Hrvatska i Italija potpisale su u utorak u Rimu Ugovor o razgraničenju isključivih gospodarskih pojaseva, rekao je ministar vanjskih i europskih poslova Gordan Grlić Radman, ocijenivši taj dokument kao "povijesni" za odnose dviju zemalja.

"Danas smo potpisali povijesni Ugovor između Hrvatske i Italije o razgraničenju isključivih gospodarskih pojaseva", izjavio je šef diplomacije nakon sastanka s talijanskim kolegom Luigijem di Majom.

Grlić Radman je potpisivanje sporazuma nazvao "zaglavnim kamenom" u odnosima Hrvatske i Italije. "Ovim Ugovorom sporazumno smo utvrdili crtu razgraničenja isključivih gospodarskih pojaseva između dviju susjednih i prijateljskih država i tako na trajnim osnovama uredili pitanje razgraničenja s Italijom u skladu s međunarodnim pravom", istaknuo je Grlić Radman.

Njime se, nastavio je, kao granica potvrdila već postojeća crta razgraničenja naših epikontinentalnih pojaseva na morskom dnu i podzemlju.

"Određivanjem te granice Hrvatska i Italija učvrstit će međusobnu suradnju na Jadranskom moru, na Jadranu, našoj zajedničkoj kulturnoj, povijesnoj, geopolitičkoj baštini", kazao je ministar.

Po njegovom mišljenju, Hrvatska i Italija imaju veliku odgovornost kada je u pitanju zaštita morskog okoliša, održivo korištenja mora i njegovih prirodnih resursa.

Zato je ovaj sporazum od povijesne važnosti za odnose dviju zemalja, "ali i paradigma u europskom kontekstu", kazao je Grlić Radman.

Također je podsjetio da dvije zemlje dobrosusjedsku suradnju u sjevernom Jadranu razvijaju i sa Slovenijom u sklopu trilaterale uspostavljene u prosincu 2020. u Trstu.

Di Maio je ocijenio kako je današnjim potpisivanjem ugovora započela "nova faza" odnosa dviju zemalja koja u središte odnosa "ponovo stavlja Jadransko more".  Dodao je kako se ta "strateška osovina" dodatno osnažuje trilateralnom suradnjom sa Slovenijom.

Ministar vanjskih i europskih poslova predvodio je u Rimu hrvatsko izaslanstvo na petom sastanku Koordinacijskog odbora ministara hrvatske i talijanske vlade (KOM) koji je urodio i potpisivanjem zajedničke izjave kojom su postavljene glavne smjernice za predstojeće razdoblje u svim važnim područjima.

"Italija je jedan od naših najvažnijih gospodarskih partnera. Trgovinska razmjena između Hrvatske i Italije iznosila je prošle godine gotovo šest milijardi eura, što je povećanje od 27 posto", rekao je Grlić Radman i ocijenio da dvije zemlje posljednjih godina bilježe "uzlet u bilateralnim odnosima".

Po njegovim riječima, postoji potencijal za daljnje unaprijeđenje gospodarskih odnosa dviju zemalja, posebice u IT sektoru i digitalizaciji, prehrambenom sektoru i infrastrukturi.

Hrvatski Sabor je u veljači 2021. jednoglasno izglasao Odluku o proglašenju isključivog gospodarskog pojasa, područja koje se nalazi izvan teritorijalnog mora i uz njega, a podvrgnuto je posebnom pravnom režimu na temelju kojega obalne države imaju pravo vršiti određena prava suverene države.

Prije nego je Hrvatska proglasila IGP to su već bile učinile skoro sve mediteranske zemlje, izuzev Grčke i Turske zbog granične napetosti.

Tada se postavilo pitanje zašto je Zagreb proglasio IGP tek tada, nakon što je to sa svoje strane inicirala Italija. Grlić Radman je tada rekao da smo "čekali i razgovarali sa susjedima, kako bismo podigli razinu zaštite Jadrana" te da su Italija i Hrvatska u to uključile su i Sloveniju, "iako nismo trebali".

Italiji je donedavno imala stanje u kojem je mogla neometano ribariti u vodama susjednih zemalja, osobito u vodama ispred Albanije, Crne Gore, Hrvatske i Grčke. 

Hrvatska je zaštitu Jadrana do proglašenja IGP-a provodila putem Zaštićenog ekološko-ribolovnog pojasa (ZERP) iz 2003. na području do linije razgraničenja epikontinentalnog pojasa s Italijom.

U odnosu na ZERP, Isključivi gospodarski pojas u Jadranskom moru Hrvatskoj donosi dva nova prava: izgradnju umjetnih otoka te korištenje snage mora, vjetra i struja.

Hrvatska i Italija potpisale su u utorak u Rimu Ugovor o razgraničenju isključivih gospodarskih pojaseva, rekao je ministar vanjskih i europskih poslova Gordan Grlić Radman, ocijenivši taj dokument kao "povijesni" za odnose dviju zemalja.

"Danas smo potpisali povijesni Ugovor između Hrvatske i Italije o razgraničenju isključivih gospodarskih pojaseva", izjavio je šef diplomacije nakon sastanka s talijanskim kolegom Luigijem di Majom.

