Nekima je problem smisliti što jesti za ručak, drugi se pak muče s odlukama vezanim uz manje, ali ništa bitnije obroke - doručak, marendu u večeru. Vrlo zgodno rješenje stiže nam s društvenih mreža, koje su u zadnje vrijeme preplavili recepti i ideje za pripremu vrlo ukusne i zdrave vrste... Sendviča? Omleta? Tortilje? Teško je reći o čemu se zapravo radi, no službeni je način: tortilja sendvič s jajem, a riječ je o kombinaciju sva tri spomenuta jela. Po čemu se ovo jelo razlikuje od obične tortille? Nije zamotano nego je složeno u četvrtinu. Zašto nije omlet? Jer uljučuje tortilju. Kako onda nije sendvič? E, pa puno nas pitate. Vidjeli smo je u slanim i slatkim izvedbama, no ovog se puta odlučujemo za slanu jer, jednostavno, uključuje sir, a topljenom siru ne možemo odoljeti...

Ako se odlučite isprobati zašto svi šize za ovim kulinarskim hibridom, mogli biste završiti s jako zgodnom opcijom za doručak, marendu ili doručak, a ako ste na dijeti, poslužit će vam i kao lagan ručak, možda uz dodatak malo salatice, na vama je (ali mi svakako navijamo za salatu).

Sve što će vam za ovaj eksperiment trebati su koja tortilja, jaje, sir i povrće poput paprike, crvenog luka i kukuruza. Zanimljiva su opcija kombinacija tortilje, jaja, avokada, sira i šunke, a mi ne bismo rekli "ne" ni miksu koji uključuje neki fini umak, zelenu salatu, rajčice ili malo sitno sjeckanog mladog kupusa. Mogućnosti su, kako se ono često kaže, beskrajne. Ili bar gotovo beskrajne.

A evo vam sad i postupak, koji može pratiti bilo koju od ponuđenih metoda. Prvi način uključuje tortillu u teoriji podijeljenu na četiri dijela, s tim da se na svaku četvrtinu stavi jedan od sastojaka. Potom se tortilla preklopi popola, a zatim se još jednom presavine. Dobit ćete četvrtinu koju ćete zatim zagrijati na tavi.

Drugi način djeluje još zanimljivije: razmutit ćete jaja za omlet i baciti ih u tavu, a nakon što omlet okrenete, na njega ćete položiti topivi sir i tortilju. Čim je donja strana uhvatila boju, prebacite ćete ovaj spoj na tanjur, pri čemu tortijla mora biti na dnu, pa ćete po omletu poslagati preostale sastojke po želji (nemojte pretjerivati, mora ostati relativno tanko) i zatim sve presaviti popola pa zatim još jednom.

Treći način uključuje zarezivanje tortilje, a kako bi to moglo biti mrvicu komplicirano za objasniti, predlažemo vam da pogledate video.

Nekima je problem smisliti što jesti za ručak, drugi se pak muče s odlukama vezanim uz manje, ali ništa bitnije obroke - doručak, marendu u večeru. Vrlo zgodno rješenje stiže nam s društvenih mreža, koje su u zadnje vrijeme preplavili recepti i ideje za pripremu vrlo ukusne i zdrave vrste... Sendviča? Omleta? Tortilje? Teško je reći o čemu se zapravo radi, no službeni je način: tortilja sendvič s jajem, a riječ je o kombinaciju sva tri spomenuta jela. Po čemu se ovo jelo razlikuje od obične tortille? Nije zamotano nego je složeno u četvrtinu. Zašto nije omlet? Jer uljučuje tortilju. Kako onda nije sendvič? E, pa puno nas pitate. Vidjeli smo je u slanim i slatkim izvedbama, no ovog se puta odlučujemo za slanu jer, jednostavno, uključuje sir, a topljenom siru ne možemo odoljeti...

Ako se odlučite isprobati zašto svi šize za ovim kulinarskim hibridom, mogli biste završiti s jako zgodnom opcijom za doručak, marendu ili doručak, a ako ste na dijeti, poslužit će vam i kao lagan ručak, možda uz dodatak malo salatice, na vama je (ali mi svakako navijamo za salatu).

Sve što će vam za ovaj eksperiment trebati su koja tortilja, jaje, sir i povrće poput paprike, crvenog luka i kukuruza. Zanimljiva su opcija kombinacija tortilje, jaja, avokada, sira i šunke, a mi ne bismo rekli "ne" ni miksu koji uključuje neki fini umak, zelenu salatu, rajčice ili malo sitno sjeckanog mladog kupusa. Mogućnosti su, kako se ono često kaže, beskrajne. Ili bar gotovo beskrajne.

A evo vam sad i postupak, koji može pratiti bilo koju od ponuđenih metoda. Prvi način uključuje tortillu u teoriji podijeljenu na četiri dijela, s tim da se na svaku četvrtinu stavi jedan od sastojaka. Potom se tortilla preklopi popola, a zatim se još jednom presavine. Dobit ćete četvrtinu koju ćete zatim zagrijati na tavi.

Drugi način djeluje još zanimljivije: razmutit ćete jaja za omlet i baciti ih u tavu, a nakon što omlet okrenete, na njega ćete položiti topivi sir i tortilju. Čim je donja strana uhvatila boju, prebacite ćete ovaj spoj na tanjur, pri čemu tortijla mora biti na dnu, pa ćete po omletu poslagati preostale sastojke po želji (nemojte pretjerivati, mora ostati relativno tanko) i zatim sve presaviti popola pa zatim još jednom.

Nekima je problem smisliti što jesti za ručak, drugi se pak muče s odlukama vezanim uz manje, ali ništa bitnije obroke - doručak, marendu u večeru. Vrlo zgodno rješenje stiže nam s društvenih mreža, koje su u zadnje vrijeme preplavili recepti i ideje za pripremu vrlo ukusne i zdrave vrste... Sendviča? Omleta? Tortilje? Teško je reći o čemu se zapravo radi, no službeni je način: tortilja sendvič s jajem, a riječ je o kombinaciju sva tri spomenuta jela. Po čemu se ovo jelo razlikuje od obične tortille? Nije zamotano nego je složeno u četvrtinu. Zašto nije omlet? Jer uljučuje tortilju. Kako onda nije sendvič? E, pa puno nas pitate. Vidjeli smo je u slanim i slatkim izvedbama, no ovog se puta odlučujemo za slanu jer, jednostavno, uključuje sir, a topljenom siru ne možemo odoljeti......
