Klišanka Natalija Šunjić-Gizdić u Gizdavcu, u općini Muć, svojim je rukama podigla jedan od najpoznatijih dalmatinskih OPG-ova.

Otvoreno kaže da su na pazarima u praksi mahom šverceri, nakupci koji nude sve, ali ništa od toga nisu svojim rukama stvorili.

Ljudi poput nje, koji sve sami stvaraju, nemaju toliko različitih proizvoda i većinom su bazirani na jednu do dvije kulture. Samim tim na štandu nisu konkurentni kupcima koji žele sve kupiti od jednog proizvođača. OPG-ovci se bore s nizom problema, imaju konkurenciju u svojim redovima, u jeftinijoj uvoznoj robi, teškoće u proizvodnom procesu.

Jer svaki taj plod, kaže Natalija Šunjić-Gizdić, mora se uzgojiti, ubrati, sutradan se pola dana nuditi na štandu, hoćeš-nećeš prodati. U sve to ulazi i trošak za štand, vagu, vrećice, suncobran, dolazak do pazara uz astronomske cijene goriva.

Preprodavači su nam muka

– Nije to jeftino, zato se dosta proizvođača odluči skratiti sebi muke i dati robu preprodavačima. U Splitu ih je par većih koji svako jutro određuju cijene. Naravno da je to nepošteno jer sva roba nije ista. I tako nas preprodavači ucjenjuju, a ti nemaš druge nego dati im robu ili je vratiti kući. Kupac ne vidi te nevidljive ruke koje posreduju između proizvođača i prodavača na štandovima, ili u dućanima.

I onda roba do konačnoga kupca prođe minimalno tri para ruku, a s obzirom na to s koje udaljenosti stiže, može biti stara i dva, tri dana. Boli me ta činjenica jer sam sve svoje stekla krvavim radom – veli Natalija Šunjić-Gizdić.

Kakva je prema zemlji, takva je i prema svim životnim stavkama. I iskreno će kazati kako onaj tko na polju radi od ranih jutarnjih sati do navečer nema baš vremena i prodavati na pazarima.

Već izgnjavljena činjenicom da nakupci uvijek imaju prednost u dobivanju banaka, u boljem plasmanu, u svemu, odlučila je svoju robu prezentirati na društvenim mrežama i prodavati je putem dostave. Ljudi su prepoznali njezin trud, ima široku klijentelu. I, za razliku od šverc-komerca, njezin proizvod ide direktno od proizvođača do potrošača. Između njih stoji samo ambalaža u kojoj dostavlja proizvode. Slaže se da se podosta ovih problema može srediti, no uvjerena je da vlast ne želi uredovati jer kupuje socijalni mir.

– Da se mene pita, poslala bih kontrole svaki drugi dan. Stavila bih na pazare kamere, iste onakve kakve postoje i na TTTS-u.

Na čelno mjesto resora poljoprivrede imenovala bih seljaka, čovjeka kojemu je to kruh, koji zna što nama treba i može voditi naprijed. Ali takvi ne mogu doći do izražaja dok se tu motaju podobni. Takav seljak, koji zna, sigurno ne bi donio zakon o zabrani upotrebe motike. Pitam se znaju li oni šta je motika, kako izgleda, čemu služi. Naravno, i ti nakupci moraju od nečega živjeti.

Uvela bih jasne razlike između nas i njih. Ovo je i dovelo i do toga da na pazarima imamo sve manje kupaca i da su nam trgovački centri uzeli svoj dio kolača – veli Natalija.

Prije nekoliko godina na kućna su joj vrata, kaže, došli neki ljudi iz Županije, predstavili se i naveli kako imaju plan utemeljiti zelenu tržnicu za prave OPG-ovce. Rekli su da će novac osigurati iz europskih fondova. I?

Sad na selo, jao, jao...

– Došli, otišli i nikada se više nisu vratili niti su se javili. Potpore vlasti prema nama OPG-ovcima? Možda i postoje za neke odabrane. Ja ih nikada nisam dobila. Pogledajte vani suše, kiša nije pala četiri mjeseca. Ima tu dva kilometra od mojih njiva potok, uz malo volje vlasti, napajala bi se zemlja nas poljoprivrednika. Olakšao bi nam se život, posao. Ne tražim ja novac, neću se ni gurati u prvi red. Ali da su makar objavili elementarnu nepogodu zbog suše. Znate koliko bi nam to pomoglo – primjećuje Natalija.

Pomoglo bi i da je zaživjela ideja o sprezi OPG-ova i turizma, plodova s polja i kuhinja hotela i restorana. Govori nam kako su se na tu temu organizirali brojni sastanci sa chefovima kuhinja. I eto još jednog ćorka, priče za malu djecu.

– Ništa od direktnog kontakta polje – chef u hotelu, restoranu. Reći vam iskreno, da sad mladi čovik odluči ići u poljoprivredu, jao ti se njemu. Neće dobiti ni prilike, ni prostora, ni pomoći, ni novac. Ja sam teškim putem našla svoje kupce, ostvarila priču. Moj je život polje i krvavi rad. Sve što sam stekla, stekla sam teškim radom. I ponosna sam i na sebe i na svoju obitelj koja mi u tome pomaže. Živim na ideji proizvođač – potrošač. Bez iti jedne dodane ruke – kaže Natalija.

