S maskama, a neki i s kapama i maramama, jer im kosa nakon dugih tjedana izolacije jasno pokazuje tragove zanemarivanja. Kako se pri povratku među ljude ne bismo sramotili ispucanim vrhovima, izblijedjelom bojom i suhom, beživotnom kosom bez sjaja, pravo je vrijeme za nešto poduzeti.
Donosimo sedam recepata za maske pomoću kojih će se vaša kosa preporoditi. Najbolje od svega je što su svi sastojci prirodni, a po njih morate ili do hladnjaka ili u smočnicu.

Med, jaja i jabučni ocat
Ovaj tip maske idealan je za suhi tip kose. Kombinacija ova tri sastojka pruža sjaj i njeguje vlasi kose bez zatezanja. Omjer kojeg ćete koristiti za srednju dužinu i gustoću kose jest jedna žlica meda - jedna žlica jabučnog octa - jedno cijelo jaje, no svakako to prilagodite svojim potrebama.
Zamiješane sastojke nanesite na kosu i ostavite da djeluje 30-40 minuta te temeljito isperite. Ovaj hranjivi tretman djeluje na sve tipove kose, no ako imate masno tjeme, svakako pripazite da masku ne stavljate na taj dio.
Kokosovo ulje, šećer i esencijalna ulja
Imate li problema s vlasištem i povremenom peruti, isprobajte ovaj prirodni piling.
U maloj zdjelici zamiješajte dvije žlice sirovog nerafiniranog kokosovog ulja, četiri žličice šećera te nekoliko kapi ulja mente i čajevca. Prstima ili četkom za bojanje kose nanesite smjesu izravno na vlažno vlasište te masirajte nekoliko minuta. Ostavite još nekoliko minuta da odstoji te potom sve isperite.
Šećer u ovoj ulozi odstranit će mrtve stanice s vašeg tjemena, kokosovo ulje djelovat će protuupalno, a esencijalna ulja pospješit će cirkulaciju i djelovati antibakterijski.

Med, jabučni ocat i kokosovo ulje
Ako je vaš problem izgubljeni sjaj i beživotna kosa, ovu masku morate isprobati.
U zdjelicu izmiješajte po jednu žlicu sva tri sastojka i nanesite ih na svoju kosu. Ostavite da djeluje dvadesetak minuta te sve isperite šamponom. Ova maska prikladna je za sve tipove kose.
Cimet i kokosovo ulje
Ako spadate u skupinu ljudi kojoj ni šamponi za rast kose ne pomažu, možda biste trebali pokušati s maskom s cimetom i kokosovim uljem. Kombinacija ova dva sastojka pokrenut će cirkulaciju vlasišta i potaknuti rast kose. Sve što morate napraviti jest zamiješati jednaki omjer cimeta i kokosova ulja i nanijeti na svoje vlasište i kosu. Količina dakako ovisi o duljini vaše kose.
Masku ostavite da djeluje pola sata te ponavljajte ovaj proces barem jednom tjedno.
Zeleni čaj i jabučni ocat
Kod problema s nadraženim vlasištem isprobajte masku sa zelenim čajem i jabučnim octom. Zahvaljujući antioksidansima i hranjivim sastojcima zelenog čaja, umirit ćete svoje osjetljivo vlasište, a za protuupalno djelovanje dodajte i nekoliko kapi eteričnog ulja mente.
U jednu šalicu zelenog čaja dodajte nekoliko kapi eteričnog ulja te jednu žlicu jabučnog octa. Pomiješane sastojke nanesite na tjeme te ostavite da djeluje pet minuta prije ispiranja.

Bjelanjak i limun
Ako ste skloni brzom mašćenju kose, maska od bjelanjka učinit će čudo budući da njegovi proteinski enzimi potpomažu uklanjanje suvišnog ulja.
Omjer maske trebao bi biti jedan bjelanjak na pola limuna, a ako imate dužu i gušću kosu - poduplajte sastojke.
Masku nanesite od korijena do vrhova te ostavite da djeluje pola sata prije no što je isperete toplom vodom i šamponom.
Avokado, jaje, med i maslinovo ulje
Kombinacija omega-3 masnih kiselina i hranjivih sastojaka avokada, jaja, maslinova ulja i meda u maski, vašoj kosi vratit će svu potrebnu snagu i sjaj.
Za pripremu ove maske trebat će vam pola avokada, jedno cijelo jaje te po jedna žlica maslinovog ulja i meda. Pomiješane sastojke nanesite na kosu cijelom dužinom te ju smotajte u pundžicu. Za pojačano djelovanje, pokrijte je kapicom za tuširanje te sušite fenom desetak minuta. Ostavite da djeluje još dvadeset minuta i sve potom isperite.
Rezultati će biti kad da frizerski saloni nikada nisu ni bili zatvoreni.

