Slasne knedle na prvi pogled su jako jednostavan recept. Teško da ćete pogriješiti u pripremi, radi se o svega par sastojaka! Što je najbolje, puniti ih možete po vašem guštu. Bilo da se odlučite za svježe voće ili slatke namaze, knedle će uvijek biti neodoljive. Lista potrebnih namirnica je iznimno pristupačna, dapače sigurno ih sve već imate doma. 

Tko se već upustio u izradu ovih okruglica jako dobro zna da priprema zahtjeva poprilično puno vremena i veliki količinu prljavog posuđa. Bilo da se odlučite na verziju kuhanja krumpira s korom ili bez, svakako ćete ih u jednom koraku morati oguliti. Lonac za kuhanje, posuda za guljenje, zdjela za smjesu, tava,... skupi se. Za sve koji su se zaželjeli knedli, ali nisu spremni na guljenje kromira i pranje hrpe posuđa predstavljamo vam knedle od griza s džemom!

Priprema je puno brža i prouzročit će manje nereda u vašoj kuhinji, a ovako pripremljene knedle bit će za prste polizati! 

Knedle od griza s džemom

Sastojci:

500 ml mlijeka
250 g brašna
250 g griza
150 g krušnih mrvica
1 jaje
5 žličica naribane čokolade
1 prašak za pecivo
džem po izboru

Priprema:

Skuhajte griz na mlijeku i ostavite ga da se ohladi. U ohlađeni griz dodajte prašak za pecivo, jaje, brašno i naribanu čokoladu. Sastojke umijesite tako da dobijete glatko tijesto i zatim ga oblikujte ga u valjak. Isijecite valjak na jednake dijelove te ih razvaljajte kako bi mogli dodati nadjev. Stavite žličicu džema na tijesto i oblikujte knedlu. Zavisno o veličini knedli, smjesa je dovoljna za izradu oko 20 okruglica. Vodu za kuhanje blago posolite i kada uzavre ubacite knedle. Kad isplivaju na površinu kuhajte ih još 3 do 4 minute. Vrele knedle uvaljajte u prezlu koju ste prethodno prepržili na ulju. Uživajte!

Slasne knedle na prvi pogled su jako jednostavan recept. Teško da ćete pogriješiti u pripremi, radi se o svega par sastojaka! Što je najbolje, puniti ih možete po vašem guštu. Bilo da se odlučite za svježe voće ili slatke namaze, knedle će uvijek biti neodoljive. Lista potrebnih namirnica je iznimno pristupačna, dapače sigurno ih sve već imate doma. 

Tko se već upustio u izradu ovih okruglica jako dobro zna da priprema zahtjeva poprilično puno vremena i veliki količinu prljavog posuđa. Bilo da se odlučite na verziju kuhanja krumpira s korom ili bez, svakako ćete ih u jednom koraku morati oguliti. Lonac za kuhanje, posuda za guljenje, zdjela za smjesu, tava,... skupi se. Za sve koji su se zaželjeli knedli, ali nisu spremni na guljenje kromira i pranje hrpe posuđa predstavljamo vam knedle od griza s džemom!

Priprema je puno brža i prouzročit će manje nereda u vašoj kuhinji, a ovako pripremljene knedle bit će za prste polizati! 

Knedle od griza s džemom

Sastojci:

500 ml mlijeka
250 g brašna
250 g griza
150 g krušnih mrvica
1 jaje
5 žličica naribane čokolade
1 prašak za pecivo
džem po izboru

Priprema:

Skuhajte griz na mlijeku i ostavite ga da se ohladi. U ohlađeni griz dodajte prašak za pecivo, jaje, brašno i naribanu čokoladu. Sastojke umijesite tako da dobijete glatko tijesto i zatim ga oblikujte ga u valjak. Isijecite valjak na jednake dijelove te ih razvaljajte kako bi mogli dodati nadjev. Stavite žličicu džema na tijesto i oblikujte knedlu. Zavisno o veličini knedli, smjesa je dovoljna za izradu oko 20 okruglica. Vodu za kuhanje blago posolite i kada uzavre ubacite knedle. Kad isplivaju na površinu kuhajte ih još 3 do 4 minute. Vrele knedle uvaljajte u prezlu koju ste prethodno prepržili na ulju. Uživajte!

Slasne knedle na prvi pogled su jako jednostavan recept. Teško da ćete pogriješiti u pripremi, radi se o svega par sastojaka! Što je najbolje, puniti ih možete po vašem guštu. Bilo da se odlučite za svježe voće ili slatke namaze, knedle će uvijek biti neodoljive. Lista potrebnih namirnica je iznimno pristupačna, dapače sigurno ih sve već imate doma. 

Tko se već upustio u izradu ovih okruglica jako dobro zna da priprema zahtjeva poprilično puno vremena i veliki količinu prljavog posuđa. Bilo da se odlučite na verziju kuhanja krumpira s korom ili bez, svakako ćete ih u jednom koraku morati oguliti. Lonac za kuhanje, posuda za guljenje, zdjela za smjesu, tava,... skupi se. Za sve koji su se zaželjeli knedli, ali nisu spremni na guljenje kromira i pranje hrpe posuđa predstavljamo vam knedle od griza s džemom!

Priprema je puno brža i prouzročit će manje nereda u vašoj kuhinji, a ovako pripremljene knedle bit će za prste polizati! 

Knedle od griza s džemom

Sastojci:

500 ml mlijeka
250 g brašna
250 g griza
150 g krušnih mrvica
1 jaje
5 žličica naribane čokolade
1 prašak za pecivo
džem po izboru

Priprema:

Skuhajte griz na mlijeku i ostavite ga da se ohladi. U ohlađeni griz dodajte prašak za pecivo, jaje, brašno i naribanu čokoladu. Sastojke umijesite tako da dobijete glatko tijesto i zatim ga oblikujte ga u valjak. Isijecite valjak na jednake dijelove te ih razvaljajte kako bi mogli dodati nadjev. Stavite žličicu džema na tijesto i oblikujte knedlu. Zavisno o veličini knedli, smjesa je dovoljna za izradu oko 20 okruglica. Vodu za kuhanje blago posolite i kada uzavre ubacite knedle. Kad isplivaju na površinu kuhajte ih još 3 do 4 minute. Vrele knedle uvaljajte u prezlu koju ste prethodno prepržili na ulju. Uživajte!
