u tom slučaju proširio i na susjedne brodice te da bi šteta mogla biti nemjerljiva. Od policije od 20. srpnja nisam dobio nikakvu obavijest, ne znam jesu li štogod učinili, a razmišljajući kako se zaštiti nategao sam brod prema vanka i na njega ulazio preko jedne druge brodice, ali su i oni radili isto. I to nije sve, jedno jutro je od tri konopa brod ostao vezan samo na jednom, sva sreća da nije bilo kakvog vjetra, jer bi se dogodilo čudo. Nisam bio ni na nebu, ni na zemlji, pa sam zaprijetio da ću, ukoliko se ne zaustave ti noćni razulareni partiji biti primoran, bez pitanja Lučke Uprave, premjestiti brod na neko sigurnije mjesto, ako ništa i na mooringu za jahte - govori kap. A sada je shrvan svom tom nesnošljivom situacijom na "Njuškalu" ponudio brod na prodaju. Mada je po profesiji pomorac i veliki zaljubljenik u more i brodove nema više strpljenja boriti se protiv nereda kojeg ranije nije bilo ni u tragovima.

Svjestan je da policija ne može permanentno čuvati njegovo plovilo, ali bi bio zadovoljan da malo češće u sitnim satima naprave ophodnju navedenim područjem.

Vjeruje da bi povremena nazočnost policije možda odvratila te rezularene mladiće da ne čine štetu drugim ljudima. Prije nekoliko dana Općina Jelsa je u neposrednoj blizini njegova veza postavila javnu rasvjetu, vjerovao je da će i to koliko-toliko pomoći, ali opet ista stvar.

Mi smo pitali u Policijskoj upravi Splitsko-dalmatinskoj kako stati na kraj takvim pojavnostima?

- Možemo potvrditi da smo zaprimili pisani podnesak oštećenog, te ćemo u odnosu na navedeno utvrditi sve potrebne činjenice. Prilikom ostvarenog kontakta stranka je upoznata s načinom podnošenja prijave vezano uz kazneno djelo "Oštećenja tuđe stvari". Inače, do sada nismo zaprimili prijave o oštećenjima na drugim brodovima koji se nalaze na istoj lokaciji. S obzirom da se u noćnim satima na Pumpureli okuplja veći broj mlađih osoba, policijski službenici tijekom noći sukladno mogućnostima i intenzitetu ostalih zadaća, obilaze i opserviraju navedeno područje u cilju prevencije, što će nastaviti raditi i dalje. Od početka turističke sezone tamo smo zabilježili tek jedan događaj kršenja propisa, a počinitelj je tom prilikom sankcioniran zbog prekršaja iz članka 13. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira - odgovorili su nam iz Odjela za izvještajnu analitiku i odnose s javnošću PU Splitsko-dalmatinske.

- Gotovo čitav život sam proveo na moru, bio sam zapovjednik duge plovidbe više od 30 godina, doživio tri piratska napada, nekoliko požara na brodu i veći broj sličnih nepogoda, ali sve je to ništa u odnosu na brojna oštećivanja moga desetmetarskog broda kojeg vežem na jelšanskoj Pumpureli. Nestala su mi tri bokobrana, tako da mi brod tuče u druge brodice, jedno jutro je osvanuo sav u plavom prahu, jer su ispraznili vatrogasni aparat na njemu, razbili su mi vjetrobransku plexi zaštitu i uništili brodsku sirenu, slomili postolje reflektora... Budući da uredno plaćem sve pristojbe zatražio sam zaštitu od tih vandala u Ispostavi Lučke kapetanije, djelatnika Lučke uprave SDŽ i Policijske postaje Hvar, ali bez ikakvog konkretnog rezultata - žali se kap. Niko Gamulin iz Jelse.

