Na motornu barku s natkabinom ugradio sam tende kojima zatvaram cijeli kokpit. Stranice su spojene patentima tako da se svaka može neovisno otvoriti, čime sam zimi u ribolovu uvijek zaštićen od vjetra, a ljeti od neželjenih pogleda. Sistem se pokazao dobar, ali sam primijetio da se patent sve teže otvara. Možda bi bilo bolje da je na spojevima čičak traka ili nekakve kvačice, a ovako se bojim da bi se patent s vremenom mogao zaglaviti. Kako to mogu spriječiti?

Patenti na tendama su praktičniji, a možda i bolje rješenje od čičak trake ili kvačica, ali bez obzira koji se sistem koristi, svi oni traže ipak nekakvo održavanje, barem ono najosnovnije. Čičak traka s vremenom gubi onu početnu čvrstoću spoja, ali se relativno lako može zamijeniti novom.

Tende ili navlake zatvorene sistemom kopči, dugmadi, klipsa ili rebatinama, ako zapinju, lako kod otvaranja mogu trgati materijal na koji su pričvršćene.

Oksid nastao na spoju sprječava lagano otvaranje i svako snažno potezanje vrlo lako može iščupati dugme iz materijala.

Čvrsto uhvaćena kopča razdvoji se odvijačem ili nekim sličnim priručnim predmetom, a zatim spojna mjesta očiste brončanom vunicom i podmažu voskom.

Pranje i podmazivanje

Metalni patenti, iako od nehrđajućih materijala, na moru se koriste rijetko, uglavnom se koriste patenti od tvrde plastike i to najčešće s većim zupcima, ali i kao takvi zahtijevaju određeno održavanje. Geometrija zubaca je takva da imaju fino obrađene dosjede i svako zrnce nečistoće im može smetati.

U početku je to lagano zapinjanje, a poslije sve snažnije, uglavnom uvijek na istome mjestu. Ako se to ignorira duže vrijeme, vrlo vjerojatno će se, zbog sve snažnijeg otvaranja i zatvaranja, zubi patenta početi trgati.

Naravno, i svaki končić ili komadić rašvilanog platna koji se uglavi među zupcima također smeta i njih svakako treba ukloniti. Patente je potrebno redovno ispirati slatkom vodom, a po potrebi povremeno i podmazati, čime se znatno smanjuje trenje između zubaca i zatvarača patenta.

Odlično sredstvo za podmazivanje patenta je vazelin, koji metalne patente još dodatno i štiti od oksidacije i korozije. Patenti se mogu podmazivati i grafitnom olovkom, a isto tako i trljanjem hladnim voskom, sapunom, balzamom za usne ili štapićem za uši umočenim u biljno ulje.

Soda bikarbona

Upotreba WD-40 odlično će podmazati patent, ali njegova masnoća može ostaviti vrlo neugodne tragove na tkanini. Patenti na tendama koriste se češće i vjerojatno se češće barem isperu slatkom vodom od onih na sakovima jedara ili na lazybagu, pa bi bilo dobro i njih povremeno isprati i podmazati.

Kada zatvarač patenta zapeče, ako već nije mehanički oštećen, relativno ga se lako može osloboditi, ali je problem što je to često na teže dostupnom mjestu. Tada je zatvarač potrebno dobro natopiti mješavinom sode bikarbone i alkoholnog octa ili Coca-cole, te pustiti neko vrijeme da popusti. Naravno, poslije se sve dobro ispere i podmaže.

Starim patentima nakon česte upotrebe zubi su se već malo izlizali i kada se opterete pod određenim kutem, mogu se sami otvarati. Takav se patent otvori, pospreja lakom za kosu i pusti da se lak osuši. Ponovno će dobro zatvarati, neće se više otvarati i izdržat će još neko vrijeme, barem do kraja sezone.

Na motornu barku s natkabinom ugradio sam tende kojima zatvaram cijeli kokpit. Stranice su spojene patentima tako da se svaka može neovisno otvoriti, čime sam zimi u ribolovu uvijek zaštićen od vjetra, a ljeti od neželjenih pogleda. Sistem se pokazao dobar, ali sam primijetio da se patent sve teže otvara. Možda bi bilo bolje da je na spojevima čičak traka ili nekakve kvačice, a ovako se bojim da bi se patent s vremenom mogao zaglaviti. Kako to mogu spriječiti?

Patenti na tendama su praktičniji, a možda i bolje rješenje od čičak trake ili kvačica, ali bez obzira koji se sistem koristi, svi oni traže ipak nekakvo održavanje, barem ono najosnovnije. Čičak traka s vremenom gubi onu početnu čvrstoću spoja, ali se relativno lako može zamijeniti novom.

Tende ili navlake zatvorene sistemom kopči, dugmadi, klipsa ili rebatinama, ako zapinju, lako kod otvaranja mogu trgati materijal na koji su pričvršćene.

Oksid nastao na spoju sprječava lagano otvaranje i svako snažno potezanje vrlo lako može iščupati dugme iz materijala.

Čvrsto uhvaćena kopča razdvoji se odvijačem ili nekim sličnim priručnim predmetom, a zatim spojna mjesta očiste brončanom vunicom i podmažu voskom.

Pranje i podmazivanje

Metalni patenti, iako od nehrđajućih materijala, na moru se koriste rijetko, uglavnom se koriste patenti od tvrde plastike i to najčešće s većim zupcima, ali i kao takvi zahtijevaju određeno održavanje. Geometrija zubaca je takva da imaju fino obrađene dosjede i svako zrnce nečistoće im može smetati.

U početku je to lagano zapinjanje, a poslije sve snažnije, uglavnom uvijek na istome mjestu. Ako se to ignorira duže vrijeme, vrlo vjerojatno će se, zbog sve snažnijeg otvaranja i zatvaranja, zubi patenta početi trgati.

Naravno, i svaki končić ili komadić rašvilanog platna koji se uglavi među zupcima također smeta i njih svakako treba ukloniti. Patente je potrebno redovno ispirati slatkom vodom, a po potrebi povremeno i podmazati, čime se znatno smanjuje trenje između zubaca i zatvarača patenta.

Odlično sredstvo za podmazivanje patenta je vazelin, koji metalne patente još dodatno i štiti od oksidacije i korozije. Patenti se mogu podmazivati i grafitnom olovkom, a isto tako i trljanjem hladnim voskom, sapunom, balzamom za usne ili štapićem za uši umočenim u biljno ulje.

Soda bikarbona

Upotreba WD-40 odlično će podmazati patent, ali njegova masnoća može ostaviti vrlo neugodne tragove na tkanini. Patenti na tendama koriste se češće i vjerojatno se češće barem isperu slatkom vodom od onih na sakovima jedara ili na lazybagu, pa bi bilo dobro i njih povremeno isprati i podmazati.

Kada zatvarač patenta zapeče, ako već nije mehanički oštećen, relativno ga se lako može osloboditi, ali je problem što je to često na teže dostupnom mjestu. Tada je zatvarač potrebno dobro natopiti mješavinom sode bikarbone i alkoholnog octa ili Coca-cole, te pustiti neko vrijeme da popusti. Naravno, poslije se sve dobro ispere i podmaže.

Starim patentima nakon česte upotrebe zubi su se već malo izlizali i kada se opterete pod određenim kutem, mogu se sami otvarati. Takav se patent otvori, pospreja lakom za kosu i pusti da se lak osuši. Ponovno će dobro zatvarati, neće se više otvarati i izdržat će još neko vrijeme, barem do kraja sezone.
