Tijekom zime svoju desetmetarsku jedrilicu držim na vezu u Biogradu. Uvijek je pažljivo raspremim i sve očistim, ali u proljeće usprkos tome cijela kabina dobije vrlo neugodan vonj po plijesni koji je teško ukloniti. Postoje li neka sredstva ili postupci koji mogu ovaj problem otkloniti ili značajnije umanjiti? Marko ANTIĆ, Samobor

Neugodan miris plijesni ili tufine ukazuje da vam je u brodu tijekom zime bilo vlage. Bez obzira što su santine čiste, uz pretpostavku da i brod nigdje ne propušta vodu, voda se stvara i kondenzacijom.

Preko dana se zrak u kabini zagrije, topli zrak prihvaća više vodene pare od hladnog, a navečer kada zahladi stijenke trupa se brzo ohlade, topli zrak iz kabine u kontaktu s hladnom površinom oslobađa vlagu i orosi je. Kritična mjesta na kojima se vlaga može duže zadržati su prostor ispod obloge na stropu, zatvorene santine i toaletna kabina.

Korisne vjetrolovke

Najbolja prevencija je za suha i sunčana vremena provjetravati brod, što je u vašem slučaju s obzirom na to da živite daleko, nemoguće, a niste ni angažirali nekoga da to radi umjesto vas. Ovako bi bilo dobro da imate ugrađenu barem nekakvu ventilaciju.

Ostaviti otvoren neki naizgled zaštićen fineštrin može učiniti više štete negoli koristi, ali vjetrolovke ili ventilacijski otvori ugrađeni na palubi ovdje imaju puni smisao. Konstruirani su tako da izvana ne mogu propustiti vodu, a topliji zrak u kabini podiže se gore i izlazi van. Na taj se način temperatura zraka u kabini brže izjednači s vanjskom, a toplim zrakom ode i veći dio vlage.

Boljoj ventilaciji svakako pridonosi i rešetkasti otvor na ulaznoj porteli, naravno, zaštićen od kiše. Nadalje, upijači vlage na bazi aktivnih granula dosta su učinkoviti i relativno jeftini. Kako preko zime nitko ne posjećuje brod, bilo bi dobro da su većeg kapaciteta.

Za bolji efekt bilo bi dobro podignuti pajole i otvoriti santine, osigurati da vrata svih kabina ostanu otvorena, naročito toaletna, te jastuke na ležajevima, ako ih nemate gdje ukloniti, podignuti okomito tako da su što manjom površinom u dodiru s namještajem.

Tekstil, spužve, tapeti i tapecirane obloge vrlo brzo upijaju mirise, kojih se ponekad vrlo teško potpuno osloboditi, a ako se navlaže na njima se plijesan vrlo brzo proširi. Dobro bi bilo svu takvu opremu koja se može skinuti preko zime držati u nekom suhom skladištu.

Domaća radinost

Kabine podložne nakupljanju plijesni mogu se i preventivno zaštititi, a evo i jednog sredstva iz kućne radinosti. Boca sa štrcaljkom napuni se sa 40 posto sredstva za izbjeljivanje rublja, 40 posto vode, 10 posto omekšivača, a preostalih 10 posto ostavi prazno kako bi se mućkanjem sve moglo izmiješati.

Ovim sredstvom se poštrcaju sve površine koje nisu u dodiru s tkaninama. Plijesan na tkaninama i vinilu čisti se i sprječava sredstvima za dezinfekciju. Alkohol je glavni sastojak takvih sredstava, a on je mnogo sigurniji za postojanost boja na tkaninama, negoli izbjeljivači ili nekakva slična sredstva.

Mirišljavi puder koristi se za osvježavanje brodskih tapeta koji su navukli miris tufine. Tapet se prvo dobro opere, osuši, a zatim obilato pospe puderom. Par sati se puder ostavi na tapetu, a zatim usiše. Ugodan miris pudera potpuno će zamijeniti miris tufine.

Plijesan koja je zahvatila staklo-plastiku čisti se tekućim deterdžentom ili pastom od sode bikarbone. Nerazblaženi deterdžent ili pasta obilato se nanesu preko plijesni, ostave oko pola sata i zatim se sve ispere.

