Volite li pohane kozice - da ne bude zabune, ne govorimo o paniranima u krušnim mrvicama, nego onima à la parisienne - onda znate da su za njihovu pripremu bitne dvije stvari: dobre kozice i dobra paštela. Isto tako vam je poznato da prilikom pohanja treba pripaziti da se repići ne raspadnu pa s njima treba postupati pažljivo. E sad zaboravite ovo zadnje pravilo. Vjerujte nam, isprobali smo ovu metodu i rezultat su definitivno najukusnije pohane kozice - ikad. A bila je riječ o onima "iz leda".

Dakle, kad vam se budu jele pohane kozice - i to one à la parisienne jer s paniranima ovo teško funkcionira - povucite potez koji bi mnoge užasnuo pa kozice sitno nasjeckajte i ubacite u mješavinu jaja, brašna, soli i vode, odnosno paštelu. Okus će biti još bolji ako povučete još jedan potez za koji će vam neki reći da je apsurdan kad je riječ o pohanju ribe: vodu zamijenite pivom. Ako vam je muka od same pomisli, onda barem običnu vodu zamijenite gaziranom. Kako bi se okusi što bolje proželi, što će rezultirati najboljom paštelom ikad, pustite smjesu da odstoji 20-30 minuta.

Kad ste sve to obavili, dobro zagrijte ulje pa uz pomoć žlice grabite smjesu kozica i paštele i pržite je dok s obje strane ne poprimi lijepu boju. Izvadite na upijajući papir i uživajte. Jako je ukusno čak i kad se ohladi.

Volite li pohane kozice - da ne bude zabune, ne govorimo o paniranima u krušnim mrvicama, nego onima à la parisienne - onda znate da su za njihovu pripremu bitne dvije stvari: dobre kozice i dobra paštela. Isto tako vam je poznato da prilikom pohanja treba pripaziti da se repići ne raspadnu pa s njima treba postupati pažljivo. E sad zaboravite ovo zadnje pravilo. Vjerujte nam, isprobali smo ovu metodu i rezultat su definitivno najukusnije pohane kozice - ikad. A bila je riječ o onima "iz leda".

Dakle, kad vam se budu jele pohane kozice - i to one à la parisienne jer s paniranima ovo teško funkcionira - povucite potez koji bi mnoge užasnuo pa kozice sitno nasjeckajte i ubacite u mješavinu jaja, brašna, soli i vode, odnosno paštelu. Okus će biti još bolji ako povučete još jedan potez za koji će vam neki reći da je apsurdan kad je riječ o pohanju ribe: vodu zamijenite pivom. Ako vam je muka od same pomisli, onda barem običnu vodu zamijenite gaziranom. Kako bi se okusi što bolje proželi, što će rezultirati najboljom paštelom ikad, pustite smjesu da odstoji 20-30 minuta.

Kad ste sve to obavili, dobro zagrijte ulje pa uz pomoć žlice grabite smjesu kozica i paštele i pržite je dok s obje strane ne poprimi lijepu boju. Izvadite na upijajući papir i uživajte. Jako je ukusno čak i kad se ohladi.

Volite li pohane kozice - da ne bude zabune, ne govorimo o paniranima u krušnim mrvicama, nego onima à la parisienne - onda znate da su za njihovu pripremu bitne dvije stvari: dobre kozice i dobra paštela. Isto tako vam je poznato da prilikom pohanja treba pripaziti da se repići ne raspadnu pa s njima treba postupati pažljivo. E sad zaboravite ovo zadnje pravilo. Vjerujte nam, isprobali smo ovu metodu i rezultat su definitivno najukusnije pohane kozice - ikad. A bila je riječ o onima "iz leda".

Dakle, kad vam se budu jele pohane kozice - i to one à la parisienne jer s paniranima ovo teško funkcionira - povucite potez koji bi mnoge užasnuo pa kozice sitno nasjeckajte i ubacite u mješavinu jaja, brašna, soli i vode, odnosno paštelu. Okus će biti još bolji ako povučete još jedan potez...
