Na to da trajekti povremeno kasne, pogotovo u sezoni, otočani su dobrim dijelom oguglali. Nisu jednom tako propustili termin u bolnici, ili drugi dogovor. No turisti ovaj "običaj" ne gledaju kroz prizmu sentimenta, pogotovo ako zbog zakašnjelog trajekta propuste let koji ovih dana slovi za najdragocjeniji sezonski ulov.

A to je upravo bojazan s kojom nam se javila čitateljica, upozorivši nas na učestala kašnjenja trajekta koja Hvarane i goste ovih dana, među ostalim stavljaju u rizik od sličnih gubitaka.

- Više od tjedan dana trajekt "Faros" uredno sat vremena kasni, a neke dane i više od sat vremena, dok trajekt "Zadar" na istoj ruti dolazi brzo, odnosno na vrijeme. Mislim da turisti koji imaju karte za avion ili autobus neće imati lijepe uspomene s ljetovanja – navodi ova otočanka uz molbu da pokušamo doznati uzrok kašnjenja.

Iz Jadrolinije nam je na tom tragu stigao odgovor koji uz očekivano objašnjenje nudi i jedan posve neočekivani, koji po svemu sudeći svjedoči težoj nepažnji.

Posljednji tjedan, trajekt Faros kasni prilikom održavanja redovne linije Split – Stari Grad. Osnovni razlog kašnjenja su ogromne gužve u splitskoj trajektnoj luci, budući da smo trenutno u samoj špici sezone. Gdje god je moguće kašnjenja u polasku se nadoknade bržom plovidbom kako bi svi putnici na vrijeme stigli na svoja odredišta. No, trajektu "Faros" se uz gore navedeno prilikom jedne od plovidbi na propele zaplela odbačena stara ribarska mreža, stoga trajekt nije u mogućnosti razviti veću brzinu tijekom plovidbe – doznajemo iz Jadrolinije, koja o svemu nije pravovremeno obavijestila putnike.

Kako navode, problem se može riješiti samo odlaskom u dok što je i dogovoreno već tijekom sljedećeg tjedna, a do povratka "Farosa", uz trajekt "Zadar", liniju će preuzeti trajekt "Juraj Dalmatinac".

- Ispričavamo se putnicima zbog kašnjenja, te se nadamo da im isto nije prouzročilo veće probleme - poruka je s koji su zaključili svoj odgovor.

Na to da trajekti povremeno kasne, pogotovo u sezoni, otočani su dobrim dijelom oguglali. Nisu jednom tako propustili termin u bolnici, ili drugi dogovor. No turisti ovaj "običaj" ne gledaju kroz prizmu sentimenta, pogotovo ako zbog zakašnjelog trajekta propuste let koji ovih dana slovi za najdragocjeniji sezonski ulov.

A to je upravo bojazan s kojom nam se javila čitateljica, upozorivši nas na učestala kašnjenja trajekta koja Hvarane i goste ovih dana, među ostalim stavljaju u rizik od sličnih gubitaka.

- Više od tjedan dana trajekt "Faros" uredno sat vremena kasni, a neke dane i više od sat vremena, dok trajekt "Zadar" na istoj ruti dolazi brzo, odnosno na vrijeme. Mislim da turisti koji imaju karte za avion ili autobus neće imati lijepe uspomene s ljetovanja – navodi ova otočanka uz molbu da pokušamo doznati uzrok kašnjenja.

Iz Jadrolinije nam je na tom tragu stigao odgovor koji uz očekivano objašnjenje nudi i jedan posve neočekivani, koji po svemu sudeći svjedoči težoj nepažnji.

Posljednji tjedan, trajekt Faros kasni prilikom održavanja redovne linije Split – Stari Grad. Osnovni razlog kašnjenja su ogromne gužve u splitskoj trajektnoj luci, budući da smo trenutno u samoj špici sezone. Gdje god je moguće kašnjenja u polasku se nadoknade bržom plovidbom kako bi svi putnici na vrijeme stigli na svoja odredišta. No, trajektu "Faros" se uz gore navedeno prilikom jedne od plovidbi na propele zaplela odbačena stara ribarska mreža, stoga trajekt nije u mogućnosti razviti veću brzinu tijekom plovidbe – doznajemo iz Jadrolinije, koja o svemu nije pravovremeno obavijestila putnike.

Kako navode, problem se može riješiti samo odlaskom u dok što je i dogovoreno već tijekom sljedećeg tjedna, a do povratka "Farosa", uz trajekt "Zadar", liniju će preuzeti trajekt "Juraj Dalmatinac".

- Ispričavamo se putnicima zbog kašnjenja, te se nadamo da im isto nije prouzročilo veće probleme - poruka je s koji su zaključili svoj odgovor.

Na to da trajekti povremeno kasne, pogotovo u sezoni, otočani su dobrim dijelom oguglali. Nisu jednom tako propustili termin u bolnici, ili drugi dogovor. No turisti ovaj "običaj" ne gledaju kroz prizmu sentimenta, pogotovo ako zbog zakašnjelog trajekta propuste let koji ovih dana slovi za najdragocjeniji sezonski ulov.

A to je upravo bojazan s kojom nam se javila čitateljica, upozorivši nas na učestala kašnjenja trajekta koja Hvarane i goste ovih dana, među ostalim stavljaju u rizik od sličnih gubitaka.

- Više od tjedan dana trajekt "Faros" uredno sat vremena kasni, a neke dane i više od sat vremena, dok trajekt "Zadar" na istoj ruti dolazi brzo, odnosno na vrijeme. Mislim da turisti koji imaju karte za avion ili autobus neće imati lijepe uspomene s ljetovanja – navodi ova otočanka uz molbu da pokušamo doznati uzrok kašnjenja.
