Već mjesecima promatramo mnoštvo objava o finoj, mekanoj i mirisnoj torti medovik. Izvorno ruski desert osvojio je svijet i nema sumnje da je trenutno jedan od najpopularnijih. Nadahnuće je ljubiteljima slastica da se okušaju u njegovoj pomalo pepavoj pripremi - torta ima "101" koru - ali i kreativcima koji traže nove načine za učiniti je još boljom.

Mateja Kobeščak koju pratimo na Instagramu muffinmunchies ima ideju koja nam se jako svidjela: sa sastojcima za popularnu tortu ona radi rolat. Ne samo da joj jako lijepo izgleda, nego ga je puno lakše napraviti. Umjesto da pečete "101" koru, trebat ćete napraviti samo jednu.
Omjer uloženog truda i razine guštanja, poručuje nam Matea, za ovu je slasticu nenadmašiv.

Medovik rolat
Sastojci:
Kore:
150 g meda
150 g brašna
70 g kiselog vrhnja
50 g maslaca
40 g šećera
1/2 žličice sode bikarbone
1 jaje
Krema:
150 g kiselog vrhnja
100 g sirnog namaza
40 g šećera u prahu
200 ml slatkog vrhnja
Priprema:
U maloj posudici pomiješajte vrhnje i sodu bikarbonu.
Med, maslac i šećer stavite u lončić pa zagrijte dok se maslac ne otopi. Maknite s vatre pa dodajte vrhnje. Dobro promiješajte pa vratite na laganu vatru još 1-2 minute dok se na površini ne pojave maleni mjehurići. Maknite s vatre pa dodajte jedno jaje, promiješajte, dodajte brašno i opet dobro promiješajte dok smjesa ne postane glatka. Za cijeli proces dovoljno je koristiti špatulu ili kuhaču (ne treba mikser).
Smjesu podijelite na dva jednaka dijela pa svaki rasporedite na lim za pečenje obložen papirom za pečenje (sloj za koru će biti jako tanak). Papir možete zaljepiti za protvan tako da stavite 4 točkice smjese za koru ispod njega, tako vam neće bježati dok razmazujete smjesu.
Pecite svaku koru na 180C 10 minuta. Pazite da se ne prepeče jer će onda pucati dok se rola.
Čim koru izvadite iz pećnice, samo zarolajte u papiru za pečenje i pustite da se ohladi.
Za kremu sve sastojke stavite u posudu pa miksajte dok se ne ugusti.
Kore odmotajte, prebacite na radnu površinu tako da strana koja nema papir bude prema dolje i lagano skinite papir za pečenje s gornje strane. Odrežite rubove.
Tri žlice kreme odvojite za ukrašavanje rolade, a ostatak podijelite na dva dijela pa premažite preko kora. Zarolajte jednu koru pa ju stavite na drugu i opet zarolajte.
Ukrasite po želji i dobro ohladite prije serviranja.

Već mjesecima promatramo mnoštvo objava o finoj, mekanoj i mirisnoj torti medovik. Izvorno ruski desert osvojio je svijet i nema sumnje da je trenutno jedan od najpopularnijih. Nadahnuće je ljubiteljima slastica da se okušaju u njegovoj pomalo pepavoj pripremi - torta ima "101" koru - ali i kreativcima koji traže nove načine za učiniti je još boljom.

Mateja Kobeščak koju pratimo na Instagramu muffinmunchies ima ideju koja nam se jako svidjela: sa sastojcima za popularnu tortu ona radi rolat. Ne samo da joj jako lijepo izgleda, nego ga je puno lakše napraviti. Umjesto da pečete "101" koru, trebat ćete napraviti samo jednu.
Omjer uloženog truda i razine guštanja, poručuje nam Matea, za ovu je slasticu nenadmašiv.

Medovik rolat
Sastojci:
Kore:
150 g meda
150 g brašna
70 g kiselog vrhnja
50 g maslaca
40 g šećera
1/2 žličice sode bikarbone
1 jaje
Krema:
150 g kiselog vrhnja
100 g sirnog namaza
40 g šećera u prahu
200 ml slatkog vrhnja
Priprema:
U maloj posudici pomiješajte vrhnje i sodu bikarbonu.
Med, maslac i šećer stavite u lončić pa zagrijte dok se maslac ne otopi. Maknite s vatre pa dodajte vrhnje. Dobro promiješajte pa vratite na laganu vatru još 1-2 minute dok se na površini ne pojave maleni mjehurići. Maknite s vatre pa dodajte jedno jaje, promiješajte, dodajte brašno i opet dobro promiješajte dok smjesa ne postane glatka. Za cijeli proces dovoljno je koristiti špatulu ili kuhaču (ne treba mikser).
Smjesu podijelite na dva jednaka dijela pa svaki rasporedite na lim za pečenje obložen papirom za pečenje (sloj za koru će biti jako tanak). Papir možete zaljepiti za protvan tako da stavite 4 točkice smjese za koru ispod njega, tako vam neće bježati dok razmazujete smjesu.
Pecite svaku koru na 180C 10 minuta. Pazite da se ne prepeče jer će onda pucati dok se rola.
Čim koru izvadite iz pećnice, samo zarolajte u papiru za pečenje i pustite da se ohladi.
Za kremu sve sastojke stavite u posudu pa miksajte dok se ne ugusti.
Kore odmotajte, prebacite na radnu površinu tako da strana koja nema papir bude prema dolje i lagano skinite papir za pečenje s gornje strane. Odrežite rubove.
Tri žlice kreme odvojite za ukrašavanje rolade, a ostatak podijelite na dva dijela pa premažite preko kora. Zarolajte jednu koru pa ju stavite na drugu i opet zarolajte.
Ukrasite po želji i dobro ohladite prije serviranja.
