U Londonu je završena zanimljiva parnica: milijunaški par tužio je svoje susjede zbog - parketa!  Sergey Grazhdankin (42) i njegova supruga Maria, kažu kako je njihov život u stanu vrijednom milijun eura u privatnoj rezidenciji u londonskom Zapadnom Kensingtonu postao mučan nakon što su se novi susjedi uselili u stan iznad njihovog.

Par tvrdi da su od tada izloženi stalnim zvukovima - djece koja se igraju i plaču, gredama koje  škripe, zvukovima koraka i glasnih razgovora - od susjeda i obitelji na katu.

Nekada su uživali u miru i tišini u svom trosobnom stanu, ali postavljanje drvenih podova u stanu iznad njih razbilo je taj mir i natjeralo ih da se, kažu, osjećaju kao da su u zajedničkom stanu.

Poduzetnik je tužio svoje susjede zbog buke, a cijela je parnica imala oko 280.000 eura sudskih troškova.

"Radnim danom budila nas je svaki dan između 5:30 i 7:30 sati buka", rekao je Grazhdankin, koji je dodao: "Vikendom nas između 7 i 8 sati ujutro bude zvukovi koraka, kucanja, skakanja, trčanja djece i glasova".

"Živjeti ovako svaki dan od kada su se preselili pravo je mučenje", kazao je Grazhdankin.

"Živimo sa susjedima na najizravniji mogući način, jer nas uvijek uznemiruju zvukovi njihove svakodnevice iz njihovog stana", rekao je u priopćenju. "Automatski znamo ne samo jesu li kod kuće, već i tko je točno iz obitelji kod kuće, u kojoj su sobi, a ponekad i kojom se aktivnošću bave. Depresivno je jer se ne osjećam kao da imam privatni život, da sam u miru i tišini u vlastitom domu."

Sutkinja Tracey Bloom presudila je u korist g. Grazhdankina, utvrdivši da je buka koju su pretrpjeli nakon što su njihovi susjedi iščupali stare tepihe "nepodnošljiva" i drži ih budnima noću.

Prema pisanju Dailymaila, presuda prisiljava susjede na katu da plate 18.000 eura odštete, kao i da plate veliki dio od 287.000 eura sudskih troškova za slučaj.

Predmet će kasnije biti vraćen sudu kako bi se utvrdilo koliki će dio sudskih troškova stranke morati platiti.

Grazhdankin i njegova supruga  preselili su se u svoj stan na četvrtom katu u Fitzjames Laneu 2011. godine prije nego što su njihovi susjedi kupili stan na katu za 1.1 milijun funti 2018. godine. 

Ranije su Grazhdankinsi imali stariju gospođu koja je živjela iznad njih te su samo ponekad  čuli buku odozgo i to od povremenog lupanja vratima. Grazhdankin je rekao da su se, nakon godinu dana života u Njemačkoj, on i njegova obitelj vratili u stan u kolovozu 2020. Opisao je kako je promjena rasporeda u stanu na katu, pomicanje dnevnog boravaka iznad spavaćih soba, dodatno pogoršala stvari.

Susjedi su na kraju postavili tepihe u većini dijelova svog stana, ali Grazhdankin je nastavio s tužbom protiv njih zbog "neugodnosti".

U Londonu je završena zanimljiva parnica: milijunaški par tužio je svoje susjede zbog - parketa!  Sergey Grazhdankin (42) i njegova supruga Maria, kažu kako je njihov život u stanu vrijednom milijun eura u privatnoj rezidenciji u londonskom Zapadnom Kensingtonu postao mučan nakon što su se novi susjedi uselili u stan iznad njihovog.

Par tvrdi da su od tada izloženi stalnim zvukovima - djece koja se igraju i plaču, gredama koje  škripe, zvukovima koraka i glasnih razgovora - od susjeda i obitelji na katu.

Nekada su uživali u miru i tišini u svom trosobnom stanu, ali postavljanje drvenih podova u stanu iznad njih razbilo je taj mir i natjeralo ih da se, kažu, osjećaju kao da su u zajedničkom stanu.

Poduzetnik je tužio svoje susjede zbog buke, a cijela je parnica imala oko 280.000 eura sudskih troškova.

"Radnim danom budila nas je svaki dan između 5:30 i 7:30 sati buka", rekao je Grazhdankin, koji je dodao: "Vikendom nas između 7 i 8 sati ujutro bude zvukovi koraka, kucanja, skakanja, trčanja djece i glasova".

"Živjeti ovako svaki dan od kada su se preselili pravo je mučenje", kazao je Grazhdankin.

"Živimo sa susjedima na najizravniji mogući način, jer nas uvijek uznemiruju zvukovi njihove svakodnevice iz njihovog stana", rekao je u priopćenju. "Automatski znamo ne samo jesu li kod kuće, već i tko je točno iz obitelji kod kuće, u kojoj su sobi, a ponekad i kojom se aktivnošću bave. Depresivno je jer se ne osjećam kao da imam privatni život, da sam u miru i tišini u vlastitom domu."

Sutkinja Tracey Bloom presudila je u korist g. Grazhdankina, utvrdivši da je buka koju su pretrpjeli nakon što su njihovi susjedi iščupali stare tepihe "nepodnošljiva" i drži ih budnima noću.

Prema pisanju Dailymaila, presuda prisiljava susjede na katu da plate 18.000 eura odštete, kao i da plate veliki dio od 287.000 eura sudskih troškova za slučaj.

Predmet će kasnije biti vraćen sudu kako bi se utvrdilo koliki će dio sudskih troškova stranke morati platiti.

Grazhdankin i njegova supruga  preselili su se u svoj stan na četvrtom katu u Fitzjames Laneu 2011. godine prije nego što su njihovi susjedi kupili stan na katu za 1.1 milijun funti 2018. godine. 

Ranije su Grazhdankinsi imali stariju gospođu koja je živjela iznad njih te su samo ponekad  čuli buku odozgo i to od povremenog lupanja vratima. Grazhdankin je rekao da su se, nakon godinu dana života u Njemačkoj, on i njegova obitelj vratili u stan u kolovozu 2020. Opisao je kako je promjena rasporeda u stanu na katu, pomicanje dnevnog boravaka iznad spavaćih soba, dodatno pogoršala stvari.

Susjedi su na kraju postavili tepihe u većini dijelova svog stana, ali Grazhdankin je nastavio s tužbom protiv njih zbog "neugodnosti".
