Zbog dugih listi čekanja i pasivnosti Ministarstva zdravstva da stanje poboljša, ugrožena je dostupnost zdravstvene zaštite - upozorava prof. dr. Joško Markić, kandidat za zamjenika župana splitsko-dalmatinskog i predsjednik Savjeta za zdravstvo SDŽ koji je sudjelovao na tematskoj sjednici u Saboru gdje se raspravljalo o izvješću Državnog ureda za reviziju o učinkovitosti upravljanja listama za čekanje za snimanje magnetnom rezonancom.

Revizija je utvrdila ono što građani već znaju, da liste nisu ažurne, da nije jasno kako se utvrđuje prvi slobodni termin, da je omogućeno upisivanje u više ustanova, da se ne može potvrditi upućuju li se bolesnici u mjesta izvan stanovanja u svrhu smanjenja listi. Također, još nije donesen Pravilnik o određivanju medicinski opravdanog roka za pružanje zdravstvene zaštite kao niti većina kliničkih smjernica.

- Državna revizija je našla da u 7 zdravstvenih ustanova treba izvršiti određena poboljšanja, a u 13 ustanova su utvrđene značajne nepravilnosti i propusti. Građani su opravdano nezadovoljni dostupnošću zdravstvene zaštite i tihom privatizacijom zdravstva koja se događa zbog iznimno velikih listi čekanja. Nepravilnosti treba rješavati čim prije, a ne odugovlačiti. E-Liste i e-Naručivanje su uvedeni 2012. s ciljem veće učinkovitosti sustava i pomoći našim bolesnicima, a njihova nezadovoljavajuća funkcionalnost pokazuje nedovoljnu angažiranost Ministarstva zdravstva u unaprjeđenju sustava zdravstvene zaštite, rekao je prof. Markić.

U trenutku izrade izvješća na listama čekanja za MR snimanje bilo je čak 47.397 građana s prosječnim vremenom čekanja od 331 dan. U Splitu je stanje kritično.

- Naši bolesnici čekaju u prosjeku 477 dana, dakle skoro 4 mjeseca više od hrvatskog prosjeka! Ono što posebno zabrinjava je broj od 2.542 osobe koje čekaju prvi pregled. Ovaj broj je najveći u Hrvatskoj i pokazatelj je potrebe ojačavanja KBC Split, kako kadrovski tako i kupnjom dodatne opreme. Kao stožerna zdravstvena ustanova u Dalmaciji, KBC Split mora biti u prilici svim naših građanima pružiti brzu i kvalitetnu zdravstvenu zaštitu primjerenu njihovim potrebama, a što nije moguće bez snažnije potpore gradske i županijske uprave te Ministarstva zdravstva - upozorava Markić.

Zbog dugih listi čekanja i pasivnosti Ministarstva zdravstva da stanje poboljša, ugrožena je dostupnost zdravstvene zaštite - upozorava prof. dr. Joško Markić, kandidat za zamjenika župana splitsko-dalmatinskog i predsjednik Savjeta za zdravstvo SDŽ koji je sudjelovao na tematskoj sjednici u Saboru gdje se raspravljalo o izvješću Državnog ureda za reviziju o učinkovitosti upravljanja listama za čekanje za snimanje magnetnom rezonancom.

Revizija je utvrdila ono što građani već znaju, da liste nisu ažurne, da nije jasno kako se utvrđuje prvi slobodni termin, da je omogućeno upisivanje u više ustanova, da se ne može potvrditi upućuju li se bolesnici u mjesta izvan stanovanja u svrhu smanjenja listi. Također, još nije donesen Pravilnik o određivanju medicinski opravdanog roka za pružanje zdravstvene zaštite kao niti većina kliničkih smjernica.

- Državna revizija je našla da u 7 zdravstvenih ustanova treba izvršiti određena poboljšanja, a u 13 ustanova su utvrđene značajne nepravilnosti i propusti. Građani su opravdano nezadovoljni dostupnošću zdravstvene zaštite i tihom privatizacijom zdravstva koja se događa zbog iznimno velikih listi čekanja. Nepravilnosti treba rješavati čim prije, a ne odugovlačiti. E-Liste i e-Naručivanje su uvedeni 2012. s ciljem veće učinkovitosti sustava i pomoći našim bolesnicima, a njihova nezadovoljavajuća funkcionalnost pokazuje nedovoljnu angažiranost Ministarstva zdravstva u unaprjeđenju sustava zdravstvene zaštite, rekao je prof. Markić.