Grlić Radman je potpisivanje sporazuma nazvao "zaglavnim kamenom" u odnosima Hrvatske i Italije. "Ovim Ugovorom sporazumno smo utvrdili crtu razgraničenja isključivih gospodarskih pojaseva između dviju susjednih i prijateljskih država i tako na trajnim osnovama uredili pitanje razgraničenja s Italijom u skladu s međunarodnim pravom", istaknuo je Grlić Radman.

Njime se, nastavio je, kao granica potvrdila već postojeća crta razgraničenja naših epikontinentalnih pojaseva na morskom dnu i podzemlju.

"Određivanjem te granice Hrvatska i Italija učvrstit će međusobnu suradnju na Jadranskom moru, na Jadranu, našoj zajedničkoj kulturnoj, povijesnoj, geopolitičkoj baštini", kazao je ministar.

Po njegovom mišljenju, Hrvatska i Italija imaju veliku odgovornost kada je u pitanju zaštita morskog okoliša, održivo korištenja mora i njegovih prirodnih resursa.

Zato je ovaj sporazum od povijesne važnosti za odnose dviju zemalja, "ali i paradigma u europskom kontekstu", kazao je Grlić Radman.

Također je podsjetio da dvije zemlje dobrosusjedsku suradnju u sjevernom Jadranu razvijaju i sa Slovenijom u sklopu trilaterale uspostavljene u prosincu 2020. u Trstu.

Di Maio je ocijenio kako je današnjim potpisivanjem ugovora započela "nova faza" odnosa dviju zemalja koja u središte odnosa "ponovo stavlja Jadransko more".  Dodao je kako se ta "strateška osovina" dodatno osnažuje trilateralnom suradnjom sa Slovenijom.

Ministar vanjskih i europskih poslova predvodio je u Rimu hrvatsko izaslanstvo na petom sastanku Koordinacijskog odbora ministara hrvatske i talijanske vlade (KOM) koji je urodio i potpisivanjem zajedničke izjave kojom su postavljene glavne smjernice za predstojeće razdoblje u svim važnim područjima.

"Italija je jedan od naših najvažnijih gospodarskih partnera. Trgovinska razmjena između Hrvatske i Italije iznosila je prošle godine gotovo šest milijardi eura, što je povećanje od 27 posto", rekao je Grlić Radman i ocijenio da dvije zemlje posljednjih godina bilježe "uzlet u bilateralnim odnosima".

Po njegovim riječima, postoji potencijal za daljnje unaprijeđenje gospodarskih odnosa dviju zemalja, posebice u IT sektoru i digitalizaciji, prehrambenom sektoru i infrastrukturi.

Hrvatski Sabor je u veljači 2021. jednoglasno izglasao Odluku o proglašenju isključivog gospodarskog pojasa, područja koje se nalazi izvan teritorijalnog mora i uz njega, a podvrgnuto je posebnom pravnom režimu na temelju kojega obalne države imaju pravo vršiti određena prava suverene države.

Prije nego je Hrvatska proglasila IGP to su već bile učinile skoro sve mediteranske zemlje, izuzev Grčke i Turske zbog granične napetosti.

Tada se postavilo pitanje zašto je Zagreb proglasio IGP tek tada, nakon što je to sa svoje strane inicirala Italija. Grlić Radman je tada rekao da smo "čekali i razgovarali sa susjedima, kako bismo podigli razinu zaštite Jadrana" te da su Italija i Hrvatska u to uključile su i Sloveniju, "iako nismo trebali".

Italiji je donedavno imala stanje u kojem je mogla neometano ribariti u vodama susjednih zemalja, osobito u vodama ispred Albanije, Crne Gore, Hrvatske i Grčke. 

Hrvatska je zaštitu Jadrana do proglašenja IGP-a provodila putem Zaštićenog ekološko-ribolovnog pojasa (ZERP) iz 2003. na području do linije razgraničenja epikontinentalnog pojasa s Italijom.

U odnosu na ZERP, Isključivi gospodarski pojas u Jadranskom moru Hrvatskoj donosi dva nova prava: izgradnju umjetnih otoka te korištenje snage mora, vjetra i struja.

Hrvatska i Italija potpisale su u utorak u Rimu Ugovor o razgraničenju isključivih gospodarskih pojaseva, rekao je ministar vanjskih i europskih poslova Gordan Grlić Radman, ocijenivši taj dokument kao "povijesni" za odnose dviju zemalja.

"Danas smo potpisali povijesni Ugovor između Hrvatske i Italije o razgraničenju isključivih gospodarskih pojaseva", izjavio je šef diplomacije nakon sastanka s talijanskim kolegom Luigijem di Majom.

Grlić Radman je potpisivanje sporazuma nazvao "zaglavnim kamenom" u odnosima Hrvatske i Italije. "Ovim Ugovorom sporazumno smo utvrdili crtu razgraničenja isključivih gospodarskih pojaseva između dviju susjednih i prijateljskih država i tako na trajnim osnovama uredili pitanje razgraničenja s Italijom u skladu s međunarodnim pravom", istaknuo je Grlić Radman.

Njime se, nastavio je, kao granica potvrdila već postojeća crta razgraničenja naših epikontinentalnih pojaseva na morskom dnu i podzemlju.

"Određivanjem te granice Hrvatska i Italija učvrstit će međusobnu suradnju na Jadranskom moru, na Jadranu, našoj zajedničkoj kulturnoj, povijesnoj, geopolitičkoj baštini", kazao je ministar.
