Na web stranicama Općine Medulin objavljena je digitalna kuharica "Ulov dana", koja je nastala kao rezultat radionica za roditelje vrtićke djece s chefom Davidom Skokom, održanih nedavno u Pomeru.

"Ulov dana" donosi snažnu poruku promocije lokalno ulovljene ribe, usmjeravajući pažnju prema održivosti ribolovne prakse i važnosti očuvanja bogatstva lokalnih ribljih resursa. Kroz jednostavne recepte, kuharica potiče veću konzumaciju lokalnih ribljih delicija, podržavajući autentičnost okusa našeg podneblja.

Chef David Skoko, kao kulinarski mentor, ne samo da je podijelio recepte stvorene tijekom radionica, već je također pripremio dodatne jednostavne recepte prilagođene svakodnevnom životu.

Ova kuharica je ostvarena unutar projekta "Ribarske štorije: očuvanje ribarskog blaga", financiranog sredstvima Europske unije iz Europskog fonda za pomorstvo i ribarstvo. Projekt se provodi u suradnji s partnerima, Dječjim vrtićem Medulin i Turističkom zajednicom općine Medulin.

Na web stranicama Općine Medulin objavljena je digitalna kuharica "Ulov dana", koja je nastala kao rezultat radionica za roditelje vrtićke djece s chefom Davidom Skokom, održanih nedavno u Pomeru.

"Ulov dana" donosi snažnu poruku promocije lokalno ulovljene ribe, usmjeravajući pažnju prema održivosti ribolovne prakse i važnosti očuvanja bogatstva lokalnih ribljih resursa. Kroz jednostavne recepte, kuharica potiče veću konzumaciju lokalnih ribljih delicija, podržavajući autentičnost okusa našeg podneblja.

Chef David Skoko, kao kulinarski mentor, ne samo da je podijelio recepte stvorene tijekom radionica, već je također pripremio dodatne jednostavne recepte prilagođene svakodnevnom životu.

Ova kuharica je ostvarena unutar projekta "Ribarske štorije: očuvanje ribarskog blaga", financiranog sredstvima Europske unije iz Europskog fonda za pomorstvo i ribarstvo. Projekt se provodi u suradnji s partnerima, Dječjim vrtićem Medulin i Turističkom zajednicom općine Medulin.

Na web stranicama Općine Medulin objavljena je digitalna kuharica "Ulov dana", koja je nastala kao rezultat radionica za roditelje vrtićke djece s chefom Davidom Skokom, održanih nedavno u Pomeru.

"Ulov dana" donosi snažnu poruku promocije lokalno ulovljene ribe, usmjeravajući pažnju prema održivosti ribolovne prakse i važnosti očuvanja bogatstva lokalnih ribljih resursa. Kroz jednostavne recepte, kuharica potiče veću konzumaciju lokalnih ribljih delicija, podržavajući autentičnost okusa našeg podneblja.

Chef David Skoko, kao kulinarski mentor, ne samo da je podijelio recepte stvorene tijekom radionica, već je također pripremio dodatne jednostavne recepte prilagođene svakodnevnom životu.

Ova kuharica je ostvarena unutar projekta "Ribarske štorije: očuvanje ribarskog blaga", financiranog sredstvima Europske unije iz Europskog fonda za pomorstvo i ribarstvo. Projekt se provodi u suradnji s partnerima, Dječjim vrtićem Medulin i Turističkom zajednicom općine Medulin.