Stroge mjere socijalne distance uskoro će postati prošlost, mi ćemo se vratiti svojim starim navikama, pa makar postupno i uz određena ograničenja. S maskama, a neki i s kapama i maramama, jer im kosa nakon dugih tjedana izolacije jasno pokazuje tragove zanemarivanja. Kako se pri povratku među ljude ne bismo sramotili ispucanim vrhovima, izblijedjelom bojom i suhom, beživotnom kosom bez sjaja, pravo je vrijeme za nešto poduzeti.
Donosimo sedam recepata za maske pomoću kojih će se vaša kosa preporoditi. Najbolje od svega je što su svi sastojci prirodni, a po njih morate ili do hladnjaka ili u smočnicu.

Med, jaja i jabučni ocat
Ovaj tip maske idealan je za suhi tip kose. Kombinacija ova tri sastojka pruža sjaj i njeguje vlasi kose bez zatezanja. Omjer kojeg ćete koristiti za srednju dužinu i gustoću kose jest jedna žlica meda - jedna žlica jabučnog octa - jedno cijelo jaje, no svakako to prilagodite svojim potrebama.
Zamiješane sastojke nanesite na kosu i ostavite da djeluje 30-40 minuta te temeljito isperite. Ovaj hranjivi tretman djeluje na sve tipove kose, no ako imate masno tjeme, svakako pripazite da masku ne stavljate na taj dio.
Kokosovo ulje, šećer i esencijalna ulja
Imate li problema s vlasištem i povremenom peruti, isprobajte ovaj prirodni piling.
U maloj zdjelici zamiješajte dvije žlice sirovog nerafiniranog kokosovog ulja, četiri žličice šećera te nekoliko kapi ulja mente i čajevca. Prstima ili četkom za bojanje kose nanesite smjesu izravno na vlažno vlasište te masirajte nekoliko minuta. Ostavite još nekoliko minuta da odstoji te potom sve isperite.
Šećer u ovoj ulozi odstranit će mrtve stanice s vašeg tjemena, kokosovo ulje djelovat će protuupalno, a esencijalna ulja pospješit će cirkulaciju i djelovati antibakterijski.

Med, jabučni ocat i kokosovo ulje
Ako je vaš problem izgubljeni sjaj i beživotna kosa, ovu masku morate isprobati.
U zdjelicu izmiješajte po jednu žlicu sva tri sastojka i nanesite ih na svoju kosu. Ostavite da djeluje dvadesetak minuta te sve isperite šamponom. Ova maska prikladna je za sve tipove kose.
Cimet i kokosovo ulje
Ako spadate u skupinu ljudi kojoj ni šamponi za rast kose ne pomažu, možda biste trebali pokušati s maskom s cimetom i kokosovim uljem. Kombinacija ova dva sastojka pokrenut će cirkulaciju vlasišta i potaknuti rast kose. Sve što morate napraviti jest zamiješati jednaki omjer cimeta i kokosova ulja i nanijeti na svoje vlasište i kosu. Količina dakako ovisi o duljini vaše kose.
Masku ostavite da djeluje pola sata te ponavljajte ovaj proces barem jednom tjedno.
Zeleni čaj i jabučni ocat
Kod problema s nadraženim vlasištem isprobajte masku sa zelenim čajem i jabučnim octom. Zahvaljujući antioksidansima i hranjivim sastojcima zelenog čaja, umirit ćete svoje osjetljivo vlasište, a za protuupalno djelovanje dodajte i nekoliko kapi eteričnog ulja mente.
U jednu šalicu zelenog čaja dodajte nekoliko kapi eteričnog ulja te jednu žlicu jabučnog octa. Pomiješane sastojke nanesite na tjeme te ostavite da djeluje pet minuta prije ispiranja.

Bjelanjak i limun
Ako ste skloni brzom mašćenju kose, maska od bjelanjka učinit će čudo budući da njegovi proteinski enzimi potpomažu uklanjanje suvišnog ulja.
Omjer maske trebao bi biti jedan bjelanjak na pola limuna, a ako imate dužu i gušću kosu - poduplajte sastojke.
Masku nanesite od korijena do vrhova te ostavite da djeluje pola sata prije no što je isperete toplom vodom i šamponom.
Avokado, jaje, med i maslinovo ulje
Kombinacija omega-3 masnih kiselina i hranjivih sastojaka avokada, jaja, maslinova ulja i meda u maski, vašoj kosi vratit će svu potrebnu snagu i sjaj.
Za pripremu ove maske trebat će vam pola avokada, jedno cijelo jaje te po jedna žlica maslinovog ulja i meda. Pomiješane sastojke nanesite na kosu cijelom dužinom te ju smotajte u pundžicu. Za pojačano djelovanje, pokrijte je kapicom za tuširanje te sušite fenom desetak minuta. Ostavite da djeluje još dvadeset minuta i sve potom isperite.
Rezultati će biti kad da frizerski saloni nikada nisu ni bili zatvoreni.