Prijašnjih godina na brodu nikad nije bilo oštećenja, sada se to događa jer se na navedenoj lokaciji okupljaju mladi ljudi u poslijeponoćnim satima, nakon zatvaranja kafića. Korona je pa u to doba ništa ne radi, a njima se ne ide na spavanje prije zore.

Kupio je novi vatrogasni aparat i 'sakrio' ga u kabinu, zalijepio je plexi zaštitu, ali su je oni opet razbili, instalirao je novu sirenu, međutim, sada je savijen njezin stalak.

Svaki dan je neko novo iznenađenje, frustracije i nepredviđeni troškovi - na brodu nalazi žvakaće gume, opuške cigareta (najviše "Camel filter"), limenke piva i Red bula, a jedno jutro je prije isplovljavanja startao motore da se ugriju i umalo udario u rivu, jer je desni motor startao s punim gasom (4300RPM). Ustanovio je da mu je netko duple komande na fly palubi potisnuo punim otklonom prema naprijed, a da to uopće nije znao.

- Istina je, mogao sam razbiti brod ili oštetiti nečiju tuđu brodicu. Ali najviše se bojim tih opušaka cigareta i da u jednom trenutku na brodu ne bukne vatra. Siguran sam da bi se požar u tom slučaju proširio i na susjedne brodice te da bi šteta mogla biti nemjerljiva. Od policije od 20. srpnja nisam dobio nikakvu obavijest, ne znam jesu li štogod učinili, a razmišljajući kako se zaštiti nategao sam brod prema vanka i na njega ulazio preko jedne druge brodice, ali su i oni radili isto. I to nije sve, jedno jutro je od tri konopa brod ostao vezan samo na jednom, sva sreća da nije bilo kakvog vjetra, jer bi se dogodilo čudo. Nisam bio ni na nebu, ni na zemlji, pa sam zaprijetio da ću, ukoliko se ne zaustave ti noćni razulareni partiji biti primoran, bez pitanja Lučke Uprave, premjestiti brod na neko sigurnije mjesto, ako ništa i na mooringu za jahte - govori kap. A sada je shrvan svom tom nesnošljivom situacijom na "Njuškalu" ponudio brod na prodaju. Mada je po profesiji pomorac i veliki zaljubljenik u more i brodove nema više strpljenja boriti se protiv nereda kojeg ranije nije bilo ni u tragovima.

Svjestan je da policija ne može permanentno čuvati njegovo plovilo, ali bi bio zadovoljan da malo češće u sitnim satima naprave ophodnju navedenim područjem.

Vjeruje da bi povremena nazočnost policije možda odvratila te rezularene mladiće da ne čine štetu drugim ljudima. Prije nekoliko dana Općina Jelsa je u neposrednoj blizini njegova veza postavila javnu rasvjetu, vjerovao je da će i to koliko-toliko pomoći, ali opet ista stvar.

Mi smo pitali u Policijskoj upravi Splitsko-dalmatinskoj kako stati na kraj takvim pojavnostima?

- Možemo potvrditi da smo zaprimili pisani podnesak oštećenog, te ćemo u odnosu na navedeno utvrditi sve potrebne činjenice. Prilikom ostvarenog kontakta stranka je upoznata s načinom podnošenja prijave vezano uz kazneno djelo "Oštećenja tuđe stvari". Inače, do sada nismo zaprimili prijave o oštećenjima na drugim brodovima koji se nalaze na istoj lokaciji. S obzirom da se u noćnim satima na Pumpureli okuplja veći broj mlađih osoba, policijski službenici tijekom noći sukladno mogućnostima i intenzitetu ostalih zadaća, obilaze i opserviraju navedeno područje u cilju prevencije, što će nastaviti raditi i dalje. Od početka turističke sezone tamo smo zabilježili tek jedan događaj kršenja propisa, a počinitelj je tom prilikom sankcioniran zbog prekršaja iz članka 13. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira - odgovorili su nam iz Odjela za izvještajnu analitiku i odnose s javnošću PU Splitsko-dalmatinske.
