Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv 63-godišnjeg Bore Jovića iz Imotskoga zbog počinjenja produljenog kaznenog djela pronevjere.

Njemu se optužnicom stavlja na teret da je od 26. siječnja 2014. do 2. siječnja 2017. u Imotskom, kao upravitelj komunalnog pogona, ovlašten zaprimati uplate građana i od građana naplaćivati komunalne usluge, zaprimio od trinaestoro građana gotovinske uplate i naplaćivao predujmove za potrebe izgradnje grobnica i grobnih mjesta na mjesnom groblju, te im za to izdavao uplatnice koje je potpisivao i ovjeravao pečatom grada.

Tereti ga se da zaprimljeni novac nije polagao u blagajnu niti uplatio na žiro-račun grada već ga je bez osnova zadržao za sebe. Navedenim postupanjem je, tereti ga se, oštetio Grad Imotski u iznosu od 117.750,00 kuna.

Ova priča je otkrivena na koncu 2017. nakon što je vođenje Grada Imotskog od Ante Đuzela preuzeo aktualni gradonačelnik i saborski zastupnik Ivan Budalić. On je i prijavio slučaj.

Ovo se pitanje postavljalo i problematiziralo i na sjednici Gradskog vijeća. Oporbeni vijećnik Ivica Kukavica razgovarao je s oštećenima, a skandal je izbio kada je jedna baka došla pitati što je s grobnicom pa su joj rekli da je nema.

U istrazi je Jović negirao djelo, tvrdio je da nije bilo ugovora o gradnji grobnica pa nije uplatio novac na račun grada, nego ga je ostavio u sefu. Po izbijanju afere je suspendiran pa ne zna što se kasnije događalo.

Gradonačelnik imotskoga Ivan Budalić nam je rekao da se ovaj problem mora riješiti kako trinaestoro građana koji su dali novac u konačnici ne bi bilo oštećeno.

- Samo jedna gospođa izričito od ovih oštećenih traži povrat novca kojeg je dala, a preostali bi bili zadovoljni da im Grad osigura grobnicu ili grobno mjesto, zavisno što je tko uplatio.

Ja ću s tim problemom izići pred Gradsko vijeće i ono će riješiti problem, a mi ćemo tužiti dotičnoga za iznos koji nikad nije došao u gradsku blagajnu. Znači građani neće morait ići u individualna sudovanja i tužbe, nego će se problem probati riješiti na ovaj način.

Ima tu i bolnih priča, jer se jednoj gospođi dogodilo da je uplatila cijeli iznos za grobnicu, a nije imala gdje ukopati muža. Ovaj naš zaposlenik je tim ljudima davao neke paragon blokove, a da nešto nije u redu sam doznao tek kada sam preko stranica grada pozvao ljude da mogu riješiti poblem izgradnje svojih grobnica i grobnih mjesta, a onda su mi se ljudi javljali i počeli donositi te paragon blokove i neke rukom pisane priznanice. Kada sam utvrdio da ni jedna kuna nije ušla u proračun grada, slučaj sam prijavio nadležnim tijelima - rekao nam je Ivan Budalić.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv 63-godišnjeg Bore Jovića iz Imotskoga zbog počinjenja produljenog kaznenog djela pronevjere.

Njemu se optužnicom stavlja na teret da je od 26. siječnja 2014. do 2. siječnja 2017. u Imotskom, kao upravitelj komunalnog pogona, ovlašten zaprimati uplate građana i od građana naplaćivati komunalne usluge, zaprimio od trinaestoro građana gotovinske uplate i naplaćivao predujmove za potrebe izgradnje grobnica i grobnih mjesta na mjesnom groblju, te im za to izdavao uplatnice koje je potpisivao i ovjeravao pečatom grada.

Tereti ga se da zaprimljeni novac nije polagao u blagajnu niti uplatio na žiro-račun grada već ga je bez osnova zadržao za sebe. Navedenim postupanjem je, tereti ga se, oštetio Grad Imotski u iznosu od 117.750,00 kuna.

Ova priča je otkrivena na koncu 2017. nakon što je vođenje Grada Imotskog od Ante Đuzela preuzeo aktualni gradonačelnik i saborski zastupnik Ivan Budalić. On je i prijavio slučaj.

Ovo se pitanje postavljalo i problematiziralo i na sjednici Gradskog vijeća. Oporbeni vijećnik Ivica Kukavica razgovarao je s oštećenima, a skandal je izbio kada je jedna baka došla pitati što je s grobnicom pa su joj rekli da je nema.

U istrazi je Jović negirao djelo, tvrdio je da nije bilo ugovora o gradnji grobnica pa nije uplatio novac na račun grada, nego ga je ostavio u sefu. Po izbijanju afere je suspendiran pa ne zna što se kasnije događalo.

Gradonačelnik imotskoga Ivan Budalić nam je rekao da se ovaj problem mora riješiti kako trinaestoro građana koji su dali novac u konačnici ne bi bilo oštećeno.

- Samo jedna gospođa izričito od ovih oštećenih traži povrat novca kojeg je dala, a preostali bi bili zadovoljni da im Grad osigura grobnicu ili grobno mjesto, zavisno što je tko uplatio.

Ja ću s tim problemom izići pred Gradsko vijeće i ono će riješiti problem, a mi ćemo tužiti dotičnoga za iznos koji nikad nije došao u gradsku blagajnu. Znači građani neće morait ići u individualna sudovanja i tužbe, nego će se problem probati riješiti na ovaj način.

Ima tu i bolnih priča, jer se jednoj gospođi dogodilo da je uplatila cijeli iznos za grobnicu, a nije imala gdje ukopati muža. Ovaj naš zaposlenik je tim ljudima davao neke paragon blokove, a da nešto nije u redu sam doznao tek kada sam preko stranica grada pozvao ljude da mogu riješiti poblem izgradnje svojih grobnica i grobnih mjesta, a onda su mi se ljudi javljali i počeli donositi te paragon blokove i neke rukom pisane priznanice. Kada sam utvrdio da ni jedna kuna nije ušla u proračun grada, slučaj sam prijavio nadležnim tijelima - rekao nam je Ivan Budalić.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv 63-godišnjeg Bore Jovića iz Imotskoga zbog počinjenja produljenog kaznenog djela pronevjere.

Njemu se optužnicom stavlja na teret da je od 26. siječnja 2014. do 2. siječnja 2017. u Imotskom, kao upravitelj komunalnog pogona, ovlašten zaprimati uplate građana i od građana naplaćivati komunalne usluge, zaprimio od trinaestoro građana gotovinske uplate i naplaćivao predujmove za potrebe izgradnje grobnica i grobnih mjesta na mjesnom groblju, te im za to izdavao uplatnice koje je potpisivao i ovjeravao pečatom grada.

Tereti ga se da zaprimljeni novac nije polagao u blagajnu niti uplatio na žiro-račun grada već ga je bez osnova zadržao za sebe. Navedenim postupanjem je, tereti ga se, o...