Klišanka Natalija Šunjić-Gizdić u Gizdavcu, u općini Muć, svojim je rukama podigla jedan od najpoznatijih dalmatinskih OPG-ova.

Otvoreno kaže da su na pazarima u praksi mahom šverceri, nakupci koji nude sve, ali ništa od toga nisu svojim rukama stvorili.

Ljudi poput nje, koji sve sami stvaraju, nemaju toliko različitih proizvoda i većinom su bazirani na jednu do dvije kulture. Samim tim na štandu nisu konkurentni kupcima koji žele sve kupiti od jednog proizvođača. OPG-ovci se bore s nizom problema, imaju konkurenciju u svojim redovima, u jeftinijoj uvoznoj robi, teškoće u proizvodnom procesu.

Jer svaki taj plod, kaže Natalija Šunjić-Gizdić, mora se uzgojiti, ubrati, sutradan se pola dana nuditi na štandu, hoćeš-nećeš prodati. U sve to ulazi i trošak za štand, vagu, vrećice, suncobran, dolazak do pazara uz astronomske cijene goriva.

Preprodavači su nam muka

– Nije to jeftino, zato se dosta proizvođača odluči skratiti sebi muke i dati robu preprodavačima. U Splitu ih je par većih koji svako jutro određuju cijene. Naravno da je to nepošteno jer sva roba nije ista. I tako nas preprodavači ucjenjuju, a ti nemaš druge nego dati im robu ili je vratiti kući. Kupac ne vidi te nevidljive ruke koje posreduju između proizvođača i prodavača na štandovima, ili u dućanima.

I onda roba do konačnoga kupca prođe minimalno tri para ruku, a s obzirom na to s koje udaljenosti stiže, može biti stara i dva, tri dana. Boli me ta činjenica jer sam sve svoje stekla krvavim radom – veli Natalija Šunjić-Gizdić.

Kakva je prema zemlji, takva je i prema svim životnim stavkama. I iskreno će kazati kako onaj tko na polju radi od ranih jutarnjih sati do navečer nema baš vremena i prodavati na pazarima.

Već izgnjavljena činjenicom da nakupci uvijek imaju prednost u dobivanju banaka, u boljem plasmanu, u svemu, odlučila je svoju robu prezentirati na društvenim mrežama i prodavati je putem dostave. Ljudi su prepoznali njezin trud, ima široku klijentelu. I, za razliku od šverc-komerca, njezin proizvod ide direktno od proizvođača do potrošača. Između njih stoji samo ambalaža u kojoj dostavlja proizvode. Slaže se da se podosta ovih problema može srediti, no uvjerena je da vlast ne želi uredovati jer kupuje socijalni mir.

– Da se mene pita, poslala bih kontrole svaki drugi dan. Stavila bih na pazare kamere, iste onakve kakve postoje i na TTTS-u.

Na čelno mjesto resora poljoprivrede imenovala bih seljaka, čovjeka kojemu je to kruh, koji zna što nama treba i može voditi naprijed. Ali takvi ne mogu doći do izražaja dok se tu motaju podobni. Takav seljak, koji zna, sigurno ne bi donio zakon o zabrani upotrebe motike. Pitam se znaju li oni šta je motika, kako izgleda, čemu služi. Naravno, i ti nakupci moraju od nečega živjeti.

Uvela bih jasne razlike između nas i njih. Ovo je i dovelo i do toga da na pazarima imamo sve manje kupaca i da su nam trgovački centri uzeli svoj dio kolača – veli Natalija.

Prije nekoliko godina na kućna su joj vrata, kaže, došli neki ljudi iz Županije, predstavili se i naveli kako imaju plan utemeljiti zelenu tržnicu za prave OPG-ovce. Rekli su da će novac osigurati iz europskih fondova. I?

Sad na selo, jao, jao...

– Došli, otišli i nikada se više nisu vratili niti su se javili. Potpore vlasti prema nama OPG-ovcima? Možda i postoje za neke odabrane. Ja ih nikada nisam dobila. Pogledajte vani suše, kiša nije pala četiri mjeseca. Ima tu dva kilometra od mojih njiva potok, uz malo volje vlasti, napajala bi se zemlja nas poljoprivrednika. Olakšao bi nam se život, posao. Ne tražim ja novac, neću se ni gurati u prvi red. Ali da su makar objavili elementarnu nepogodu zbog suše. Znate koliko bi nam to pomoglo – primjećuje Natalija.

Pomoglo bi i da je zaživjela ideja o sprezi OPG-ova i turizma, plodova s polja i kuhinja hotela i restorana. Govori nam kako su se na tu temu organizirali brojni sastanci sa chefovima kuhinja. I eto još jednog ćorka, priče za malu djecu.

– Ništa od direktnog kontakta polje – chef u hotelu, restoranu. Reći vam iskreno, da sad mladi čovik odluči ići u poljoprivredu, jao ti se njemu. Neće dobiti ni prilike, ni prostora, ni pomoći, ni novac. Ja sam teškim putem našla svoje kupce, ostvarila priču. Moj je život polje i krvavi rad. Sve što sam stekla, stekla sam teškim radom. I ponosna sam i na sebe i na svoju obitelj koja mi u tome pomaže. Živim na ideji proizvođač – potrošač. Bez iti jedne dodane ruke – kaže Natalija.