Tijekom zime svoju desetmetarsku jedrilicu držim na vezu u Biogradu. Uvijek je pažljivo raspremim i sve očistim, ali u proljeće usprkos tome cijela kabina dobije vrlo neugodan vonj po plijesni koji je teško ukloniti. Postoje li neka sredstva ili postupci koji mogu ovaj problem otkloniti ili značajnije umanjiti? Marko ANTIĆ, Samobor

Neugodan miris plijesni ili tufine ukazuje da vam je u brodu tijekom zime bilo vlage. Bez obzira što su santine čiste, uz pretpostavku da i brod nigdje ne propušta vodu, voda se stvara i kondenzacijom.

Preko dana se zrak u kabini zagrije, topli zrak prihvaća više vodene pare od hladnog, a navečer kada zahladi stijenke trupa se brzo ohlade, topli zrak iz kabine u kontaktu s hladnom površinom oslobađa vlagu i orosi je. Kritična mjesta na kojima se vlaga može duže zadržati su prostor ispod obloge na stropu, zatvorene santine i toaletna kabina.

Korisne vjetrolovke

Najbolja prevencija je za suha i sunčana vremena provjetravati brod, što je u vašem slučaju s obzirom na to da živite daleko, nemoguće, a niste ni angažirali nekoga da to radi umjesto vas. Ovako bi bilo dobro da imate ugrađenu barem nekakvu ventilaciju.

Ostaviti otvoren neki naizgled zaštićen fineštrin može učiniti više štete negoli koristi, ali vjetrolovke ili ventilacijski otvori ugrađeni na palubi ovdje imaju puni smisao. Konstruirani su tako da izvana ne mogu propustiti vodu, a topliji zrak u kabini podiže se gore i izlazi van. Na taj se način temperatura zraka u kabini brže izjednači s vanjskom, a toplim zrakom ode i veći dio vlage.

Boljoj ventilaciji svakako pridonosi i rešetkasti otvor na ulaznoj porteli, naravno, zaštićen od kiše. Nadalje, upijači vlage na bazi aktivnih granula dosta su učinkoviti i relativno jeftini. Kako preko zime nitko ne posjećuje brod, bilo bi dobro da su većeg kapaciteta.

Za bolji efekt bilo bi dobro podignuti pajole i otvoriti santine, osigurati da vrata svih kabina ostanu otvorena, naročito toaletna, te jastuke na ležajevima, ako ih nemate gdje ukloniti, podignuti okomito tako da su što manjom površinom u dodiru s namještajem.

Tekstil, spužve, tapeti i tapecirane obloge vrlo brzo upijaju mirise, kojih se ponekad vrlo teško potpuno osloboditi, a ako se navlaže na njima se plijesan vrlo brzo proširi. Dobro bi bilo svu takvu opremu koja se može skinuti preko zime držati u nekom suhom skladištu.

Domaća radinost

Kabine podložne nakupljanju plijesni mogu se i preventivno zaštititi, a evo i jednog sredstva iz kućne radinosti. Boca sa štrcaljkom napuni se sa 40 posto sredstva za izbjeljivanje rublja, 40 posto vode, 10 posto omekšivača, a preostalih 10 posto ostavi prazno kako bi se mućkanjem sve moglo izmiješati.

Ovim sredstvom se poštrcaju sve površine koje nisu u dodiru s tkaninama. Plijesan na tkaninama i vinilu čisti se i sprječava sredstvima za dezinfekciju. Alkohol je glavni sastojak takvih sredstava, a on je mnogo sigurniji za postojanost boja na tkaninama, negoli izbjeljivači ili nekakva slična sredstva.

Mirišljavi puder koristi se za osvježavanje brodskih tapeta koji su navukli miris tufine. Tapet se prvo dobro opere, osuši, a zatim obilato pospe puderom. Par sati se puder ostavi na tapetu, a zatim usiše. Ugodan miris pudera potpuno će zamijeniti miris tufine.

Plijesan koja je zahvatila staklo-plastiku čisti se tekućim deterdžentom ili pastom od sode bikarbone. Nerazblaženi deterdžent ili pasta obilato se nanesu preko plijesni, ostave oko pola sata i zatim se sve ispere.
