Olujno sidro nije tako čest dio opreme na domaćim brodicama, iako nije skupo i volumenom zauzima mali prostor, a može biti vrlo korisno, pa čak i spasonosno u nekim situacijama.

To se, naravno, ponajprije odnosi na njegovu primarnu funkciju, koja mu je dala i ime. Naime, ako motorna brodica usred nevremena, ili samo jakoga vjetra s velikim valovima, na pučini ostane bez pogona, vrlo brzo će se naći u problemima.

Stožasta vreća

Budući da se ne kreće, ne može se usmjeravati kormilom, pa u trenu postaje igračka valovima koji je jakim udarima u bok mogu prevrnuti ili učas napuniti morem. Jedrilice su u boljem položaju, osim ako im se pokida jedrilje ili slomi jarbol, što ih brzo dovodi u sličnu situaciju kao motornjake.

Olujno sidro efikasno može ublažiti ovakve probleme. Riječ je, zapravo, o čvrstoj vreći stožastog oblika s malim otvorom na donjoj strani, a velikim na gornjoj, gdje su učvršćeni i konopi ili brage za vezivanje sa sidrenim konopom. Neki modeli imaju i oblik malog padobrana.

Nakon što ga se baci s pramca u more i veže za pramčanu bitvu, olujno se sidro učas ispuni vodom zbog kretanja broda nošenog valovima, nakon čega počinje pružati jak otpor zbog svoga oblika.

Rezultat je da se brod vrlo brzo okrene pramcem prema vjetru i valovima, te se u takvom položaju, koji je najbolji za sigurnost plovila i posade u zadanoj situaciji, usporeno nastavi kretati unatrag.

Dok ne stigne pomoć, prestane nevera ili dok se brod ne približi nekoj obali i plićem moru, kada može spustiti i pravo sidro. Sve u svemu, dobro je imati olujno sidro na plovilu.

Ribolov driftingom

No, domišljati ribolovci smislili su mu i drugu namjenu. Kako su ribolov i lignjolov bez spuštanja sidra sve popularniji, jer se brod lagano miče i tako se pretražuje veća morska površina, u situacijama kad je kurenat prejak, odnosno vjetar i valovi, plovilo se može usporiti na manju brzinu gibanja spuštanjem olujnog sidra po pramcu.

Na taj će se način ribolov moći nesmetano nastaviti, a i brod će se manje ljuljati s pramcem usmjerenim prema valovima.

Ova je tehnika osobito dobra za sve popularniji lov pučinskih grabljivica driftingom, a prednost joj je što olujna sidra nisu skupa.

A kada ga se već kupi, pa makar samo za ribolov, njegovo postojanje na brodu povećava i sigurnost plovidbe.

Olujno sidro nije tako čest dio opreme na domaćim brodicama, iako nije skupo i volumenom zauzima mali prostor, a može biti vrlo korisno, pa čak i spasonosno u nekim situacijama.

To se, naravno, ponajprije odnosi na njegovu primarnu funkciju, koja mu je dala i ime. Naime, ako motorna brodica usred nevremena, ili samo jakoga vjetra s velikim valovima, na pučini ostane bez pogona, vrlo brzo će se naći u problemima.

Stožasta vreća

Budući da se ne kreće, ne može se usmjeravati kormilom, pa u trenu postaje igračka valovima koji je jakim udarima u bok mogu prevrnuti ili učas napuniti morem. Jedrilice su u boljem položaju, osim ako im se pokida jedrilje ili slomi jarbol, što ih brzo dovodi u sličnu situaciju kao motornjake.

Olujno sidro efikasno može ublažiti ovakve probleme. Riječ je, zapravo, o čvrstoj vreći stožastog oblika s malim otvorom na donjoj strani, a velikim na gornjoj, gdje su učvršćeni i konopi ili brage za vezivanje sa sidrenim konopom. Neki modeli imaju i oblik malog padobrana.

Nakon što ga se baci s pramca u more i veže za pramčanu bitvu, olujno se sidro učas ispuni vodom zbog kretanja broda nošenog valovima, nakon čega počinje pružati jak otpor zbog svoga oblika.

Rezultat je da se brod vrlo brzo okrene pramcem prema vjetru i valovima, te se u takvom položaju, koji je najbolji za sigurnost plovila i posade u zadanoj situaciji, usporeno nastavi kretati unatrag.

Dok ne stigne pomoć, prestane nevera ili dok se brod ne približi nekoj obali i plićem moru, kada može spustiti i pravo sidro. Sve u svemu, dobro je imati olujno sidro na plovilu.

Ribolov driftingom

No, domišljati ribolovci smislili su mu i drugu namjenu. Kako su ribolov i lignjolov bez spuštanja sidra sve popularniji, jer se brod lagano miče i tako se pretražuje veća morska površina, u situacijama kad je kurenat prejak, odnosno vjetar i valovi, plovilo se može usporiti na manju brzinu gibanja spuštanjem olujnog sidra po pramcu.

Na taj će se način ribolov moći nesmetano nastaviti, a i brod će se manje ljuljati s pramcem usmjerenim prema valovima.

Ova je tehnika osobito dobra za sve popularniji lov pučinskih grabljivica driftingom, a prednost joj je što olujna sidra nisu skupa.

A kada ga se već kupi, pa makar samo za ribolov, njegovo postojanje na brodu povećava i sigurnost plovidbe.

KORISNa ‘stvarčica‘Olujno sidro može biti spasonosno za brod i posadu, a sve češće se koristi i za ribolov driftingom

Olujno sidro nije tako čest dio opreme na domaćim brodicama, iako nije skupo i volumenom zauzima mali prostor, a može biti vrlo korisno, pa čak i spasonosno u nekim situacijama.

To se, naravno, ponajprije odnosi na njegovu primarnu funkciju, koja mu je dala i ime. Naime, ako motorna brodica usred nevremena, ili samo jakoga vjetra s velikim valovima, na pučini ostane bez pogona, vrlo brzo će se naći u problemima.

Stožasta vreća

Budući da se ne kreće, ne može se usmjeravati kormilom, pa u trenu postaje igračka valovima koji je jakim udarima u bok mogu prevrnuti ili učas napuniti morem. Jedrilice su u boljem položaju, osim ako im se pokida jedrilje ili slomi jarbol, što ih brzo dovodi u sličnu situaciju kao motornjake.

Olujno sidro efikasno može ublažiti ovakve probleme. Riječ...