U trenutku izrade izvješća na listama čekanja za MR snimanje bilo je čak 47.397 građana s prosječnim vremenom čekanja od 331 dan. U Splitu je stanje kritično.

- Naši bolesnici čekaju u prosjeku 477 dana, dakle skoro 4 mjeseca više od hrvatskog prosjeka! Ono što posebno zabrinjava je broj od 2.542 osobe koje čekaju prvi pregled. Ovaj broj je najveći u Hrvatskoj i pokazatelj je potrebe ojačavanja KBC Split, kako kadrovski tako i kupnjom dodatne opreme. Kao stožerna zdravstvena ustanova u Dalmaciji, KBC Split mora biti u prilici svim naših građanima pružiti brzu i kvalitetnu zdravstvenu zaštitu primjerenu njihovim potrebama, a što nije moguće bez snažnije potpore gradske i županijske uprave te Ministarstva zdravstva - upozorava Markić.

Dr. Joško Markić upozorava na situaciju u zdravstvu: U Splitu je stanje kritično! Naši bolesnici čekaju na MR 477 dana, čak 4 mjeseca više od hrvatskog prosjeka

Zbog dugih listi čekanja i pasivnosti Ministarstva zdravstva da stanje poboljša, ugrožena je dostupnost zdravstvene zaštite - upozorava prof. dr. Joško Markić, kandidat za zamjenika župana splitsko-dalmatinskog i predsjednik Savjeta za zdravstvo SDŽ koji je sudjelovao na tematskoj sjednici u Saboru gdje se raspravljalo o izvješću Državnog ureda za reviziju o učinkovitosti upravljanja listama za čekanje za snimanje magnetnom rezonancom.

Revizija je utvrdila ono što građani već znaju, da liste nisu ažurne, da nije jasno kako se utvrđuje prvi slobodni termin, da je omogućeno upisivanje u više ustanova, da se ne može potvrditi upućuju li se bolesnici u mjesta izvan stanovanja u svrhu smanjenja listi. Također, još nije donesen Pravilnik o određivanju medicinski opravdanog roka za pružanje zdravstvene zaštite kao niti većina kliničkih smjernica.

- Državna revizija je našla da u 7 zdravstvenih ustanova treba izvršiti određena poboljšanja, a u 13 ustanova su utvrđene značajne nepravilnosti i propusti. Građani su opravdano nezadovoljni dostupnošću zdravstvene zaštite i tihom privatizacijom zdravstva koja se događa zbog iznimno velikih listi čekanja. Nepravilnosti treba rješavati čim prije, a ne odugovlačiti. E-Liste i e-Naručivanje su uvedeni 2012. s ciljem veće učinkovitosti sustava i pomoći našim bolesnicima, a njihova nezadovoljavajuća funkcionalnost pokazuje nedovoljnu angažiranost Ministarstva zdravstva u unaprjeđenju sustava zdravstvene zaštite, rekao je prof. Markić.

U trenutku izrade izvješća na listama čekanja za MR snimanje bilo je čak 47.397 građana s prosječnim vremenom čekanja od 331 dan. U Splitu je stanje kritično.

- Naši bolesnici čekaju u prosjeku 477 dana, dakle skoro 4 mjeseca više od hrvatskog prosjeka! Ono što posebno zabrinjava je broj od 2.542 osobe koje čekaju prvi pregled. Ovaj broj je najveći u Hrvatskoj i pokazatelj je potrebe ojačavanja KBC Split, kako kadrovski tako i kupnjom dodatne opreme. Kao stožerna zdravstvena ustanova u Dalmaciji, KBC Split mora biti u prilici svim naših građanima pružiti brzu i kvalitetnu zdravstvenu zaštitu primjerenu njihovim potrebama, a što nije moguće bez snažnije potpore gradske i županijske uprave te Ministarstva zdravstva - upozorava Markić.
