Iznajmljivači barki s otoka Hvara traže od Ministarstva mora, pomorstva i infrastrukture ukidanje nužnosti dozvola za turiste za upravljanje brodicama do 5 metara dužine i snage motora do 5 kilovata.

Smatraju kako je takva obveza nelogična jer dozvole za takva, najmanja plovila, u Europskoj uniji osim u Hrvatskoj traže još samo u Portugalu. Predlažu da Ministarstvo dopusti iznajmljivačima da sami pružaju poduku i izdaju jednodnevne dozvole, o čemu je prilog snimio HRT.

Željko Kuštera, splitski lučki kapetan rekao je da je inicijativa već počela te da je bila na javnoj raspravi.

– Mi se više bavimo sigurnošću, a na bavimo se ekonomijom. Legitimno je da ljudi traže da im se pojednostavni posao te da imaju više publike. Mi priznajemo 53 dozvole raznih zemalja od Australije, Kanade, Amerike, Brazila tako da se te dozvole mogu koristiti, dodao je.

Da bi mogli procijeniti hoće li inicijativa ugroziti sigurnost plovidbe potreba je točna projekcija, tvrdi Kuštera.

– Na sigurnosti plovidbe radimo cijelu godinu ne samo ljeti. Čim se poveća broj plovila veća je mogućnost za pomorske nesreće, dodao je.

Ova tema je prilično aktualna na HJvaru gdje je iznajmljivanje barki popularno.

– Brodice koje idu 5 milja na sat i vrlo su spore i u svih ovih 40 do 50 godina iznajmljivanja nikad nije bilo neke nesreće sa većom posljedicom, ozljedom, kamoli smrtnom, kazao je Mate Novak, Udruženje obrtnika otoka Hvara.

Jedno od rješenja je da sami iznajmljivači izdaju jednodnevne dozvole.

– Postoji mogućnost ako ima volje da se otvori ta grana da ti ljudi sami mogu snosit odgovornost za sve posljedice koje njihovi brodi čine, a da oni održe kratki tečaj, objasnio je Damir Višić, sudski vještak za pomorske nezgode.

No, iz ministarstva smatraju kako još treba razmotriti ovu inicijatovu.

Iznajmljivači barki s otoka Hvara traže od Ministarstva mora, pomorstva i infrastrukture ukidanje nužnosti dozvola za turiste za upravljanje brodicama do 5 metara dužine i snage motora do 5 kilovata.

Smatraju kako je takva obveza nelogična jer dozvole za takva, najmanja plovila, u Europskoj uniji osim u Hrvatskoj traže još samo u Portugalu. Predlažu da Ministarstvo dopusti iznajmljivačima da sami pružaju poduku i izdaju jednodnevne dozvole, o čemu je prilog snimio HRT.

Željko Kuštera, splitski lučki kapetan rekao je da je inicijativa već počela te da je bila na javnoj raspravi.

– Mi se više bavimo sigurnošću, a na bavimo se ekonomijom. Legitimno je da ljudi traže da im se pojednostavni posao te da imaju više publike. Mi priznajemo 53 dozvole raznih zemalja od Australije, Kanade, Amerike, Brazila tako da se te dozvole mogu koristiti, dodao je.

Da bi mogli procijeniti hoće li inicijativa ugroziti sigurnost plovidbe potreba je točna projekcija, tvrdi Kuštera.

– Na sigurnosti plovidbe radimo cijelu godinu ne samo ljeti. Čim se poveća broj plovila veća je mogućnost za pomorske nesreće, dodao je.

Ova tema je prilično aktualna na HJvaru gdje je iznajmljivanje barki popularno.

– Brodice koje idu 5 milja na sat i vrlo su spore i u svih ovih 40 do 50 godina iznajmljivanja nikad nije bilo neke nesreće sa većom posljedicom, ozljedom, kamoli smrtnom, kazao je Mate Novak, Udruženje obrtnika otoka Hvara.

Jedno od rješenja je da sami iznajmljivači izdaju jednodnevne dozvole.

– Postoji mogućnost ako ima volje da se otvori ta grana da ti ljudi sami mogu snosit odgovornost za sve posljedice koje njihovi brodi čine, a da oni održe kratki tečaj, objasnio je Damir Višić, sudski vještak za pomorske nezgode.

No, iz ministarstva smatraju kako još treba razmotriti ovu inicijatovu.

Iznajmljivači barki s otoka Hvara traže od Ministarstva mora, pomorstva i infrastrukture ukidanje nužnosti dozvola za turiste za upravljanje brodicama do 5 metara dužine i snage motora do 5 kilovata.

Smatraju kako je takva obveza nelogična jer dozvole za takva, najmanja plovila, u Europskoj uniji osim u Hrvatskoj traže još samo u Portugalu. Predlažu da Ministarstvo dopusti iznajmljivačima da sami pružaju poduku i izdaju jednodnevne dozvole, o čemu je prilog snimio HRT.

Željko Kuštera, splitski lučki kapetan rekao je da je inicijativa već počela te da je bila na javnoj raspravi.

– Mi se više bavimo sigurnošću, a na bavimo se ekonomijom. Legitimno je da ljudi traže da im se pojednostavni posao te da imaju više publike. Mi priznajemo 53 dozvole raznih zemalja od Australije, Kanade, Amerike, Brazila tako da se te dozvole mogu koristiti, dodao je.

Da bi mogli procijeniti hoće li inicijativa ugroziti sigurnost plovidbe potreba je točna projekcija, tvrdi Kuštera.

– Na sigurnosti plovidbe radimo cijelu godinu ne samo ljeti. Čim se poveća broj plovila veća je mogućnost za pomorske nesreće, dodao je.

Ova tema je prilično aktualna na HJvaru gdje je iznajmljivanje barki popularno.

– Brodice koje idu 5 milja na sat i vrlo su spore i u svih ovih 40 do 50 godina iznajmljivanja nikad nije bilo neke nesreće sa većom posljedicom, ozljedom, kamoli smrtnom, kazao je Mate Novak, Udruženje obrtnika otoka Hvara.

Jedno od rješenja je da sami iznajmljivači izdaju jednodnevne dozvole.

– Postoji mogućnost ako ima volje da se otvori ta grana da ti ljudi sami mogu snosit odgovornost za sve posljedice koje njihovi brodi čine, a da oni održe kratki tečaj, objasnio je Damir Višić, sudski vještak za pomorske nezgode.

No, iz ministarstva smatraju kako još treba razmotriti ovu inicijatovu.
