Veliki broj ljudi želi promijeniti svoj izgled te se odlučuje za plastične operacije. No, one ponekad mogu imati ozbiljne posljedice, o kojim je za Sputnik govorila ruska kirurginja Marija Rudakova.

- Liposukcija je jedna od najtraženijih operacija za koju većina pacijenata smatra da nije komplicirana kozmetička procedura. Međutim, ni ta intervencija nije bezopasna. Smrtni ishodi su obično povezani s masnom embolijom. Ta je komplikacija izazvana ulaskom čestica masti u krv, što dovodi do začepljenja krvnih žila i poremećaja u opskrbom krvlju, posebno u plućnoj arteriji - pojasnila je Rudakova.

Kirurginja je navela da se ljudi odlučuju za liposukciju u nadi da će im ona omogućiti da smanje tjelesnu težinu. Međutim, ona ne rješava taj problem. U idealnim uvjetima operacija se provodi kad čovjek smršavi kako bi se ispravile konture figure. Bez obzira na to, pacijenti, a ponekad i liječnici, pokušavaju riješiti problem tako otklanjanjem velike količine masti. A što je veći obujam liposukcije, to je veći rizik od komplikacija - dodala je liječnica.

- Problem viška kilograma ne bi trebalo rješavati plastičnim operacijama. Liposukcija i abdominoplastika (uklanjanje masti na trbuhu) nisu predviđene za pretile pacijente, jer to nije problem vanjskog izgleda, već bolest. Ako pacijent ima višak kilograma trebao bi se obratiti endokrinologu ili bariatričnim kirurzima (operacija se izvodi na trbuhu ili crijevima i namijenjena je pretilim ljudima kako bi se smanjio apetit). Na ovaj način se problem ne rješava lokalno, već kardinalno - rekla je kirurginja Nacionalnog medicinskog istraživačkog centra za endokrinologiju Marija Sineokaja.

Bariatrična operacija se izvodi laporoskopski, procedura traje do 90 minuta. Nakon operacije se pacijentu propisuje dijeta. U odnosu na liposukciju, prilikom koje dolazi do oštećenja krvnih žila, potkožnog tkiva i živčanih vlakana, bariatrična operacija ne nosi takve komplikacije.

- Najopasnije plastične operacije su one kod kojih dolazi do ozljeda tkiva, kao što je plastična operacija trbuha prilikom koje se otklanja deset kilograma masti - pojasnila je Rudakova za Sputnik.news.

Veliki broj ljudi želi promijeniti svoj izgled te se odlučuje za plastične operacije. No, one ponekad mogu imati ozbiljne posljedice, o kojim je za Sputnik govorila ruska kirurginja Marija Rudakova.

- Liposukcija je jedna od najtraženijih operacija za koju većina pacijenata smatra da nije komplicirana kozmetička procedura. Međutim, ni ta intervencija nije bezopasna. Veliki broj ljudi želi promijeniti svoj izgled te se odlučuje za plastične operacije. No, one ponekad mogu imati ozbiljne posljedice, o kojim je za Sputnik govorila ruska kirurginja Marija Rudakova.

- Liposukcija je jedna od najtraženijih operacija za koju većina pacijenata smatra da nije komplicirana kozmetička procedura. Međutim, ni ta intervencija nije bezopasna. Smrtni ishodi su obično povezani s masnom embolijom. Ta je komplikacija izazvana ulaskom čestica masti u krv, što dovodi do začepljenja krvnih žila i poremećaja u opskrbom krvlju, posebno u plućnoj arteriji - pojasnila je Rudakova.

Kirurginja je navela da se ljudi odlučuju za liposukciju u nadi da će im ona omogućiti da smanje tjelesnu težinu. Međutim, ona ne rješava taj problem. U idealnim uvjetima opera...
